Bai Zhou sat alone in the vast living room, appearing … well, “lonely.”

After submitting the request, Bai Zhou headed upstairs to his bedroom, which was much larger than the entire apartnt he had rented before, and went to sleep.
The next morning, around 8 a.m., Bai Zhou was woken up by the sound of his phone ringing. It was a number he didn’t recognize, and still groggy, he picked up the call. A cheerful and respectful voice ca through the line: “Good morning, Mr. Bai Zhou. I’m calling to confirm that you’ve applied for a live-in housekeeper with our agency?”
“Hmm? … Oh! Yes, that’s right.” Bai Zhou rubbed his eyes and sat up in bed.
“Thank you for choosing our services, Mr. Bai Zhou. Is your address in Yongjing Villa, A106? The housekeeper we selected for you is on her way to your ho for an interview.”
An interview? That quickly?!
Bai Zhou was impressed by the agency’s efficiency.
Without giving it much thought, he agreed and hung up. With the housekeeper on the way, he yawned and got up to wash up and get dressed. Half an hour later, Bai Zhou had cleaned up his room, taken a shower, and was drying his hair when the doorbell rang.
He threw on a simple shirt, leaving the buttons undone, and made his way to the front door while still drying his hair.
Opening the door, he was greeted by a young woman in her twenties, looking incredibly nervous. The mont the door opened, her bright eyes widened, and she slowly covered her mouth in surprise.
Her gaze traveled from Bai Zhou’s exposed abs to his face, and without realizing it, she whispered, “So handso!”
It was true. With his half-wet hair, naturally good looks, and faintly visible abs, Bai Zhou gave off a refreshing, non-greasy vibe.

Bai Zhou was sowhat surprised to see her too. He had assud a live-in housekeeper would be an older, more experienced woman, but here stood a girl in her early twenties?
So, he asked to confirm, “Are you here for the housekeeper position?”
Hearing his voice, the young woman snapped back to reality and quickly nodded, “Yes! I’m here to apply for the live-in housekeeper position!”
