179 Misunderstanding
Lian Jing was a man of his word. In the morning, he signed a contract worth hundreds of millions of yuan. In the afternoon, he left Lian ng to handle his work and disappeared sowhere with Zhong Xin.
Lian ng gloomily argued with a group of old Caucasian n until she was red in the face. That night, she dragged her weary body back to the Lian house.
The mont she entered, she saw Lian Jing sitting leisurely on the sofa drinking tea. Lian ng was furious. She pushed Zhong Xin aside and sat beside Lian Jing. She complained, “Brother, you musn’t leave alone again! Do you know how I survived this afternoon?”
Lian Jing put down his teacup and retracted his arm coldly. “It’s just a negotiation. You’ve been overseas for six years and haven’t even learned how to do that?”

When Lian ng realized that it was useless to wheedle, she resentfully drew back her hand and took the tea from Zhong Xin. She muttered, “Demon.” Then, she glanced at Lian Jing’s phone casually and smiled. “Brother, can you let take a good look at Sister-in-law’s photo?”
“There will be more than enough ti for you to look at it in the future.” Lian Jing picked up a pen and signed the docunt in his hand before handing it to Zhong Xin. “Bring forward the eting tomorrow. Bring all the docunts that I have to deal with tonight.”
Zhong Xin looked at Lian Jing in shock. The business trip they had arranged was already packed. They only had a few hours of rest each day. Despite that, President Lian still wanted to speed up the progress overnight?
He lowered his eyes and inwardly thought that Lian Jing was a workaholic. He looked at the docunts that were already piled up on the table, waiting for Lian Jing to deal with them. He turned around and returned to the office. He resigned himself to fate and brought all the docunts that Lian Jing needed to deal with personally.
Lian ng looked at Lian Jing worriedly. “Brother, your health will suffer if you work so hard. Besides, you seldom co overseas. Don’t you want to spend for a few more days overseas with your dear sister?”
Lian Jing looked up with a mocking smile. “Why? Do you want to stay overseas and train you properly?”
“There’s no need! I’m going to take a shower!” Lian ng quickly interrupted him. She quietly put his phone into her bag and sneaked upstairs.
She was certain that Lian Jing would not look at his cell phone when he was working. This gave her a chance.
That robot, Lian Jing, actually used the photo of his beloved as his phone background. She wanted to take a good look at this amazing woman!
But when she turned on the phone, Lian ng was shocked by the photo in the background.
In the picture, the girl was seated, looking down at her cell phone. Her side profile alone was so beautiful that it made her heart flutter. However, what was even more surprising was that this photo had been secretly taken by her brother with!
She was certain that no girl would willingly pose for such a photo. A corner of the photo was even blocked by the wall.
Her brother was so pitiful that he could not even get a proper photo of her?
Lian ng beca more and more curious about her brother’s mysterious girlfriend. She secretly opened her brother’s phone records and among the nurous unimportant calls, she found so suspicious records of a person that he called frequently.
“Could it be this Shen Yin?” Lian ng secretly morized the cell phone number and laughed smugly. She sneakily glanced downstairs and saw that her brother was still busy with his docunts. She hurriedly went downstairs and put the cell phone back while pouring tea for him.
After returning to her room, Lian ng hugged her cell phone with a smile. After thinking for a mont, she decisively called the number.
Shen Yin had just gotten off work and was about to pick up Shen Nian when she suddenly received an unfamiliar call from overseas. She subconsciously thought that it might be Lian Jing, but when she picked up, a woman’s voice ca from the other end.
“You’re Shen Yin? What’s your relationship with Lian Jing?” Lian ng sniggered and waited for the answer.
Shen Yin frowned and her heart skipped a beat.
Why would a woman call her to ask about their relationship when Lian Jing was overseas?
Countless unbelievable thoughts flashed across her mind. She even considered the possibility that Lian Jing had already married soone overseas.
She frowned and asked in confusion, “We’re friends. Who are you?”
“Friends?” From her tone, Lian ng was almost certain that this was Lian Jing’s mysterious girlfriend!
But she did not understand why Shen Yin refused to admit her relationship with her brother. Her brother clearly doted on her!
She pursed her lips and rolled her eyes. She deliberately said evilly, “I’m with Lian Jing so late at night. Surely you know who I am?”
Shen Yin choked. She felt as though she had fallen into an ice cave. She clenched the phone so tightly that her knuckles cracked. “I understand. I have no relationship with Lian Jing. Please don’t call again.”
Shen Yin abruptly hung up the phone, panting heavily as if she had lost all her strength.
So Lian Jing had gone overseas to see this woman?
Shen Yin closed her eyes and tried to stop her hand from trembling. Her fingers slowly slid across Lian Jing’s phone number in her contact list. She hardened her heart and blocked him.
