Vlad Jr. opened his notebook.

"Yes."

He looked down at his notes, then back up at the table.

"Planting should happen before Sports Day because if we do Sports Day first, all the kids will be tired the next day. Each class should have their own section, with na tags for each plant. Water elents can help with irrigation. Stone or other elents can provide decoration. And for Sports Day, we should have team events, not just individual races, so that everyone can participate regardless of skill level."

He paused, glancing at his notes again.

"I have also prepared a list of suggested team gas and a schedule for the planting rotation."

He looked up.

"Those are my initial points."

The table was quiet for a mont.

Capi stared at him with wide eyes.

Marina’s eyebrows had risen slightly.

Even Cyrus had tilted his head, sothing like interest flickering in his ice-blue eyes.

Gabriel cleared his throat.

"...Thank you, Vlad Jr. That is... very thorough."

Vlad Jr. nodded once.

"I like being prepared."

Alina, sitting slightly behind him, pressed her hand to her mouth to hide her smile.

She had known he would do well.

But seeing him here, surrounded by children from powerful families, holding his own without any sign of nerves, without any hesitation—

She had never been prouder.

Gabriel recovered quickly, moving on to the next topic.

"Alright. Let’s start with the date. We have two options—"

But Alina was only half listening now.

She was watching Vlad Jr. take notes as others spoke, his pencil moving neatly across the page, his head nodding at each point. She was watching him raise his hand to ask a question about the planting schedule, his voice calm and professional. She was watching him catch Marina’s eye across the table and give her a small, respectful nod when she made a good point about water access.

This was her student. And he was going to be a great leader soday.

The eting was not as slow as Alina had expected. Instead, everything seed to move forward at a quick, steady pace, as if the mont the discussion was over, the plan had already been set in motion. There was no hesitation, no drawn-out debates or confusion. Gabriel kept the discussion focused, moving from one topic to the next with practiced ease, and the representatives from each class spoke clearly, knowing exactly what they wanted.

By the ti the final notes were made and the last agreents were settled, the eting had concluded smoothly. Chairs shifted as everyone stood up one by one, and there was no confusion left in the room. Alina gathered her things, her mind still processing how quickly everything had co together. She had expected at least a few more etings, more back-and-forth, more discussion about details that could have gone on for hours. But instead, it was done.

It had been decided that the events would not be about individual winners or personal scores. Each class would act as one team, moving together, winning together, and losing together. Every point earned by any student would go toward their class, adding up slowly until the final result. And in the end, whichever class collected the highest total score would be the winner.

When Gabriel announced it, the room had gone quiet for a second. The representatives looked at each other, processing what it ant. Then the excitent broke out like a wave.

Marina’s composed expression cracked into sothing brighter. Capi bounced in his seat, his leaf waving wildly. Even Cyrus’s icy features seed to warm for just a mont, sothing like interest flickering in his pale blue eyes.

Alina found herself smiling too, because most of the ideas that were accepted had been Vlad Jr.’s. She lowered her gaze slightly, her lips curving as she murmured softly, "This will be fun..."

Beside her, Vlad Jr. was already writing everything down with intense focus, his small hand moving quickly across the page. His expression was serious as always, his brow furrowed in concentration, but inside he was quite excited.

"Team-based scoring increases unity," he said, his voice calm and thoughtful as he noted down the final points. "It also increases pressure. More students depending on each other ans more responsibility."

Alina let out a quiet laugh, glancing at him with gentle amusent. "Yes," she said, "it does."

Vlad Jr. nodded once, satisfied, and added another line to his notes.

Over the next few days, the playground beca the busiest place in the kindergarten.

What used to be just an open space with swings and a kids’ playground now felt alive from morning to afternoon, filled with small footsteps, laughter, and the occasional argunt that started and ended just as quickly. Teachers from different classes brought their students outside at different tis, marking lanes with chalk, setting up small obstacle courses, and practicing relays and passing gas.

Alina took Class D outside every day, guiding them patiently through each activity. She explained each ga in simple steps, showed them how to move, and helped them understand what to do when things went wrong. Her voice was gentle, her patience endless, and slowly, piece by piece, they began to understand.

So of the children had never played proper gas before. Running was easy for them, their energy always overflowing, but rules were harder to follow. Waiting for turns, staying in line, and working together took more ti, more practice, more patience than any of them had expected.

"Line up properly," Alina said one afternoon, clapping her hands lightly to get their attention.

What happened next was exactly what she should have expected.

It turned into complete chaos.

Luna stepped forward imdiately, her chin lifted, her posture confident as she planted herself at the front. "I will lead," she announced, as if the matter was already decided.

"You always say that," Felix replied quietly, his tone flat as he looked at her. "Every ti. Without variation."

Kelpie tried to stand in line, but the water around him slowly spread across the ground, creating a small puddle that made it difficult for anyone to stay in one place. He kept shifting, trying to keep his feet dry, which only made the water spread more.

Rocky carefully stepped into position, holding his stone close to his chest as if it was the most important thing in the world. He moved slowly, deliberately, making sure not to bump into anyone.

Sable stood next to Lucien, copying the way he stood without even thinking twice, his small body mirroring his brother’s posture.

And Boo floated above everyone, looking down at the chaos with great satisfaction.

"I am participating from above," he said proudly, his cap slightly tilted, his arms crossed over his chest.
