"Mission: Act shy, soft spoken, and polite for one whole minute."

The classroom went completely silent.

Then.

Everyone slowly turned to stare at Drake.

Drake stared back.

"...Shy?" he repeated weakly.

Kelpie covered his mouth. "This mission is evil."

Boo floated closer, whispering with fake fear, "This is mission impossible."

Luna folded her arms. "You? Quiet? Impossible."

Even Rocky tilted his head, confused but deeply doubtful.

Drake slapped the card to his chest. "I CAN DO IT. WATCH ."

He took a deep breath and imdiately overdid it.

He hunched his shoulders, tucked his wings close, wrapped his tail around himself like a shy cinnamon roll, and whispered in the tiniest, squeakiest voice imaginable, "...h hi..."

Everyone froze.

That voice did not belong to him.

"That’s cursed," Boo muttered.

Drake tried to walk shyly, taking tiny, nervous steps like a baby duck learning to walk. He clasped his hands together and forced a trembling, awkward smile.

"...p please excuse ..." he whispered, voice cracking dramatically.

Felix stared at him. "Why does this feel illegal to watch?"

Drake nodded politely at Luna.

Luna stared back in horror. "Stop looking at like I’m a fragile porcelain doll."

He turned toward Vlad Jr. and bowed painfully softly. "...g good afternoon..."

Vlad Jr. watched him calmly, lips curving slightly. "You look like you are being possessed by social anxiety."

Then Boo floated past and whispered mischievously, "Say boo."

Drake snapped instantly.

"BOO? BOO?? BOOOOOOO???"

He burst out of character, flailing dramatically.

"I CAN’T BE SHY! I WAS BORN LOUD! I WAS BORN CHAOTIC! I WAS BORN TO YELL—"

Mission failed.

He collapsed backward onto the floor like a fallen actor, clutching his chest.

"That mission attacked my identity," he groaned.

The classroom erupted into laughter.

Kelpie laughed so hard he nearly fell off his chair. "Soft Drake is scarier than dragon Drake."

Rocky nodded solemnly. "It was emotionally shocking."

Boo wiped imaginary tears. "We have witnessed forbidden history."

Lucien adjusted his posture calmly. "Teacher, this ga is scientifically designed to emotionally damage us."

Alina laughed so hard she had to hold the desk. "You were adorable, Drake."

Drake rolled onto his side dramatically. "Never make whisper again."

Everyone looked very happy as they admired their stickers. So babies proudly stuck them on their notebooks, so on their shirts, and Boo had already placed two on his tail like dals, floating around as if he had just won a national award.

Alina was still smiling at their excitent when—

Knock. Knock.

She lifted her head. "Co in."

The door creaked open, and one of the older cleaning staff ladies stepped inside, her eyes kind and her smile gentle.

"...Yes?" Alina asked politely.

The old lady chuckled softly. "Principal Lord is calling Boo to his office," she said.

Alina’s eyes widened slightly. "Boo?" she repeated. "Why?"

The lady shrugged lightly. "I don’t know, dear. He just said to send Boo to the office."

Instantly, Boo froze mid air.

His tail flicked once.

Then he slowly pointed at himself with a stunned expression. "...?"

He floated forward a little, eyes wide. "Are you sure? Is he calling Boo... or is there another Boo upstairs that I do not know about?"

The old lady laughed warmly. "I am not mistaken," she said kindly. "In the whole kindergarten, there’s only one Boo—and that’s you."

Boo gasped so hard he floated backward.

"WAIT WHAT?!" he yelped, clutching his chest. "Principal Sir Dante called ?"

Drake scooted his chair back in alarm. "Oh no. He is finally being arrested."

Felix deadpanned, "This is the natural consequence of gossip cris."

Kelpie whispered loudly, "Boo, if you disappear, can I have your earrings?"

Rocky looked worried. "Are they going to exorcise you?"

Luna crossed her arms. "If they punish you, you deserve it."

Vlad Jr. tilted his head elegantly. "Go with dignity, ghost."

Lucien stared thoughtfully. "You should prepare a defense speech."

Boo spun toward Alina, eyes wide and watery. "Teacher... what if he found out I spread his secret cactus conversations? Or the romantic conspiracy? Or—"

"Boo," Alina interrupted gently, holding back laughter. "Breathe. No one is arresting you."

"...Yet," Felix muttered.

Boo floated closer dramatically. "If I never return... rember as the cutest, smartest, most fashionable ghost in history."

"You will return," Alina said fondly, patting his head. "Go see what Principal Dante wants. I will wait here."

Boo nodded seriously. "Alright. If I survive, I will bring back exclusive office gossip."

"No gossip," Alina warned instantly.

Boo saluted. "Understood. Official spy mission."

He floated toward the door, paused, then turned back with exaggerated fear. "If I scream, it ans I am being emotionally bullied."

"JUST GO," Drake shouted, laughing.

Boo took a deep, dramatic breath and floated out like a hero marching toward destiny.

The mont the door closed, the entire class exploded.

"What did he DO?" "Is Principal mad at him?" "Is he getting promoted?" "Is he getting exorcised?"

Alina laughed, raising her hands. "Alright, alright. Calm down, detectives. We will wait."

But secretly, even she was curious.

Down the hallway, Boo floated toward the principal’s office like a tiny ghost heading into a trial, whispering to himself, "Please don’t be about the cactus. Please don’t be about the cactus."

Knock. Knock.

The old lady tapped gently on the heavy office door.

From inside, a low, cold voice replied, "Co in."

Boo hovered beside her, excitent and fear tangled across his glowing face. His tail flickered nervously like a candle fla.

"Go on, little one," the old lady said kindly, stepping aside.

Boo straightened himself, inhaled dramatically, pushed the door open, and drifted inside.

"Helloooo, principaaal," he sang in his usual dramatic tone, hovering proudly like a celebrity entering a stage.

Then he froze.

Dante sat behind his desk, fingers interlocked, posture straight and composed. Papers were neatly arranged in front of him, shadows lingering quietly around the room.

His expression was suspicious.

There was a faint curve on his lips, almost a smile.

But his eyes did not match it.

They were calm. Cold. Dangerous.

Boo felt a chill run through his glow.

Oh no.

This is the face of judgnt.

He swallowed nervously, forcing a cheerful grin. "You called , sir?" he asked, trying to sound brave. "Do you want to hear my holiday story too?"

Dante’s gaze settled on him slowly.

"Sit," he said flatly.

Boo hovered, then awkwardly floated lower as if sitting on invisible air. He folded his hands, trying to look polite, obedient, and absolutely not guilty of anything.
