It should completely disappear after so ti.
"I’m heading to the garage first," Zheng Yichen grabbed his phone and walked towards the garage. His equipnt had been enhanced, and his personal enhancent had increased during his last world confrontation with the Supre Demon. Besides the increase in his body’s Performance Coefficient, he gained a few active traits and even more passive ones.
However, these additional traits, just like before, were not as nurous as the original host’s, and not all-encompassing. Zheng Yichen did acquire the Wolf God’s ability to slash through space with its claws, altering his fingernails subtly, with the most noticeable change being his perception of space.
As for the changes to his nails and the disturbances in space... Zheng Yichen could only say they were sowhat useful. When compared to the Wolf God’s prowess, they fell short by a long shot. By the way, this is an active trait, not a passive one; using it consus energy, marking it as a promising new feature for the future.
In eliminating the Snake God, Zheng Yichen felt his body improve, but he didn’t seem to gain anything else. It might be because it overlapped with his existing traits, or possibly the new traits were passive and hard to test.
The wind feather and the corresponding fur of the Supre Demon enhanced his Elents manipulation ability but only for wind and earth attributes. Other Supre Demons seed miserly; Zheng Yichen didn’t feel the ergence of any new abilities, though he didn’t rule out the possibility of new traits overlapping and integrating into existing ones.
Like his eyes, regeneration ability, digestive capacity, and Iron Lungs.
This situation was similar to equipnt enhancent; the stronger his foundation grew, the harder it beca to acquire new traits. New feedback might just be absorbed into his existing foundation. Zheng Yichen had resigned himself to whatever passive traits he received.
As long as he acquired those types of traits, they were worth it. For active traits, apart from being enhancents of the existing ones, it was still quite easy to identify any additional ones.
"The taste of Supre Demons is truly amazing," Zheng Yichen muttered as he browsed the contents of his phone. This device stored many offline maps; each offline map bore the traces of his exploits.
And this ti, the two targets...?
Zheng Yichen looked at the two dots on the map, his eyes involuntarily twitching. If they were two red dots, he could comprehend them as mobile anomalies created by the Boundary Breaking Faction, the disaster he dealt with most often. But now one dot was large and red, the other large and black...
Zheng Yichen, who had yet to reach the garage, turned back, admitting to himself that he had been impulsive. He shouldn’t act like an experienced veteran, taking the map and foregoing all details, skipping the briefing to jump straight into action.
So information should indeed be listened to attentively.
"Can I interpret these two large points as two different crises caused by the Boundary Breaking Faction?"
Tia, with a calm expression and indifferent tone, shattered Zheng Yichen’s interpretation: "No, you have to deal with two different targets."
"Boundary Breaking Faction and Devouring Faction?" Zheng Yichen imdiately ruled out the Equilibrium Faction. With an average of six children per capita, if they were exposed in the sunlight, anyone who caught them would want to squelch them dead. Would they dare create such a huge incident?
"Correct, you have 28 days," she stated.
"I want to know if any of my colleagues, other Proxy Agents, have already arrived on the scene and left before ? Yes, I’m talking about other Proxy Agents." Zheng Yichen looked at the large red and black dots on the map, which were as marooned from each other as the South and North Poles.
Speaking of which, why didn’t the Boundary Breaking Faction and the Devouring Faction co to blows first?? Clearly competitors, they’ve instead progressed to this state. Could it be they struck so secret deal and are waiting for the right mont to split this world between them equally?
Considering the world’s high-difficulty environnt, it’s not impossible. In a world with dual challenges, the native inhabitants should also be quite formidable. Going it alone might not be viable, but cooperation could achieve their goals.
