However, if a Dusk rcenary or Proxy Agent made a mistake, they could consu extra rit points to separate the materials.
As a Proxy Agent, Zheng Yichen got special treatnt. If the mix of materials had a serious impact on his equipnt, Tia would warn him, but if Zheng Yichen insisted on the enhancent, she wouldn’t refuse.
The materials Zheng Yichen was using now were fine, with no conflict in their attributes. The Wolf God’s claw involved powers of space which typically wouldn’t conflict with other properties, and the wind property of the wind feather wouldn’t affect the fishing rod’s use either.
However, as these enhancents accumulated, the range of materials available for future use would narrow. His fishing rod was already excluding all materials related to positive Life Force and light unless those materials pertained to blood-sucking or devouring Life Force.
Materials that would directly imbue the weapon with light or holy properties... forcibly using them as enhancent material could cause the weapon to explode or degrade from orange-grade to purple-grade.
The sa applied to other equipnt. After one enhancent, conflicting properties could be disregarded. If he wanted to have everything like a grown-up, it wasn’t impossible – just prepare a couple of extra weapons, right?
"This equipnt enhancent is like slapping a Skill Book onto a weapon." Watching Tia leave, Zheng Yichen couldn’t help but think of this. After all, weapon and equipnt enhancents at Dusk were so convenient. If not for the difficult process of acquiring rit points and high-quality enhancent materials, then every Dusk rcenary would likely have a ’universal’ weapon.
As long as the attributes didn’t conflict and didn’t affect the performance, why hesitate? Just slap on the enhancent material. Hm, also need to prepare a weapon with a good enough base foundation.

As long as the skills on the equipnt were strong enough, it was fine. The difference from people might be that people could constantly learn and improve their skills, while the ’skills’ on the equipnt were fixed. Wanting to improve those would require continually introducing new materials, through Dusk, to enhance or expand upon the existing basis.
Let other skilled craftsn enhance it? Uh... that feels a bit risky. My weapon has so many talents, can those craftsn handle it when enhancing? What if they cross wires? What if there’s an accident? That wouldn’t happen with Dusk.
While waiting, Zheng Yichen felt unnatural touching his cheek. Without the fishing rod in hand, the aura of death within his body gradually receded, and the enduring curse began to take effect, making him feel extrely uncomfortable. However, in this world, the Reincarnation Curse seed weakened.
The Reincarnation Curse linked to the native world and the cycles of reincarnation from that world were connected. In another world, this link didn’t exist. Even if this world had concepts of reincarnation, its system might not recognize the curse on Zheng Yichen.
Lacking this connection, the strength of its effects was reduced, but it was still hard to erode away.
