Bluffing the Bull God... Zheng Yichen assessed his condition and admitted that he was sowhat putting on a facade, but it wasn’t that he couldn’t fight. Previously, his blood absorption of a large amount of life source allowed him to have sustained high endurance at the mont. His direct confrontation with the blood imprints made by the Bull God had consud part of his strength, but not all of it.

Afterward, when the Wolf God offered its head for him to strike, the consumption of life source was rather minimal. The main force of his attack was the Demonic Abyss Seven Kills and the Power of Death transford from life force, and he had already received additional recovery while draining the body of the Wolf God.

A complete Supre Demon’s blood provided him with substantial feedback, although this feedback required ti to digest, the imdiate enhancent was also significant. However, Zheng Yichen’s physical baseline was so high that this enhancent was not as exaggerated as it might seem.

It seed the Bull God regarded him as bluffing. His condition might not be as good as when he had first arrived, but it was not that bad either—it was just that he lacked the advantage of extra mana and health bars.

Nevertheless, this led the Bull God to a certain misunderstanding, thinking he was bluffing to intimidate It.

Well then... let the fight proceed.

A piercing, sharp cat’s cry rang out as a black cat spirit appeared beside Zheng Yichen. The cat spirit’s eyes brimd with overflowing malice as they fixed on the Bull God. It had suffered severe damage from blocking an attack of the Wolf God earlier, but when Zheng Yichen extracted the Supre Demon Blood from the Wolf God, he transferred a part of the feedback into the cat spirit cloak.

The cat spirit cloak, now tainted with Supre Demon Blood, was a special item, and the Supre Demon Blood’s stimulus and influence on the cat spirit seed even greater. The extent of its reaction was more pronounced than that of Zheng Yichen, to which he did not envy in the slightest.

Although his enhancent and changes didn’t seem as obvious as the cat spirit’s, his enhancent wasn’t affected by the material and didn’t yield any additional changes.

The additional passives he gained were suitable for him and did not cause his essence to lean towards the Supre Demons of this world. The sa was true when he dealt with other beings, allowing him to use his extraordinary abilities to absorb blood and tamper with it without transforming himself into so kind of special monster.

Unless he indulged in so sort of human body modification, that is the kind Ahn Ke was good at.

The influence of the Supre Demon Blood on the cat spirit cloak induced a new transformation in the cat spirit. Although its shape remained the sa, the power it displayed had an even more apparent enhancent. The cat spirit couldn’t wait to vent its soaring lust for slaughter...

Cats, you know if you know.

Zheng Yichen grasped the still unenlarged cat spirit, and amid its howling cries, he flung it towards the blood-colored Bull Demon. The cat spirit had a very special state of existence—it actually possessed a form of immortality. As a special equipnt created by a witch, the cat spirit cloak would recover even if damaged while the cat spirit existed.

In turn, when the cat spirit cloak was intact, the cat spirit would have a special layer of protection. Even if it were blown up, as long as the cat spirit cloak remained, the cat spirit would not truly die.

However, this kind of immortality paled in comparison to the kind rooted in the world by the Supre Demon’s nature.

But at this mont, fighting against the blood-colored Bull Demon should be no problem, right?

The cat spirit, undergoing enlargent mid-air, pounced on the blood-colored Bull Demon and, with a larger size, sent it flying. Zheng Yichen was ready to battle the Bull God that sought to kill him. As he approached the Bull God, he casually threw out Asura Battle Intent.

In the Blood Asura martial arts, he had always used Asura Battle Intent very well—this was connected to his initial move for Demonic Abyss Seven Kills. Without this technique, when participating in group battles, the efficiency of executing Demonic Abyss Seven Kills would be at least halved.

Asura Battle Intent was ant to exhaust the enemy’s demonic thoughts. At least when used within Blood Asura, it specifically drained demonic thoughts.

Elsewhere? It could, perhaps, inspire one’s own allies and enemies.

In the mont before engaging with the Bull Demon, Zheng Yichen also glanced at the cat spirit fighting the blood-colored Bull Demon. The blood-colored Bull Demon was enveloped in the power of curses, with the curse power turning into red threads when falling on the cat spirit.

However, the cat spirit seed to have an extra resistance to this curse power. The effects of the red threads on the cat spirit were weak, and so threads were even broken as it moved.

Since that was the case, Zheng Yichen focused on dealing with the Bull God, a battle without any sneaky tactics this ti.

Watching the axe the Bull God chopped down, Zheng Yichen’s eyes widened slightly, his advance shifting to a retreat. The misplaced axe shattered the ground before him, with nurous black light stings piercing the Bull God’s back. Yet before those black light stings could function, they were shattered by the force.

The power of a Supre Demon was not the kind of inner strength developed through martial arts, but a higher-end Supre Demon power. This power shared the qualities of inner strength and could also be used as a mage’s mana, but it was of a higher quality than either of those two.

Do not underestimate any Supre Demon who appears frail, nor disregard any robust-bodied one. A frail Supre Demon can still use martial arts like a martial arts master, exerting imnse strength, while a robust-bodied one can also perform exquisite spells.

This information in the ancient texts, at least, is quite accurate.

The Bull God before him was cursed, and Zheng Yichen found it truly disgusting!

He didn’t know much about curses, nor could he discern what kind of curse it was through its power, and he had no desire to try it out.

Zheng Yichen initially wanted to use Black Light to amplify the Bull God’s negative emotions, but the power of the Bull God shattered the Black Light directly. So he abandoned that thod, and the blood-colored Qi mbrane appeared once again. His eyes took on a layer of darkness; after all, the Bull God’s evil intention was extrely strong, providing an abundance of demonic thoughts.

If Black Light didn’t work on the Bull God, then he would use it on himself, amplifying his negative emotions and impacting his ntal state. However, at this mont, he had a stronger resistance to such effects. This resistance was rely to avoid his normal consciousness from fully succumbing to demonization. The impact and collision of demonic thoughts, though, were not reduced at all.

Mador, the beings like the Supre Demons in this world truly have advantages in all regards. Their resistance allows them to easily wield martial arts and spells that humans can’t bear. But now Zheng Yichen could also experience this, albeit a weakened experience, and this feeling showed him a new path.

Because of inherent deficiencies, humans must find ways to obtain additional demonic thoughts from the outside when using the Demonic Abyss Seven Kills. The Battle Maniac Asura was obviously aware of this issue, which was why he matched the Asura Battle Intent with the martial art of Blood Asura.

If it were a Supre Demon, producing and consuming on their own would be enough. This would not lead to true demonization and falling into madness, or other ntal illnesses. Supre Demons have far greater resistance in this aspect than humans.

It’s different for humans. Although the demonic thoughts acquired from the outside affect oneself, they do not originate internally. As long as one can temporarily withstand the impact of externally absorbed demonic thoughts and rapidly consu them, what remains is just the residual impact.

Surviving the residual impact is not a big deal, but if the demonic thoughts are generated from within, it’s easy for the self to ’deteriorate.’ To make a simple comparison, even if the deterioration from outside reaches inwards, it doesn’t imdiately touch the core.

Under the precondition that one’s own conditions aren’t robust enough, generating enough demonic thoughts to release the Demonic Abyss Seven Kills from within leads to a deterioration starting at the core.

When it starts externally, if necessary, cutting away the deteriorated part can prevent the core from being affected subsequently. But if the core itself deteriorates, then preserving the normal external parts becos aningless.

The Battle Maniac Asura’s adjustnt to Blood Asura truly aid to make this martial art more suitable for ordinary people, or rather, beings other than Supre Demons.

Black Light stimulated the ntal state, while the consciousness resisted the onslaught of negative emotions such as the madness of bloodlust. Zheng Yichen could feel his demonic thoughts rapidly intensifying. Self-generated demonic thoughts added to the Bull God’s killing intent ant it wouldn’t be long before he could use the Demonic Abyss Seven Kills again.

The black spear and the great axe collided fiercely, each clash ripping through the earth. The Bull God’s power was much greater than his for now, but with Zheng Yichen maintaining Burst Mode, his strength, although at a disadvantage, was not completely overpowered.

The combat skills he mastered also allowed him to deflect the Bull God’s attacking power. With the discrepancy in strength not too large, deflecting was not so difficult.

The Bull God couldn’t help wanting to retreat. In the exchange with Zheng Yichen, it had not gained any advantage and was instead left with nurous wounds by Zheng Yichen’s black long spear. Each ti it was wounded, it could feel part of its blood being siphoned away.

Even though it had infused its blood with the curse, the blood drained seed to have the curse filtered out, not fully taking effect. It could see the curse was not completely invalidated because curse marks started to erge on Zheng Yichen’s body.

In this way, the curse that couldn’t be transmitted effectively was functional, but such curse marks were faint and were further suppressed by the extrely rampant Qi mbrane around Zheng Yichen.

Those curses were negligible until they accumulated to a certain degree. Judging by the current rate of accumulation, even if Zheng Yichen drained all its blood, he couldn’t accumulate the curse to that extent.

If that was the case...

After a direct confrontation with Zheng Yichen, the Bull God released another spell. The blood-colored Bull Demon, which was already gaining the upper hand against the cat spirit, dispersed into a mist of blood and rged into the Bull God’s body.

The Bull God sneered viciously, "I will kill all those who follow you! Turn that red-clothed young girl into my eternal slave! Eternally humiliated by my nurous minions!"

The surge of demonic thoughts nearly capsized the stability of Zheng Yichen’s consciousness. Although he could now withstand the impact of his own demonic thoughts, resistance was not ignorance. The nonsense that wouldn’t have affected his state of mind now had an effect.

"You will die a miserable death!!"

Demonic thoughts surged violently, and the black long spear, like a venomous fang, tore open the Bull God’s chest, leaving a massive through-and-through wound. A great quantity of blood was plundered by the black spear, and as the blood surged out, it wasn’t Zheng Yichen actively absorbing it anymore, but the Bull God forcefully infusing the blood into the black spear.

Along with the blood, the curse was infused as well.

Heart-piercing damage was severe for a Supre Demon, but not enough to take its life. However, its curse could infiltrate directly into Zheng Yichen through the blood infused into the black spear, enhancing stamina and improving strength through blood absorption was convenient for sure.

But using this power without sufficient ’immunity’ would result in suffering its harm!
