I thought it was the beast tide reappearing, but winter hadn’t even arrived. It turned out, those mutant creatures were rushing towards a certain place.
Their group then witnessed a terrifying scene: a human was slaughtering those mutant creatures and the frenzied Zombie Evolvers.
The battle suit the person was wearing had extrely high strength. The mutants’ attack did not cause any substantial damage. In contrast, the human’s strikes created powerful impacts, wiping out large numbers at a ti.
The scene was so brutal that they did not dare to approach, only watching from a distance. They only moved closer to the scene after Zheng Yichen left, but all that remained was a ton of dust, the bodies having been burned completely clean by ghostly green flas.
The ergence of that kind of fla made them wonder if Zheng Yichen was even human anymore. There were human Evolvers and Zombie Evolvers who used fire, but that fire was of a normal color; green flas seed ominous no matter how one looked at it.
Afterward, they observed Zheng Yichen entering the Alien Phenonon zone...
Within the Alien Phenonon, Zheng Yichen flexed his body. The environnt here bore so resemblance to that of the Alien Phenonon behemoth’s, possibly of a slightly higher energy level, but still not as high as the one where Oma resided.
More crucially, the strength level here was not too low. Zheng Yichen felt his body was in great condition. As usual, after entering this place, he first explored to see if there were any normal or abnormal entities.
What Zheng Yichen found acceptable was that there were no Hell murals here. There were so corpses, but those bodies seed to have died of starvation in the Alien Phenonon after a prolonged coma from not eating.
What then, were the Alien Phenonon creatures of this place? Examining the bodies on the ground, Zheng Yichen pondered with so confusion. Not eating, nor killing for sport—did the Alien Phenonon creatures here have no interest in ordinary lifeforms? He continued his search elsewhere.
And indeed, he found other survivors, but the state of this survivor was worrying. Their body was emaciated, suffering from extre malnutrition. Even though being in a comatose state had minimized their body’s consumption, allowing them to endure longer without food and drink, ti still took its toll, and the inevitable still happened.
Zheng Yichen found so water and sugar inside the Alien Phenonon zone and fed so to him. As for food, he planned to find a solution later. After dealing with the Alien Phenonon creature, the other party would recover from the coma. Then, by eating sothing, they could survive.
If he couldn’t resolve it, he would first take the person out. He prepared to see if there were any other survivors in other places.
In over half an hour, Zheng Yichen found four people, two dogs, a lion, and a cat. Without exception, apart from not having eaten for a long ti, all of these creatures were otherwise unhard.
He took these creatures out and incidentally, gathered so food.
Once they escaped the Alien Phenonon zone, these creatures imdiately showed signs of waking up. The first to co to was the lion, which was montarily confused upon awakening, then let out a furious roar at the sight of Zheng Yichen and prepared to pounce. However, it was knocked back by a slap from Zheng Yichen.
The heavy blow caused the lion to question its lion life, but seeing the at thrown by Zheng Yichen, it couldn’t resist eating. It didn’t understand what had happened, why its pride had disappeared after a nap, but it was now very hungry and especially thirsty.
The terrifying human had provided it with food and water. After eating and drinking its fill, the lion slipped away.
"A wild beast is still a wild beast, so heartless. Oh well, good luck then." Watching the lion flee, Zheng Yichen didn’t chase after it. Interacting with the creature was fruitless, not like the two dogs that had woken up. Both large breeds, they beca docile after being fed by Zheng Yichen and began circling around him, much better behaved than the lion.
As for the Li Hua cat, it probably wasn’t a pet. After waking up, it beca very aggressive, scratching at Zheng Yichen, its stress levels maxed out. But its claws left negligible marks on Zheng Yichen’s skin, breaking no defense. After being forced to drink water and eat by Zheng Yichen, he simply let it go.
The cat ran off just like the lion, darting away in a flash.
Then there were the four people who still showed no signs of waking. It puzzled Zheng Yichen; except for the one who had starved the worst, among the remaining three, two of them were in good physical condition. Even if they were starved, it couldn’t have been for many days, and they shouldn’t be waking up so slowly.
"What’s going on, could they be feigning sleep?" After waiting a while longer, Zheng Yichen muttered to himself. The wait had now surpassed the ti he spent waiting in the first Alien Phenonon zone. These transmigrators who had been swept into the Phenonon should have awakened rather quickly once they escaped from it.
Zheng Yichen poured so mineral water over one of the fittest-looking people, as if to wash their face. Still, the person remained deathly still, not so much as twitching.
Thinking of sothing, Zheng Yichen propped open the person’s eyelids to check their pupils. Yet, with his limited dical knowledge, he saw no reaction in their pupils, so he tried other thods to test them.
