’He didn’t use Ken, so he shouldn’t be able to see our connected Nen.’
Despite his disbelief, a strange feeling lingered.
"Your ability is interesting. How did you do it?" Loki asked.
Hyakuretsu’s expression darkened. "Kid, do you think I’ll tell you?"
"Right," Loki nodded. "Nen abilities are secrets."
Loki snapped his fingers. Zenki and Goki returned to him as Nen.
Powerful Nen surged from Loki, shaking the air and creating a violent wind.
A fla flickered on his forehead, his expression growing calm.
He ignited flas in his hands.
"You won’t tell ? I’ll find out. I’ll just leave you alive."
Loki’s sudden change created a palpable sense of danger.
’What’s happening? His Nen hasn’t increased, but it feels more terrifying.’
"Ready to die?" Loki’s icy voice echoed.
Hyakuretsu’s eyes widened.
"Everyone, be careful! Sothing’s different about him!"
Before he finished, a sonic boom ripped past him. He only saw a flash of red.
’No!’ He turned, but a collision sound echoed behind him.
Loki, like a ghost, appeared in the crowd.
He punched, flas erupting, sending an enemy flying and consuming him in flas.
The three connected to him also spat blood.
"Seventeen!" The man’s companion tried to attack, but Loki vanished.
"Fist attacks are shared, but what about blades?"
Everyone froze. Hyakuretsu’s face paled.
’He found out so fast!’ Shared damage increased their survivability, but a fatal blow to a vital area would kill more than one person.
A white blade flashed. Loki produced a short knife. Red light flared. His burning body moved swiftly through the crowd.
In the moonlight, the blade glead.
The cold blade sliced a throat. Blood sprayed. The blood, like a flower, blood in the air.
One man fell. Then, others clutched their throats, blood spurting. Thud thud thud! Three more fell.
Loki, wielding the knife, stood amidst the crowd, flas flickering on his cloak.
The blood on him was burned away by the flas.
He looked at the corpses.
"Shared damage equals killing four at once."
Hyakuretsu stared at his dead companions, his eyes bloodshot.
"You..."
Before he could react, Loki vanished. Brilliant fire illuminated the area. Swish! A blade flashed.
Thud thud thud thud! The sll of blood filled the air.
Ah! A dying man reached for Hyakuretsu.
Hyakuretsu’s face contorted. "Stop!" He moved, charging at Loki, punching his back.
Swish! Loki vanished. A calm voice echoed.
"Your speed can’t catch ."
Loki appeared behind Hyakuretsu, his knife piercing another’s heart. Blood gushed out.
"Boss..." The man died instantly.
Loki killed twelve with three strikes. The connected network, once their strength, beca their weakness.
One by one, their companions fell.
They thought their speed would overwhelm Loki, but his speed was terrifying.
Their Nen couldn’t flow to the injured before Loki struck.
Loki moved, his knife swiftly drawing a bloody line, followed by four corpses.
In his heightened state, Loki was efficient and rciless, giving Hyakuretsu no ti to react.
He used his speed advantage to slaughter them.
The flas on him were beautiful, but each pause was followed by spurting blood.
In seconds, Loki’s figure flashed several tis, then stopped.
He held his knife, flas flickering on his forehead, his cloak billowing.
He stood before Hyakuretsu.
"Only a few left."
