In the heart of Gluttony, two theories erged.

The first was that he’d swallowed Raiken but was affected by sothing, leading to hallucinations. Raiken’s true plan might be to force him to open his mouth and release him.

The second possibility was that it wasn’t Raiken he’d swallowed. Instead, Raiken had sohow tricked him into consuming him.

"Which one could it be?"

Gluttony pondered rapidly.

"If it’s the first, opening my mouth now would an releasing my enemy... Everything I did before would have been for nothing. Opportunities like this don’t co often."

"But if it’s the second, and the enemy is still here, I’ve already devoured him. As long as I can digest it, I’ll grow stronger—and then, I can defeat him."

Finally, Gluttony made his decision.

"For now, opening my mouth would only harm ."

He felt no loyalty to Laziness anyway. Tasks in the Shen Dojo were ant to be shared between them, but Laziness had always been lazy, leaving Gluttony to do the work alone—yet both received credit. It was unfair, and Gluttony had long resented it.

So, he resolved to begin digestion.

Power surged through Gluttony’s body.

Despite their comparable strength, Laziness couldn’t fully resist in his current state. Trapped, she could only endure as corrosive fluids ate away at her flesh, revealing red muscles and pulsing veins beneath the surface. A mask of agony spread across her face.

Realization dawned on Laziness.

"Gluttony, let out!" she commanded, shouting with all his might.

But Gluttony’s digestion powers only intensified, flooding Laziness’s body with digestive fluids, speeding up the process.

"Ahhhhh!"

The anguished scream reverberated through Gluttony’s body, gradually fading until it vanished entirely.

Laziness was gone.

As her body absorbed Laziness, Gluttony felt a new surge of power ripple through him.

Across the room, Raiken adjusted his stance.

With the speed and force of a Triceratops’ charging horn, Raiken unleashed a rapid barrage of blows. One punch, two punches, three—all pounded Gluttony’s body.

Previously, Gluttony might’ve buckled, but now he rely grinned.

anwhile, Kaizen watched from a monitor, his brow furrowing.

"Devouring Laziness has given Gluttony a massive boost. I didn’t expect Raiken’s actions would end up benefiting him. Poor Laziness... They ca to save Gluttony, but he devoured them instead."

"Now, even with Raiken’s skill, defeating Gluttony won’t be easy."

With a plan in mind, Kaizen summoned his own Nen Beast.

"Killer Queen!"

A pink figure appeared beside him as he channeled a third of his aura into the Killer Queen, issuing orders.

"Go assist Raiken and eliminate Gluttony as quickly as possible."

Killer Queen leapt out the window, speeding toward the battle. Although Kaizen didn’t channel much aura to Altan—an intelligence-type Nen Beast rather than a fighter—it was enough for support.

Upon arriving outside Heavens Arena, Killer Queen zood to Raiken’s aid. anwhile, Gluttony continued drawing on Laziness’s power.

"Another Nen Beast?" Gluttony sneered. "Is the explosion ability coming from this one?"

He didn’t believe Kaizen would divide his aura across multiple Nen Beasts, specializing in one would yield more power. If both were Kaizen’s, why hadn’t Killer Queen appeared earlier?

Killer Queen picked up a stone and flung it at Gluttony, who dodged. Seizing the mont, Raiken lunged.

With a coordinated assault, Raiken and Killer Queen pressed Gluttony hard. Cautious of Killer Queen’s explosive power, Gluttony found himself forced to split his focus. The distraction tipped the scales against him, and Gluttony quickly fell into a disadvantage.

Sweat slicked his brow, and Gluttony’s expression darkened.
