All of a sudden, the business deals that were supposed to have gone through, suddenly failed. The cooperation that had been going on for a very long ti, had suddenly been canceled.
Those people that they had thought of as friends, suddenly kept their distance away from them.
Several projects, business deals and so on suddenly failed. And for that reason, the two families suddenly began to encounter one loss after another.
This had already agitated the family heads of the two families. They began their investigation about the cause of the matter, but no matter how hard they tried, they found nothing.
The response that they always got was that, they had offended soone that they should not have.
Their minds began spinning, as they tried to rember if there was anyone that they had offended recently. Although it was true that they offended many people as days went by, but they always chose the people that they could offend, and those that they could not.
All the people that they had ever offended were people of a very low class as compared to their families. If they wanted to deal with them, it was just sothing that could happen with a snap of their fingers.
This was the way that these families had always survived. They had always been cruel and rciless, but flattering to those that they could not defeat.
The matter of the businesses that they owned declining had already caused them to get restless. The family heads were the ones that were facing much trouble, considering that their predecessors were already making things difficult for them.
They kept on saying, "You have to find the solution to the problem that you created. There is no way that I am going to allow the family to decline the mont that you take over. If the family continues getting more losses, then I am definitely going to skin you alive."

Ancient city.
This was a city that was located within the central province of Azima. This was also the place where the main gravy family was located.
Inside a majestic mansion, there was a family eting that was ongoing. The family head, and all those that held important positions in the family were present. But of course, those of the previous generation were not.
At the head of the table, there was a man whose hair had already turned gray. He had green eyes, that shone with light and spirit that did not belong to an old man. Wrinkles had already appeared on his face, a mark that had already been left by ti.
Well, forget about the matter of soone from the previous generation not being present. This man was definitely from the previous generation.
But even so, his majestic aura imdiately made all those people around him to gaze at him with respect and fear.
This man was none other than the current family head of the gravy family, Owen Gravy. He had decided not to hand over the position of the family head to his son, although he had already been confird, because he was a strict person.
He was planning to hand over the position of the family head, as long as his son succeeded in the mission that he had sent him. But, even before the mission was completed, and the cooperation between the two families was ford, another wave of bad news hit them.
That was the main reason as to why they were holding a eting on this day. They wanted to take counter asures and find thods on how to handle the situation.
"Can anyone of you tell if you have ever offended soone that you don't know their background recently? Even if you are afraid, you will have to say it, rather than letting investigate it myself. If I co to find out that you did sothing, then, believe it or not, I'm going to punish you harshly." Owen said as he looked at the crowd that was surrounding the conference table with scrutinizing eyes.
The group of people felt a chill running through their spines as they felt his gaze landing on them. At this mont, all of them began thinking about their actions, and all the people that they had ever offended.
Although it was true that Owen had simply asked about recently, they had already began thinking about all the people that they had ever offended since they were born.
They knew Owen all too well. If Owen decided to investigate, and ca to a realization that they were the ones that had offended soone that they should not have, the punishnt that they were going to face was definitely going to be unbearable.
"Eh, family head, when I was 5 years old, I bullied one of my classmates and took away her candy." After a long period of silence, finally, soone raised his hand and spoke.
The mont that he said these words, he felt that everyone's gaze landed on him. Although he was an adult, he suddenly felt uneasy.I think you should take a look at

After the first person, the others also began reporting themselves about all the people that they had ever offended. Since they themselves were not sure about who it was that they had offended and they should not have, they decided to reveal all the information that they could.
Veins imdiately began popping on Owen's forehead. At this mont, he had already been angered, and had it not been for the fact that he was holding it back, he would have already spewed fire.
Bang!
"Shut it up already! I f*ck*ng asked all of you to tell who you offended recently, and you don't know their background! Who the heck asked all of you to tell all the stupid actions that you have been taking all these years?! Do you think that I have all the ti to listen to all of that?"
Not able to bear it anymore, Owen slamd on the table as he shouted furiously. At this mont, he was completely infuriated by the actions that had been taken by all these people.
Although it was true that he was a vicious person, that only applied during the mont that he found sothing that was deed important.
But what the heck was this with offending soone simply because of a candy? And, snatching other people's girlfriends? How many girls out there would have wanted to throw themselves to them, and they didn't have anybody with them?
Didn't these people know about the fact that they were not supposed to burn bridges without enough reasons? It was no wonder several people that they considered their allies kept their distance the mont that they ca to a realization that their family was encountering a problem.
The conference room imdiately fell into silence, as nobody dared to even breathe loudly. Although they were afraid of Owen, they were mostly terrified of the angry Owen.
After seeing that the room had finally descended into silence, Owen began speaking again. "Now, I will ask once again, who offended soone that they didn't even know about their background recently? Mark my words again, recently!"
This ti, Owen made sure to emphasize on the word 'recently'. He wasn't ready to hear another round of stupid things that this group of juniors had done.
At this mont, everyone remained silent as they began thinking about the matter seriously. But no matter how they thought about it, nobody could find about anybody that they had offended recently, and they didn't know about their background.
When he didn't receive any response even after a long while, Owen could only shake his head. It was not that he had not done enough investigations, but, no matter how much he did, there was nothing that he could find.
The only reason as to why he had decided to ask this group was simply because, he didn't know if there was any one of them that offended soone in secret. After all, it was a hard thing to keep a tab on every mber of the family at every mont.
The only reason as to why he had said that he was going to do so investigation about the matter was simply because, he wanted to scare them, to make sure that if there was any one of them that had done that, to reveal themselves.
And if they ca to know whom it was that they had offended, they would also have to look for other ans that they could deal with the matter. Otherwise, the family was going to fall, and he was the one that was supposed to take the bla for the matter.
But, even after waiting for over 20 minutes, there was no response at all. That implied that his efforts this ti wasn't going to bear any fruit.
"Since that is the case, then I hope that nobody blas once I find out that you are the one who was involved." After saying that, he imdiately left the conference room.
Just as he got out of the conference room, his phone suddenly rang. Irritatedly, he took it out, and found out that the person that was calling him was Collins.
It was only at this mont that he suddenly rembered that he had actually sent Collins to the capital city to bring back his granddaughter. But surprisingly, sothing that was supposed to take a very short ti was almost taking a week now.
"What is going on? Why is it that you have not completed the task that I gave you?" Owen asked in an angry voice.
"Father, things are difficult. I need your help in this." Collins hoarse voice replied.
