The prior universe rules were all about the Creator God's personal insights; each generation of Creator God had their vision and personality—you created what you liked, I created what I liked; there was no consistent frawork or standard.
The previous sacrificial-type universes had no notion of rule categorization.
But for future singularity-type universes, there will be a clear and refined specification of rules, with a unified Creator God, establishing the three strongest rule concepts of Ti, Space, and Life.
