Chapter 151: Chapter 151: Sadness

In both the real world and the novel world, Tiara had to let go of her parents. In the real world, her parents died due to illness, while in the novel world, her parents died due to a sudden fatal accident. Her chest still hurts from experiencing this disaster twice in her life as Tiara and Claudia.

The question now is whether the novel’s storyline has really changed? As far as she rembered, the storyline of the original novel did not involve her parents being killed. Even until the last Chapter Linnon wrote, her parents were still healthy and they lived happily. So, what was the main factor that caused her parents to suddenly die? Is it because the novel’s storyline changed early on, causing her parents to die?

Tiara couldn’t imagine the real Claudia knowing about her parents’ death. It must be the sa as how helpless she is now. Since her parents were declared dead in a hit-and-run accident, she couldn’t eat in peace, even though now she only had Harry by her side.

That is true. She felt that since marrying Harry, many strange events had happened to Claudia’s life. Was she actually not allowed to marry Harry so she could save her parents? Shouldn’t she marry Harris too to save her life?

Although they hadn’t spoken much since returning from the police station, Harry volunteered to help prepare a proper funeral to pay his last respects to his departed father-in-law. Seeing this incident made his heart also break into pieces. He is already comfortable and his relationship with Claudia’s parents is getting closer. However, why should they leave him at a ti like this?

The funeral of Claudia’s parents was known throughout the country. However, Harry limited visitors paying their respects for their convenience. Moreover, he still felt it was absurd that this accident happened suddenly when they wanted to have dinner with their beloved family.

The atmosphere at the funeral venue was shrouded in tears and clouds of sorrow. Claudia couldn’t hold back her constant crying which made her closest friends feel hurt too. Claudia, who usually looked cheerful, first showed her sadness with a face full of despair, they still couldn’t bear to accept it either. Even though they rarely et Claudia’s parents, they really know Claudia’s parents’ personalities, who are known to be very warm and friendly to everyone.

The first person to hug Claudia was Clarissa. Her hands hugged Claudia’s stiff body tightly. In fact, she was worried that Claudia would collapse because she didn’t eat or rest.

"Claudia, you have to be strong to face it," said Clarissa quietly.

"What should I do now? I should be having dinner with them now, but they left

too soon." Claudia cried louder and louder, making Clarissa feel even more guilty.

"Human life, we will never know, Claudia. Even I couldn’t accept that my mother died when I was little. Maybe this is the ti for them to be called because their task in this world is finished."

Larissa also showed empathy. She hugged Claudia’s body with great affection. "Your father and mother would be very proud to see you up there if you were strong enough to face this disaster, Claudia. "I’m the sa as Clarissa, who still doesn’t want to leave my mother."

Alice patted Claudia on the shoulder. "Seeing that your condition is unstable, for the ti being I suggest you rest first. You shouldn’t go back to work until you’re ntally stable. We also won’t force you to gather."

Davina lowered her eyebrows. "Do I need to call my mother to calm you down? My mother is the best when it cos to calming people down."

Hearing her friend still joking amidst the sad atmosphere, Arabella imdiately hit her on the back. "You’re still joking at a ti like this!"

"But even though my mother was very cruel to , she actually had a kind heart and was open to anyone."

Seeing all her community friends still supporting her at a ti like this, Claudia was finally able to smile even though the smile she was currently showing was a fake smile. Imagining that all her friends who were comforting her at this ti were also dead, he really had no one in this world. Maybe she would be stupid to torture herself if she didn’t marry Harry too.

Talking about Harry, Claudia actually felt lonely all day since they arrived at the accident scene. Her husband didn’t talk much, they only spoke briefly about funeral arrangents. The rest they don’t interact with. As usual, her husband always looks indifferent and cold, but is secretly caring. She didn’t expect her husband to prepare everything.

Her current position is still hanging out with mbers of the Scarlet Community. Even though they were still talking, Claudia’s eyes were focused on her husband’s expression, which was also very tiring. Her husband was busy welcoming VIP guests who were their relatives and King Godfrey also ca to the cetery to pay his respects.

It felt like Claudia wanted to be selfish in coming to her husband to interrupt the formal conversation between the ministers. Right now all he needed was Harry. However, because of this incident, he felt like there was a distance between them. Was Harry acting nonchalant like this just to appear professional in front of everyone because he was Duke?

Claudia turned her attention back to all her friends. He bowed his head respectfully. "Thank you for taking the ti to pay your respects to my parents."

"You can do it, Claudia!" Clarissa cheered enthusiastically.

"If you’re still sad in the next few days, I can lend you my mother to pour out your heart," suggested Davina.

"Thank you, Davina."

"If you want to cry, just cry as much as you like. I’m ready to hug you," suggested Larissa.

Claudia laughed awkwardly while wiping her tears. "I dare not be presumptuous, Your Majesty."

"By the way, girls, can I borrow Claudia now?" said a young man approaching the mbers of the Scarlet Community.
