" Quickly, quikly, are we there yet?" Elise started clamoring in the passenger seat as soon as they left the cafe. Samuel thought about it and said," I heard that you were troubling both Mayra and Kayla since you got here? What was that about?"
Elise stiffen up when she heard him ntion it, she dropped her head like she was guilty afraiding to even look at his face.
" I will not scold you but didn't I remind you to listen to elders? This ti is an exception but I can't be there for you all the ti. You know, I am busy with work." He could only helplessly explain to her. He didn't want to raise his voice in fear that it would backfire.
"I...I just missed Sami and horses."
" I know." He patted her head before saying," But you have to study properly, you are a good girl right?" She nodded her head sheepishly.
" Once you grow up, you can travel around on your own but first you have to learn about everything. If you don't everyone will be disappointed. You can co back during the holidays so it's not like you won't see the horses and wolves again." He paused to look at her expression.
" If you do well in school, I will co regularly and teach you different things. We can also go around the world to explore there are a lot of things that you are not aware of." He said with a smile. He only wanted her to live a normal life.
Even if it was hard, he would do anything for her, it was one of the reason why he didn't want to shelter her unnecessarily so that she didn't beco spoiled and twisted.
With the things that she had been through, it was not hard to imagine that it would hunt her all her life, thinking the world was unfair or resenting everyone, he could only imagine what kind of person she would beco in the future. He didn't want her to have that sort of life.
" Okay, there is no need for you to be sad. I will first make a call to see if your 'gift' is ready." He smiled mysteriously. Elise looked at him with exciting expression, she really wanted to know what he was planning.
He picked up his cell and dialed a specific number, " Young master! Hello."
" Lucie, it's . Is it done? I want to visit the place."
" Ah, it's still in the process of decoration but I can ask the company to clear things up. When are you planning your visit?" Lucie, the person he entrusted to buy the castle was still contracted by him to finish rebuilding the place.
She told him it would take months to finish, it's not like it was in dire state but she knew that Samuel wanted the place to look pristine so she spared no effort to do her task.

" Young master.....I will try but it will take few hours." She told him all the details. The original staff were retained and they were tasked with managing the place, the head maid was specifically tasked with overseeing everything so Lucie didn't exactly knew how far it was done.
She also quite from her job as consultant from the Arican Express. Samuel asked her to work for him but because he didn't give her any more work she had been picking up few jobs locally. It's not like her pay was bad, it's just she was too bored to sit at ho.
After allocating a suitable company for renovation her work was practically over. Samuel too had been staying in London, so she didn't have to do anything related to her original consultation job. For now she was assisting another company, Wexner.
" I have been working in coordinating for wealthy guest for the Wexner family. They are having a huge fashion show this week so I have been busy at their site."
" Wexner?" He thought for a second and realize which company she was talking about. The limited inc, the parent company of Victoria's Secret chain store. He rembered that they were gaining traction in past decade with the rise of internet making their presence known to a wider market.
" It's...the garnt show...you must heard of Victoria-" Lucie didn't know how to say it out loud. She was embarrassed to talk about it with her boss. There was nothing to be ashad off, but she hardly talked to him about such intimate topics and basically t him three tis.
Normally, she was outspoken but for so reason in front of her handso boss, she tend to lose her composure on the topic of silliest things.
" I know, I have heard of them. Are you working for them now?"
" It's just a temporary job. One of my friends asked for help. I didn't have anything to at ho for weeks now."
" It's fine. I am not scolding you for taking the job." He was not surprised, he dealt with several workaholics and from a glance could tell she fell into the sa category.
" Give the address, I will co pick you up. In the anti, just contact the castl-..."place" to let them know that I am coming to stay there for few days. It's fine if they could spare an area for to live there for one day." He wanted to let Elise experience the place fully. Fortunately, Elise wasn't alard, she was looking outside the window enjoying the view.

" No need, I will co look for you. Just focus on your work, I don't want you to leave it unfinished."
"....yes, young master." She still wanted to find soone to receive him but as soon as she hung up the phone soone ca looking for her to manage the manifest. The show was in a week so there was a lot of work to be done.
From coordinating important guests, checking their itinerary to get governnt approvals, it was a tough job considering the scale of the event. The company was planning to expand the event a lot focusing on introducing new models and talents from across the globe.
Even if most of the 'angels' were predetermined, a lot of eager talents and different agencies wanted to participate in the event which was why they were sending their talents to mingle just to find few opportunities.
From Europe to Asia to south arica, there were a lot of 'trainees' that she was incharge off. Her work mainly focused on managing the talents and showing them what they needed to do and what kind of things to avoid.
She was instantly drowned in work even forgetting about Samuel's call within few minutes. By the ti he arrived, he was already lost in sea of people.
