After about ten minutes fiddling, the group of people in lab coats finally quieted down.

Vivian wiped the cold sweat off her forehead and walked over to Daisy Ginger, saying, "Miss Ginger, we discussed it and decided to take the young master to the institute for an accurate asurent. The equipnt we brought isn’t sufficient, and the results aren’t accurate..."

Daisy Ginger imdiately refused, "No way."

Vivian seed to have anticipated Daisy Ginger’s reaction and wasn’t too surprised. She pursed her lips and went back to discuss with the group of people in lab coats.

Daisy Ginger walked over, picked up Erin Ginger, who was sitting quietly on the sofa, looked down at his innocent white little face, and asked in a low voice, "Are you tired?"

Erin Ginger nuzzled his face against hers, then shook his head.

She hadn’t expected that visiting the Stephens family would be so troubleso.

Daisy Ginger’s face sank.

It’s one thing to bother adults, but why trouble children?

No matter how smart Erin Ginger is, he is just a child. One IQ test should be enough, but now they want to take him to a research institute for testing. Who knows what they would do?

Placing Erin Ginger on the ground, Daisy Ginger raised her voice slightly and said to Vivian, "Are you going to teach today or not? If not, I’ll take Erin upstairs to rest."

Vivian turned to look at Erin Ginger, her expression a bit hard to describe.

"I... I’m afraid there’s not much I can teach young master Erin," she said awkwardly. "Young master Erin’s vocabulary accumulation and proficiency have already surpassed mine."

By the end, she seed a little ashad.

Daisy Ginger looked down at Erin Ginger, who was obediently holding her hand.

Erin Ginger also looked up, his face calm and innocent.

Daisy Ginger snapped back to reality and said to Vivian, "So you an no more language lessons are needed?"

Vivian nodded, "Young master Erin can now proficiently read literary classics and papers from various countries. I’ve got nothing to teach him."

Given Erin’s current intelligence, even as a child expert, she couldn’t help him much.

She was skilled in developntal intelligence, but in terms of intellect...

She had long been utterly overwheld by the three-and-a-half-year-old child.

Daisy Ginger regarded Vivian suspiciously, feeling that there was sothing unreliable about this woman.

An elderly man with white hair stepped out from the group, his eyes shining at Erin Ginger.

Daisy Ginger looked at him as if he were a big bad wolf eyeing a lamb, instinctively protecting Erin Ginger behind her.

"Ex-excuse , miss," the elderly man’s voice was heavily accented; whether due to excitent or his usual tone, he spoke hesitantly, "We-we’d like to take young master Erin to the institute for a more comprehensive IQ test. The equipnt we hurriedly brought is too simple, and we can’t properly asure young master Erin’s intelligence."

Daisy Ginger frowned, her tone cold, "No need. I’m not concerned about my child’s IQ."

She knew Erin Ginger was bright, a little prodigy, but even if he were born less clever, she would love him just the sa. No matter how smart he is, she just wants him to be happy and live like an ordinary person.

The elderly man looked at her expressionless and stern face and retreated sowhat.

He glanced at Vivian, who shook her head at him.

The elder sighed, looked wistfully at Erin Ginger, and handed Daisy Ginger a card.

"If you change your mind, please contact ."

Daisy Ginger nodded perfunctorily, watching the group pack up their instrunts and leave, led by Vivian.

Daisy Ginger rembered her own childhood, being taken by Alice Lesser to have her IQ asured. She was quite clever, scoring about one hundred thirty-sothing, classifying her as highly intelligent.

Before eting Edward Stephens, she did think she was pretty smart, learning everything quickly. She was the top scorer in the provincial entrance exams, with a photographic mory, yet she hadn’t reached Edward’s mastery where everything ca naturally. Though she could learn foreign languages swiftly compared to ordinary people, it required a lot of effort.

But Erin Ginger...

Daisy Ginger looked down at her son’s innocent face.

By age three and a half, he’d self-taught eight languages. Is he even human?

Vivian drove the experts to the institute.

Throughout the journey, the elderly expert sighed repeatedly.

"Such a pity!" The old man slapped his thigh. "If we could bring him back for a proper asurent, perhaps the highest IQ in the world might bear his na!"

Vivian also felt a bit dizzy, still sowhat shocked.

——When she took Erin Ginger to the study intending to start by teaching him basic French vocabulary, Erin adeptly recited a piece of French poetry and pointed out an error in her pronunciation. Following that, when she asked him how many languages he’d actually learned, Erin proceeded to translate the poetry into seven or eight different languages.

Since she hadn’t learned several of those languages, she couldn’t tell if he was correct or not. But among the four languages she did know, he was completely accurate, with exceptional pronunciation.

That simply wasn’t the vocabulary of a three-year-old!

In that instant, she didn’t feel surprise but—fear.

Like a gorilla encountering a human, that kind of terror.

Whatever the case, she truly couldn’t teach him anything.

To continue with his education, they might need university professors to instruct him.

After escorting the experts away, Vivian personally called Robert Stephens and reported everything that had happened surrounding Erin Ginger.

*

Just when Daisy Ginger thought the afternoon was finally free of issues, Robert Stephens arrived, accompanied by others.

The man’s arrival made everyone in the villa tense with caution. That mont, Daisy Ginger was resting with Erin Ginger. Upon hearing the butler knock and announce Robert Stephens had arrived, she promptly woke up.

This man’s presence was never a good on, and her assumption was proven correct.

When Robert Stephens proposed that Erin Ginger should attend university, Daisy Ginger completely erupted.

——Either he had gone mad, or she had!

"He’s never attended kindergarten, and you want him to go to university? Are you out of your mind?"

Robert Stephens sat quietly in his wheelchair.

"With Erin’s intelligence, he should be able to keep up with university coursework."

"Do you even know how old he is now?"

Robert Stephens glanced at her, his look akin to that of soone observing a gorilla. He said calmly, "He isn’t soone you can understand or imagine."

That tone made Daisy Ginger laugh in anger.

"Did you forget whose kid he is?" Daisy Ginger sneered coldly, "I birthed him. Are you saying I can’t understand or imagine my own son?!"

Robert Stephens: "Keeping him by your side is rely wasting his talents."
