"Daisy..." Elena called her softly.

Daisy Ginger looked down at her.

"I’m sorry, I’ve caused you trouble..."

If she hadn’t stood up for the makeup artist, it wouldn’t have co to Daisy Ginger’s side. She knew Helen Hyde used to be the artist Daisy managed, and their relationship wasn’t good.

"You didn’t do anything wrong, no need to apologize to ." Daisy said to her, "Your people, of course, you should defend them, can’t let others bully them."

As she spoke, Helen Hyde, now wearing a light blue fitted gown, walked out of the dressing room.

She walked up to Daisy Ginger, looked at her stunning face, and felt so hidden hatred, "Daisy Ginger, I followed you for two years, what kinds of movies did you get ? You’ve only managed Elena for half a year, and you’ve got her a second female lead in Director Carter’s film! How have I wronged you that you have to treat like this!"

Daisy Ginger knew all along that she was making trouble for Elena’s people as an excuse, and now seeing her speak up, she remained expressionless.

"You know very well yourself whether the films I got you were good or not. As for the roles I get Elena, it has nothing to do with you. You’re no longer my artist, so you can’t interfere with which director’s films I get for my artists," she looked at her coldly, "If you cause trouble at Royal Entertainnt again, I won’t let you off. If you don’t want to be sidelined, behave yourself, do you understand?"

Helen Hyde’s heavily made-up face turned pale. Daisy’s words reached this point, indicating she had the power. She signed a ten-year contract with Royal Entertainnt, and this was only the third year; being sidelined would an everything’s over.

She was just unwilling, so unwilling! She’s a veteran of the company, contributing greatly to Royal Entertainnt! Now her popularity is declining, and even a newcor like Elena, who’s only been here for half a year, has better resources! She can’t even touch the edge of Director Carter’s big production, while Elena, a re newbie, directly got the second female lead!

She felt Daisy did it on purpose. During those two years by her side, she never got her any esteed director’s film, leading to lukewarm popularity. Otherwise, she wouldn’t have taken a drastic step to enter TV dramas.

But the TV drama audience doesn’t like the glamorous style; she doesn’t have that audience charm. A year later, she’s neither made a mark in TV dramas, nor can she find a good script in films. Seeing her popularity drastically decline and hearing about the company’s newcor getting Director Carter’s film, how could she not be jealous?

Her agent didn’t dare let her argue with Daisy Ginger and ca to pull her away. She also didn’t dare to argue with Daisy. Daisy’s status at Royal Entertainnt is special, with great authority, so she could only harbor silent anger in her heart, not daring to offend her further.

Helen Hyde was pulled away, the dressing room fell silent again. Daisy waved her hand, dismissing everyone, then said to Elena, "In the future, be more yielding when you see her. She was Royal Entertainnt’s first artist, and she did contribute to the company."

Elena nodded obediently, "Okay."

"Your path is smoother than hers, so taking so loss is no big deal. In this industry, it’s all about luck. You getting into Director Carter’s crew ans you’re luckier than her, letting people scold you a bit isn’t a big deal." Daisy comforted her, "Alright, finish the magazine shoot today, then focus on acting with your teacher, don’t worry about anything else."

Daisy originally thought this matter would just pass like that, but unexpectedly, that very night, Helen Hyde stirred up more trouble—

Soone accused her of sexual harassnt, called the police, and she was taken to the station!
