Let’s just say that eight years ago she owed her son a life, and now she’s repaying it with her family torn apart.

"From now on, we don’t need to et again," Daisy Ginger withdrew her gaze, walked over to take the divorce agreent from her hand, and looked down at the na already signed on it, "Edward and I have both decided, we’ve decided to divorce."

The tears Lady Stephens had just managed to stop flowed again as she looked at Daisy Ginger’s figure, knowing that this ti in their lifeti, they probably would never have a chance to et again.

She feels guilty towards this child, but faced with such a situation, she is powerless to make ands.

After seeing off Lady Stephens, Daisy Ginger lay on the bed and slept.

This ti the sleep was very peaceful. She didn’t dream of anyone and just slept until the afternoon.

Edward Stephens had gone sowhere unknown. Given their current relationship, it was awkward to make contact. Daisy Ginger held the signed divorce agreent in her hands, feeling hesitant, unsure if she should go find him in person to ask when they should go to the civil affairs bureau to dissolve the marriage.

She spent three or four days alone in the Stephens family ho without seeing Edward Stephens, belatedly realizing she might never see him again in this lifeti.

No longer staying at the Stephens ho, Daisy Ginger left everything behind, taking only her ID card and passport to fly back to Banyan City.

She returned to the villa she once lived in with Edward Stephens, then contacted an agent to list the villa for sale.

Upon returning to Banyan City, Daisy Ginger’s life suddenly beca leisurely.

She didn’t contact Ethan Pond or Zoe Hilker, choosing instead to tend flowers and keep fit at ho, or show the villa to potential buyers brought by the agent.

The villa was designed to her aesthetic taste, and being quite expensive, it hadn’t been sold after more than a month.

Daisy Ginger wasn’t in a hurry.

That day around noon, Daisy Ginger finished her yoga session and heard the doorbell ring downstairs.

She changed into workout clothes, ran downstairs, thinking the agent had arrived, but upon opening the door, she saw a young man dressed sharply in a suit standing at the entrance.

"Hello, Miss Ginger," He called her na, offering a handshake politely, "I’ve been commissioned by Mr. Stephens to handle the divorce case between you and him."

"..." Daisy Ginger looked at him, stepping aside to let him in, "Would you like sothing to drink?"

Her tone was calm.

"No, thank you," The man smiled, "Is the divorce agreent here?"

Daisy Ginger nodded, went upstairs to get the divorce agreent, and handed it to him.

She poured herself a glass of iced orange juice, then sat on the sofa, watching indifferently as he flipped through the divorce agreent she had read countless tis.

"Since you’ve signed it, you shouldn’t have any objections over the property division, right?" He raised his head, asking her with a gentle and refined manner.

"No," Daisy Ginger nodded, "But there’s one problem with the contract I can’t comply with." Daisy Ginger leaned forward, extended her slender index finger, and pointed to the last section of the agreent clauses, "I can’t find the diamond ring. Could you ask him if cash would be acceptable."

The lawyer was taken aback for a mont, then nodded, stood up from the sofa, and went aside to make a phone call.

Daisy Ginger sat barefoot on the sofa with her legs crossed, sipping the iced orange juice slowly.

Even the divorce has to be handled by others. It seems they should never have any intersection again in this lifeti.
