Chapter 759

Robert Foster consciously sat in the back seat, then looked over at Chloe Collins, who was drinking milk tea, and asked, "Chloe, you still haven’t answered my question."

Chloe: "Let your imagination run wild."

Robert Foster fell silent.

Chloe glanced at him: "Unhappy?"

Robert didn’t respond, didn’t hear, his mind filled with the images of the day when he was sick on the mountain.

At that ti, he tried so hard to stay calm, but there was a force in his heart that was dragging him down.

The suffocating past was like shackles, tying him down and controlling him.

His expression gradually beca solemn.

He couldn’t be so useless his whole life, even failing to drive properly.

He wanted to face the past.

"Bro, I want to learn racing with Charlie." He blurted out.

At these words, Chloe and Alexander Foster exchanged glances at the sa ti, and then both peeked back.

"Support."

"No."

The two spoke simultaneously.

Robert heard Chloe’s support for him, and he suddenly gained confidence, a confidence he had never had before.

He straightened his back and told Alexander: "This ti, I have to learn."

Alexander spoke indifferently: "It’s not that you can’t, it’s a psychological problem."

Robert fell silent.

Chloe spoke slowly: "Let him try."

"You see, even Chloe says so. You have to listen to her!" Robert darted behind Chloe’s chair, looking serious.

Chloe bit on a potato chip and said, "I’m just suggesting, no need to listen to ."

"Chloe, you can’t be like this. Only you can cure my brother!"

"Don’t talk nonsense." Chloe showed no expression.

"It’s not nonsense." Alexander whispered.

"See, see, my brother admits it himself."

Chloe’s gaze shifted and she looked at Alexander. Then she put the chips aside, turned her head, and whispered a few words in Robert’s ear.

Alexander frowned: "No whispering."

Robert ignored him and suddenly burst into laughter.

Chloe also ignored him and continued talking.

Alexander coughed lightly.

Robert still didn’t pay attention to him and even laughed out loud.

Suddenly, with a swish, Alexander stopped the car.

Only then did the two stop their whispering.

Alexander said seriously: "You must obey Charlie completely, or there’s no deal."

Robert’s eyes lit up: "You agree?"

Alexander: "If sothing happens, you’ll be banned from driving for life."

Robert clenched his fists triumphantly and then leaned over to Chloe to talk.

It was more whispering.

"Cough cough."

As soon as Robert heard his brother’s cough, he said, "Bro, eat this. It’ll stop your throat from itching. Wanda Wesley gave it to . It’s extrely effective."

Alexander: "..."

While waiting for the traffic lights, he took out a lollipop and handed it to Chloe, deliberately placing it between the two of them.

Chloe didn’t look at him, pushed his hand away, and continued to listen to Robert’s whispering, a smile hanging at the corner of her mouth.

Then, she raised her eyes to look at Alexander, the smile at the corner of her mouth deepening.

This little action made Alexander sure the two were talking about him.

He stopped talking and silently drove the car.

After a while, Robert and Chloe exchanged glances and looked at the man together.

Robert mouthed: "He’s angry."

Chloe nodded in agreent.

Robert mouthed: "Played too far, what do we do?"

Chloe: "Either way."

Robert: Checkmate!

Robert mouthed: "You comfort him, or he’ll change his mind."

Chloe sipped her milk tea and didn’t say anything.

As soon as the car got ho, Robert bolted out.

Before getting out of the car, he sent Chloe a red envelope with a ssage: Sis, help comfort my brother. I promise you any request!

If she accepts the red envelope, it ans she agrees; if she doesn’t, it ans she doesn’t agree.
