Chapter 1477
"Even if he’s not her biological father, hasn’t he been vying with Chase for her these past two years? He just cares about his pride. Before, everyone was none the wiser about this, he had the title of being a father. But now this title has been stripped from him, look how anxious he is!"
She was confident that, in Tristan’s heart, he viewed Chloe Collins as his daughter. It didn’t matter whether he truly loved her or not, as long as this was his perspective.
"Anyway, if he doesn’t compensate , I won’t cooperate if Tanner Collins needs surgery." Raine Nolan defiantly stated.
Rosalind Taylor weakly responded, "Do as you wish, I won’t interfere."
Elsewhere, inside a high-end tea house.
Tristan Collins, alongside two followers, stepped into the tea house. His trip to Orlando this ti was for the purpose of collaborating with Clara Carrington.
Today, Clara was hosting the et and had been waiting for him for a long ti.
Upon seeing him arrive, Clara got up and took the initiative to shake hands, "Mr. Collins, I’ve heard so much about you, today I finally get the chance to et you in person."
Tristan smiled faintly, without many expressions, a calm deanor that easily overwheld Clara’s imposing manner.
"I heard that Mr. Collins wants to collaborate with . I must admit, I was quite surprised and delighted. Don’t rush with the contract matters, may I ask why you want to help ?"
She posed the question tentatively.
Tristan gave a subtle signal to his subordinate, instructing him to hand over the contract.
"Take a look. If there’s no problem, we should proceed to sign it."
Clara’s smile stiffened.
She was being refused, not even a hint of face-saving was offered.
It was already sowhat exasperating that she had to wait about an hour for him, but now, she was left rather embarrassed.
Clara was a person with a temper, however, her biggest strength was her ability to control it.
The blazing anger was slowly extinguished by the upturned corner of her lips pretending to smile, her domineering presence was gradually suppressed.
She picked up the contract and glanced over it, chuckling, "No problem, looking forward to a pleasant collaboration."
Writing swiftly, she signed her na on the contract.
This contract guaranteed that Tristan Collins would shift part of the Collins Hotels’ orders to Blessings Hotel, ensuring Blessings Hotel’s daily revenue exceeds D’Swiss. The price she had to pay was that, once she seized the President’s position, she would have to give the priority for specified projects to the Collinses.
From Carrington Enterprise’s perspective, it was sowhat unfair, but from her, Clara Carrington’s perspective, it was the biggest boost.
She couldn’t concern herself too much about the future; what mattered now was to secure this position first, otherwise, everything else would be irrelevant.
Tristan rely stayed for less than five minutes. After the matters regarding the contract were settled, he left.
At the mont when he descended the stairs, Clara’s temper could no longer be held down. She poured herself two strong drinks just to barely maintain her composure.
She was clearly aware, Tristan looked down on her, greatly even!
He collaborated with her solely to squeeze out Carrington Enterprise’s interests and further trigger Chase.
She was nothing but a pawn for his revenge on Chase.
"Old coot, don’t get too smug too soon." She muttered under her breath, laughing coldly.

The next day, D’Swiss Hotel and Blessings Hotel, the two long-closed hotels, reopened on the sa day, becoming the biggest news in the surrounding area.
Both hotels held inauguration ceremonies at the sa ti, but the scenarios at both places were quite different.
The Blessings Hotel had invited many guests. The spectators filled the hotel’s plaza, and there were performance shows. It was bustling.
The scene at D’Swiss Hotel, on the other hand, was utterly bleak.
It was another day of strong winds, all the leaves were blown away, all swirling in the direction of the hotel, making the scene even more desolate.
