Chapter 1167
The folks from the Innovation Club decided to carry the robot out for discussion, and they all left the room.

Chloe gave the remote control a glance; it was similar to a traditional gaming console joystick.
"Our ’Little Alita’ is a multi-purpose robot, practically an all-rounder. According to the original plan, it can fly to deliver packages, descend to the bottom of the ocean up to 5000 ters deep. Whilst on land, it can replace 90% of human activities, achieving optimal efficiency with minimal labor costs."
With an embarrassed smile, Two continued, "However, ideals seldom et reality. It can fly now, but not for more than ten minutes, and it’s only three ters off the ground. Any higher and it can’t ascend further. But this is also a big breakthrough for us; previous versions could only fly 1.5 ters high."
Coinciding with his speech, the Little Alita, about the height of a five-year-old child, took off from the box, buzzing in flight. It hovered just fifteen centiters from the ceiling.
The robot’s appearance emulates the protagonist of the film Alita, albeit with slight differences, particularly in the facial features. If they hadn’t pointed it out, no one would have recognized the design.
Three added, "Its diving ability is okay, it can stay underwater for twenty minutes, but only two ters below the surface. Any deeper and we lose control. It’s a far cry from our initial plan, however, for everyday use such as scooping up fish or catching prawns, it should have no issues."
"In addition to flying and diving, it can also play the role of a nanny. Cleaning up the house, getting kids up in the morning, walking dogs, keeping track of children, even providing preliminary treatnt for external injuries. Four chid in, "Yes, we built this robot based on Professor Rocker’s research project. It’s positioned as an all-purpose robot serving the people. The robot flew over to Chloe Collins, circling her. As it flew, it didn’t maintain an upright posture like when it was standing on the ground. It looked like a child being lifted up, those cold and unfeeling eyes staring at her, giving her an uncanny sense of deja vu as if she was in a horror movie.
