"Dom... I had no idea... you have a son?! How long have you been keeping this from us? And who is the mother?"

Ashton could see the uncanny resemblance between Aaron and Dominique. Aaron’s face was a spitting image of Dominique’s young self.

anwhile, Aaron and Dominique exchanged glances with one another. Then they gave Ashton a strange gaze.

"Do I really look like his son?" Aaron asked Ashton with an innocent look in his eyes. "By the way, I’m Aaron." He flashed a friendly smile, greeting Ashton politely.

Ashton, still a bit flustered, nodded vigorously. "You are a child version of him!" He pointed his finger at Dominique.

The young boy’s giggle bubbled up inside the music store. "Amazing! That only ans... When I grow up I will also be as handso as Mr. Dominique. I will be a fine man like him."

"Eh? Mr. Dominique? Why are you calling your father, Mister?" Ashton asked, staring at them confusedly.

Dominique could only sigh while shaking his head helplessly. "Your imagination is running wild."

"By the way, Aaron, this is my friend, Ashton." He introduced them to each other. "This young boy got separated from his Uncle and his sister while strolling through the mall. Now, we have to find them," He explained Aaron’s situation.

"Really?" Ashton refused to believe his explanation. "Is he not your son? The two of you look alike! Don’t deny it, Bro. No need to keep this a secret. Who is the mother?" Ashton continued eyeing Dominique suspiciously.

Dominique facepald because of Ashton’s stubbornness. On the other hand, Aaron let out another soft giggle.

"Mr. Dominique is telling the truth. How I truly wish he was my father." Aaron supported Dominique’s claim, correcting Ashton’s assumption.

Dominique just held Aaron’s hand as he guided him out of the music store. "Let’s find your sister and your Uncle."

Aaron bobbed his head, and the broad smile on his face remained.

"Hey, wait! I’m coming!" Ashton chased after them as Dominique deliberately left him behind.

Aaron, Dominique, and Ashton continued their search for Aaron’s guardian.

anwhile, Gael and Kimmy were also looking for Aaron. Panic set in, and his eyes darted anxiously as he scanned the sea of people in the mall.

"Where are you, Aaron?" Gael cursed himself several tis after realizing his mistake. He lost Aaron in the crowd. He wouldn’t be able to forgive himself if sothing bad happened to Aaron.

’Sabrina will hate ... How will I explain this to her? I need to find him asap!’

"Uncle Gael, calm down. Aaron will be fine. He can find his way back to us," Kimmy said, consoling Gael.

"If we can’t find him here, he can ride a taxi, going back ho. Mom and Aunt Athena also taught us to seek help from police officers if ever we encounter so troubles," she added, hoping to reassure Gael.

Gael took a deep breath, trying to calm himself. He panicked, that’s why he didn’t think clearly.

"Thanks, Kimmy. For now, let’s approach the mall staff and the security guards. They can help us initiate a search. The mall is too crowded today." Gael finally cleared his mind, able to strategize well.

He also thought of using the intercom system of the mall. The mall has intercom systems that can be used to broadcast Aaron’s description and request assistance from other shoppers and staff who might find him.

Without wasting any more ti, Gael and Kimmy headed to the Mall Managent Office and Security Station. Gael asked for assistance regarding the missing young boy.

The mall security staff responded imdiately. The security guards roving around the mall had been notified about the missing boy.

They also used the intercom system to broadcast Aaron’s description, requesting anyone who found the boy to bring him to the Security Station where Gael and Kimmy would be waiting.

"Mr. Tan, we are also reviewing the CCTV footage to find Aaron. Where did you last see him... and at exactly what ti did you realize he got lost?" The security personnel asked Gael.

"I’ve been looking for him for half an hour now. I last saw him in the array of souvenir stalls."

Gael turned to Kimmy and said, "Kimmy, can you stay here for a while? I’ll just help them in searching for Aaron. I can’t just wait here and do nothing."

"Sure, Uncle Gael. Please find my brother." Kimmy decided to stay in the Security Station while Gael would continue looking around the mall.

As Gael exited the Security Station, he unexpectedly encountered two familiar figures: Dominique Smith and Ashton Davis. Yet, what truly stunned him was the sight of Aaron with them.

Gael didn’t know how to react. He stood frozen in his spot, struggling with his conflicting emotions. The thing they were trying to prevent just happened today– Dominique eting Aaron.

’No! This can’t be happening!’ he thought, his heart sinking with each passing second.

’What should I do? Pretend I didn’t see them? Dominique might suspect anything if he learns about my connection to Aaron.’

However, before Gael could take the necessary actions, Aaron already saw him.

"Uncle!" Aaron dashed in his direction.

Ashton and Dominique were also dumbfounded when they recognized Gael.

"Gael?" Dominique frowned when he stared at Gael sharply. He couldn’t hide his displeasure upon seeing Sabrina’s best friend. He had always been jealous of this guy because of his closeness with Sabrina.

"What? Aaron’s Uncle is Gael?! What a coincidence?!" Ashton exclaid in disbelief.

The air crackled with heavy tension as Gael and Dominique’s gazes locked in a silent battle. The animosity toward each other was evident in their eyes.

Gael imdiately held Aaron’s hand, his jaw clenched in barely contained fury. ’There are lots of people here. Why does it have to be Dominique... who found Aaron?’

"Uncle Gael, are you mad? Sorry for the trouble I caused." Aaron’s gentle voice broke the tension surrounding them. He thought Gael’s anger stemd from him.

Gael shifted his gaze from Dominique to Aaron. This ti he concealed his negative emotions and smiled at the young boy faintly. "Of course not. I’m not mad. I’m just worried about you, Aaron."

Aaron smiled back and nodded. "Uncle, I’d like you to et Mr. Dominique and his friend, Ashton. They were the ones who helped after getting lost in the mall."

Setting aside his resentnt, Gael turned to look at Dominique and Ashton, thanking them.

"Thank you for your help and for keeping Aaron’s safe." He spoke to them as if this was the first ti he t them.

Ashton was about to say sothing but Dominique stopped him by giving him a warning glare.

"You’re welco. Just try not to lose this young boy again," Dominique responded, trying to act civil with Gael in front of Aaron.

Gael just nodded. "Aaron, let’s go. Your sister is waiting for you." He didn’t intend to stay longer. He must leave with Aaron as quickly as possible.

"Okay, Uncle."

But before they left, Aaron turned to Dominique one last ti, waving his hand. "Thank you again, Mr. Dominique. I have so much fun today. Hope to see you again."

Dominique smiled at him and waved back. "Yes. Till we et again."
