The scene in front of Zack imdiately vanished as he appeared back. In front of him, Eva's eyes were still glowing and she looked as though she was in a daze.
Zack imdiately retreated to one of the seats and pinched his right cheek hard.
"Ow!" When he felt the pain creeping up, he realized that what he had seen was indeed very real. 'What the fk did that even an…'
Suddenly, Eva's eyes moved over to Zack's face as a smile blossod on the forr's face.
"Looks like her words were indeed correct. I wonder what the year is and what's all these fancy things are." Eva muttered in a double-pitched sound as she looked around the room.
Zack on the other hand was wondering whether he should go out of the room or ask what the fk was happening.
He chose to do neither.
"Hey, don't give that look," Eva suddenly said as she stood up from her seat and started walking towards Zack.
Her movent was completely different from what he knew. It looked as though a completely different person was controlling her body.
"Zack, why do you seem afraid of ?" Eva asked with a confused look as she tilted her head in the right direction. "Ah… never mind then."
Eva suddenly sighed as she looked into Zack's eyes. She bent down on her knees so that she could be on the sa level as him.
"Well, looks like I will vanish soon enough. I wonder if I will make an appearance again," Eva muttered to herself before she placed her right hand on Zack's shoulder. "The least I can do is make the first move."
Suddenly, Eva placed both of her hands on Zack's neck and leaned in.

'First kiss…' Zack had kissed a few girls in his previous life and had so experience in the field. However, he was currently being pushed back by Eva.
She continued to press her lips against his before sighing ntally.
'Guess it's goodbye now.' Her eyes slowly started to dim before they turned back to normal.
Evangeline's eyes widened when she saw herself kissing Zack while he was staring at her. She imdiately pushed back before turning in the other direction.
'Did I just fking kiss him?!' Eva's mind was ablaze with hundreds of thoughts running around. The feeling of her lips pressed against Zack's still lingered in her mind.
For her, it was her kiss. For Eva, Zack was the first boy around her age who she had gotten to know.
And he was also the one who got her first kiss.
While Eva was trying to sort her mind, Gugnir started glowing again in Zack's hand.

She was still looking away from him. Zack stood up from his seat and did a fake cough. Eva suddenly turned around with a calm and collected expression.
"Mind explaining what happened?"
"You kissed ."
"… Mind explaining in a bit detailed manner."
"Do you uh… want to explain the kiss in detail…"
Even though Zack was trying his best not to make things worse, he was doing the exact opposite thing.
Fortunately, Eva was not easily flustered. She looked at Zack with a sigh before averting her gaze.
"Just... go outside and give so ti alone."
Zack nodded after hearing her words before he walked outside the room.
Eva on other hand went ahead and sat down on her chair.
'It felt good though.' She touched her lips with her index finger before sighing again.
For whatever reason she kissed Zack, it was her first kiss.
A first kiss that she wasn't going to forget any ti soon.

'Now, what should be my next move.' While walking towards the room where Emma and Mia were, Zack had a lot of questions in his mind.
He had already taken out Emma and his VR glasses before leaving the place.
Furthermore, Eva had also asked the technicians at the place to take out the two gaming pods to Eva's house so both of them were safe too.
However, the nuking changed a lot of things.
Before going to et Emma and Mia, Zack decided to stand in the corner of the hallway and open the news.
Currently, the news was displaying the wreckage at Zack's place with the help of Doogle's satellite.
A huge 10-ter crater had been created in the place where a legendary mansion once stood.
Zack released a sigh of relief as he rembered he, Emma, and Mia would have been killed if not for Gugnir's new ability.
'I wonder if this was Kai's way of saying that he is watching .' While thinking that, Zack detached himself from the corner of the room and started walking down.
Emma and Mia were currently sitting in the eting room which was one floor below Eva's office.
"Zack, tell honestly, how did you know that was going to happen?" Mia asked the mont her older brother stepped inside the room.
Zack wondered whether he should tell her the truth but after rembering what had just happened, he decided to skip it.
"I wouldn't have known that if Eva hadn't done a routine satellite checking over our place. If you want to thank anyone, thank her."
Mia looked as though she was about to say sothing then thought better of it. She moved towards one too small refrigerators and took out so popsicles.
After passing two popsicles to Zack and Emma, the trio calmly started eating them.
While eating, Zack and Emma suddenly got a ga notification for them.
It was about a server-wide event for different factions.
"We will get 5k guild glory if we take part in this?" Emma asked in a doubtful tone as Zack nodded.
However, on the inside, he was fully confused.
'This didn't even exist in the past.' The new event available was not sothing that had been there in the past.
According to the event, there were two modes for players. Solo mode and guild mode.
The solo mode would start in five hours while the guild mode would start after the solo mode ended.
The solo mode winner would get a dumpling basket as a prize while the guild mode would get a lucky voucher and 5k glory points.
Zack and Emma had no details on such items yet the 5k glory was what they would aim for.
Furthermore, it was stated that the event didn't involve fighting and was more of a friendly competitive style event.
"I guess now we know what to do next," Zack added as the duo finished their popsicles.
They then sat down on the sofas before logging in to Hikari.
