The Chu Family...
Yin Tian’s lips curled into a smirk, revealing a cold and sowhat fierce smile.
The Master of the Chu Family intended to use Zhen Huayi for sothing, and had even taken in Zhao Wan, holding the Qingming Grass that Yin Tian needed.
No matter what, Yin Tian had to make a trip to the Chu Family!
"You stay at ho and wait, I have so things to take care of."
As he spoke, Yin Tian stood up, ready to leave.
But then, he turned his head, looking down.
He saw Zhen Huayi stretching out her small hand, grabbing his collar. Although she was blind, she tilted her head up, as if staring at Yin Tian.
"I’m scared..."
Zhen Huayi spoke softly.
She was worried sothing might happen to Yin Tian.
"Don’t worry."
Yin Tian’s voice was gentle, "I’m just going out to get dicine for you. Once I have the dicine, I’ll co back."
"But..."
Zhen Huayi’s voice trembled, "I heard... you’re going to the Chu Family... The Chu Family is a first-rate family, you..."
When heaven takes sothing from a person, it surely grants them sothing else.
Although Zhen Huayi was blind, her hearing was incredibly sharp due to that very reason, which allowed her to clearly hear the conversation Yin Tian just had over the phone.
"Don’t worry."
Yin Tian reached out and gently pinched Zhen Huayi’s soft, fair cheek, "The Chu Family, they can’t trouble ."
Zhen Huayi was still uneasy and looked worriedly at Yin Tian.
Yin Tian took a deep breath and didn’t say a word, simply pulling his collar from Zhen Huayi’s small hand.
"When your sister Qinwei and the others wake up, tell them I’ve gone out to take care of so business and not to wait for for breakfast."
As he spoke, Yin Tian was already striding away into the distance.
Arriving at his car, Yin Tian took out his cell phone and looked at a location he had received. He imdiately drove towards that location.
The Chu Family.
An established family within the Imperial Capital’s Central City, they had dominated Central City for over a hundred years, always ranked among the top families.
No family dared to provoke the Chu Family.
But today.
The Chu Family received an uninvited guest.
A large comrcial vehicle stopped in front of the Chu Family’s gate, and, shortly after, the door opened and Yin Tian stepped out.
He glanced up slightly, seeing the words "Chu Family" inscribed with dragon-like flourishes on the plaque; Yin Tian knew he was at the right place.
Moving forward, Yin Tian climbed the steps, arriving at the gate of the Chu Family.
Unlike other families, at the gate of the Chu Family, there were actually four bodyguards standing guard.
When they saw the vehicle stop on the side of the road, the four bodyguards watched Yin Tian with a hostile gaze. As Yin Tian approached, the bodyguards reached into their jackets, ready to draw their weapons at any mont.
"Halt! What’s your business here!"
The four bodyguards eyed Yin Tian coldly, interrogating him.
"Looking for trouble."
Yin Tian replied indifferently, and the next second, he had already made his move.
The four bodyguards didn’t even have ti to react before they all passed out, slumping to the ground.
Continuing forward, Yin Tian stepped through the open gates of the Chu Family.
The Chu Family’s estate was vast.
One could easily get lost inside without soone to lead the way.
Soon, soone noticed Yin Tian, who appeared to be strolling through the Chu Family estate.
"Who are you?"
The person stared intently at Yin Tian, questioning loudly.
"I’m here for two things."
Yin Tian stood with his hands behind his back, his expression calm, "Hand over Zhao Wan and give the Qingming Grass."
"Heh..."
The person laughed derisively at Yin Tian.
The Chu Family was a top-rank family; how dare soone co here seeking trouble!
"Guards!"
He let out a loud shout.
Before the shout had even faded, more than twenty bodyguards converged from all directions, surrounding Yin Tian.
"Go, get rid of him!"
The man looked at Yin Tian disdainfully, "It’s laughable. Did you not think of what place the Chu Family is? How could you co here..."
He was in the midst of speaking when suddenly his expression changed.
To his horror, he realized that as the twenty-plus bodyguards charged toward Yin Tian, they all collapsed to their knees, bowing down on the ground!
"The Chu Family? That’s precisely who I’m looking for!"
Yin Tian, expressionless, continued forward, approaching the man.
The man swallowed hard, looking at Yin Tian with fright.
"Looking at you, you don’t seem to be the Master of the Chu Family."
Yin Tian glanced at the man before him and said indifferently, "Call your Master of the Chu Family over."
Just then, Yin Tian heard a cry of surprise.
Although the sound was faint, Yin Tian heard it clearly.
He abruptly turned his head, just in ti to see a figure dart away, sprinting towards the distance.
Yin Tian recognized the person at a glance.
It was Zhao Wan!
"This ti, it was quite easy..."
Yin Tian murmured.
The next second, he flicked his finger, and a silver needle shot out.
Whiz!
A sound of breaking air was heard.
Soon after, Zhao Wan let out a cry, as her body uncontrollably lurched forward, and then she fell heavily to the ground.
Yin Tian no longer bothered with the man in front of him but walked towards Zhao Wan instead.
