Though each of these sentences seed like they were polite, one could easily hear the disdain that was in their voices as they said this. It was clear that they were only being polite on the surface, but under the surface...
Well, it wasn’t strange that these people would be talking to Billy like this.
After all, they were technically his competitors.
The ones that had gathered in front of Billy were the others that had been sent to explore the ruins. Or at least the ones that were at the sa age as Billy.
They were also the younger generation of the Perfurs, ones that would beco the leaders of the Perfurs in the future.
When I t them, I imdiately recognized them.
After all, they had been important NPCs among the Perfur faction in the ga, so it was easy for to recognize them.
Yet the fact that all of them were treating Billy like this ant that he was soone that was on the sa level as them. No, in fact, it seed like he was on an even higher level than them with the way that they acted.
It seed like he was the candidate that the leaders of the Perfurs had the most hope in, even greater than these young candidates that were supposed to beco important NPCs.
"If that’s the case, why have I never heard of this Billy before?"
The more that I thought about it, the more confused that I was about all of this.
It really didn’t make any sense that there was no ntion of this Billy in the ga.
It was as if he had just completely disappeared without a trace in the ga.
"Sothing must have happened for him to disappear like this, right?"
The more that I thought about it, the more certain that this beca.
Only I had no idea when Billy was supposed to disappear in the ga since I had never heard of him before.
Other than the young Perfurs, there were also so Advanced Perfurs that had arrived. They were obviously the ones that had been assigned to take care of the younger Perfurs.
As for these young Perfurs, they were the ones that would be sent into the ruins.
It seed like the Perfurs really wanted to get as much out of these ruins as possible.
They wanted to find the treasures of the ruins, but they also wanted to use the ruins to train up their younger generation. It seed like they really wanted to do everything that they could to make the Perfurs stronger in the future.
But if they were to get their hands on that item, it was guaranteed that this would be the case.
So before that could happen, I had to take that item from them.
As for the Advanced Perfur that would co with , it was the leader of this branch.
It seed that he was trusted enough to keep Billy safe, which ant that he had to be quite the powerful Perfur as well.
But none of the avatars rembered his na either.
It was as if both the branch leader and Billy had completely disappeared from the ga.
The fact that everyone had gathered like this ant that the Perfurs were getting ready to enter the ruins. But before they entered the ruins, they had to make their preparations.
It was the young Perfurs and their guards that arrived that would be scouting out the ruins beforehand.
But this did give us a rough idea of when they would be heading into the ruins.
That ant that I was able to convey this information to everyone so that they would be able to prepare.
While I was lost in thought listening to all of them, a voice suddenly ca from behind .
"Brother Billy, can I co with you?"
I turned Billy around to find a beautiful looking girl standing there.
However, I knew from the connected senses that this wasn’t the only thing that was there.
I could sll the perfu that was coming from her and knew that it was a special one. It was one that was supposed to make the one that slled it attracted to the one that used it.
But at the sa ti, I could tell that this wasn’t a perfu that a Perfur at her level would be able to make. This was the kind of perfu that had to be made by at least an Advanced Perfur.
She was trying to take advantage of this situation to seduce Billy.
"Are they already making their move?" I couldn’t help thinking to myself when I saw this.
I had guessed that since I didn’t hear anything about the branch leader or Billy that they would try to do sothing to him in these ruins.
It seed that they were already starting to make their move.
After thinking about it, I said, "Sure, you can co with ."
This beautiful girl seed a bit surprised at how easily I agreed, but then she ca forward to take my arm with a wide smile on her face.
I also had Billy reveal a wide smile when she did this.
No one seed to find this strange since they already knew what kind of person Billy was.
I had to ask around since this was part of the mories that had been missing, but it turned out that Billy was a major playboy. As long as a girl was pretty, then he wouldn’t be able to control himself.
But no one had ever been able to do anything to harm him which ant that he had never suffered from being a playboy like this.
It seed that whoever was plotting against Billy was planning to make use of this flaw of his.
Since that was the case, I would play along to see what they would do.
