The Sword Emperor stood frozen in place.

His body twitched slightly, but his feet wouldn’t move.

He looked down at his own hands in confusion.

"What...?"

But Zain didn’t look at him.

His eyes stayed locked on the Heavenly Demon.

He cracked his knuckles again.

"Your turn."

The old Heavenly Demon scoffed.

"You think I’m afraid of you? You only survived because I allowed it. I made you."

Zain took a slow breath.

"No."

His red aura surged again.

[Heavenly Demon Body]

The ground beneath his feet cracked.

"I made myself."

The Heavenly Demon roared and rushed forward.

[Demon Palm – Mountain Crasher]

His palm glowed with brutal red energy. He struck Zain in the chest with full force.

Zain slid back a few ters, boots grinding against the cracked stone.

But he didn’t fall.

He stood straight, brushing dust off his coat.

"Done already?"

The Heavenly Demon gritted his teeth and spun around.

[Demon Step Echo]

He blurred, appearing behind Zain with a fast elbow aid at the spine.

Zain ducked and punched backwards without turning.

It hit the old man in the gut.

Hard.

The Heavenly Demon coughed and stumbled.

Zain turned slowly, grabbing his collar.

Then ca the first punch.

It slamd into the demon’s jaw.

Then another.

And another.

[Demon Pain Conversion] flared behind Zain’s aura again, making each strike stronger.

The Heavenly Demon backed off, his lip bleeding.

"You’re just copying !"

Zain tilted his head.

"No. I’m perfecting what you wasted."

The demon scread and unleashed his biggest skill.

[Heavenly Demon Body]

Red flas exploded from his skin, darker and more violent than Zain’s.

His muscles bulged, and his eyes turned wild.

He leapt forward with full power.

[Demon Fist – Earth Splitter]

He slamd his fists down with enough force to crack the ground for dozens of ters.

But Zain had already moved.

He was behind him again.

And this ti... there was no rcy.

Zain grabbed his arm and twisted it with a sharp crack.

Then, he slamd his knee into the demon’s back.

Then, his elbow into the neck.

Over and over.

Each hit landed harder than the last.

The Heavenly Demon tried to fight back.

Tried to punch.

Tried to scream.

But Zain didn’t let up.

He kept hitting.

Kept stepping forward.

Kept breaking him.

"You trained to survive pain," Zain said.

He smashed his fist into the demon’s ribs.

"So I used it."

He hit his stomach.

"You taught to kill."

He hit his shoulder joint.

"So I learned to do it clean."

He gripped the demon’s head with both hands.

"And now..."

He slamd his knee into the face.

Again.

Again.

Until the Heavenly Demon was on the ground—twitching, coughing, bleeding.

"Now I’m giving it back."

The demon tried to crawl.

Zain stepped on his hand.

Crushed it.

The demon scread.

Zain crouched beside him.

"You don’t get to die fast."

The Heavenly Demon’s eyes were wide now.

He was afraid.

"I was a child," Zain said.

"I begged you to stop."

The demon tried to speak—but couldn’t.

Zain lifted his fist one more ti.

The aura flared red-hot.

"Now beg ."

He brought it down.

The Heavenly Demon didn’t move again.

Zain stood slowly.

His breath was heavy. His coat was torn.

His fists were red with blood and power.

The wind was quiet now.

Only one figure remained.

The Sword Emperor.

Zain turned toward him.

His eyes narrowed.

"Now it’s your turn."

The Sword Emperor finally moved. His stance shifted, smooth and sharp.

His long coat fluttered behind him.

His floating sword spun once in the air beside him.

He smirked.

"You think killing him makes you strong?"

Zain didn’t reply.

"You’re just a copy," the Sword Emperor said. "A broken tool that got lucky."

He raised his hand.

The sword beside him snapped into position.

[Sword Form – Sky Line]

The blade glowed white. Thin, sharp wind started to cut the air around him.

"You never had real technique," he said. "Only rage."

Zain walked forward slowly.

"You don’t need technique," Zain said.

He cracked his knuckles again.

"Not when the blade wants revenge."

The Sword Emperor dashed forward.

Fast.

[Hundred Petal Draw]

Dozens of glowing sword arcs flew through the air like a storm of petals.

Zain dodged so. Took the rest head-on.

Each hit cut skin—but flared his aura.

[Demon Pain Conversion]

He got faster with every strike.

The Sword Emperor circled behind him.

[Void Shear Line]

A single slash aid straight at the spine.

Zain turned last second and blocked it with his forearm.

Blood sprayed—but he smiled.

He grabbed the blade with his bare hand.

The Sword Emperor’s eyes widened.

Zain pulled the sword out of the man’s hand and tossed it aside.

The blade stabbed the ground and didn’t move again.

"You relied too much on that thing."

Zain’s fist smashed into the Sword Emperor’s ribs.

Crack.

The man fell back a step, coughing.

Zain followed up with a heavy elbow to the jaw.

The Sword Emperor dropped to one knee.

But he raised a hand.

[Phantom Bloom Cut]

A delayed slice flashed through the air, trying to catch Zain’s blind spot.

Zain turned slightly and took it to the shoulder, on purpose.

He used the pain as fuel.

He grabbed the Sword Emperor by the neck.

Lifted him up.

The Sword Emperor kicked and clawed, but it didn’t matter.

Zain slamd him into the ground.

Hard.

Then again.

And again.

"You took everything from ," Zain whispered.

Another slam.

The Sword Emperor’s face was bloodied now.

Zain dragged him back up and punched his stomach three tis in a row.

Then a knee to the chin.

Then he let go.

The Sword Emperor tried to speak.

Zain grabbed his arm and broke it clean.

Then the other one.

The man scread.

"You called weak," Zain said.

"You beat like a dog when I was weak."

He crouched low, looking the man in the eyes.

"But I outgrew you."

The Sword Emperor tried to crawl away.

Zain stepped on his leg and crushed it.

Then sat on his chest.

One hand on his throat.

"You were supposed to be perfect," Zain said. "But you broke first."

The Sword Emperor’s eyes filled with fear.

He shook his head, barely able to breathe.

Zain leaned closer.

"No more swords."

Then he punched.

Again.

And again.

Until the face was gone.

Until the body stopped twitching.

Until nothing was left of the man who once stood above him.

Zain stood up slowly.

He took a deep breath.

His aura faded.

His fists opened.

The battle was over.

And this ti...

He made sure there was no one left to stand over him.
