Pain?

Ronald must be in pain now.

Luo ng watched the burly crowd around him with a sinister smile and strange eyes on his face. After all, demons are very brutal, and there were even a few huge, curly-furred gorillas...

Ronald’s head drooped, his hair, once smooth and soft, now dirty and matted, his body clad in once-fine clothes, now tattered and emitting a strong, foul odor.

A few dark green goblins were using water and brushes to clean him.

Their movents were equally rough, and the coarse brushes even left streaks of blood on Ronald’s delicate skin.

The Goblin Chief’s face was full of weird smiles as he uttered an evil sound, "Seventh Prince, as you know, mbers of the Hero Team are also quite infamous among demons."

"Ronald, in particular, is the one who looked down on demons the most. Countless demons died at his hands. Once spread, who knows how many demons would want to see just how fallen and wretched a mber of the once invincible Hero Team actually is nowadays."

"Nothing excites demons more than seeing such a high and mighty figure plumt into the abyss... It is definitely the most wonderful spectacle."

"And many demons would like to personally experience the pleasure of dealing with such a noble son."

"The queue is already booked up seven days in advance."

"The demons would rather spend a huge sum of money than give up this precious opportunity to personally ’fix’ a mber of the Hero Team."

For demons, seeing a being who used to be high above them, who slaughtered demons at will, fall into the abyss is indeed a very comforting thing. Even those among their family and friends who had not been killed by Ronald wanted to co and see for themselves just how miserable the noble son was now.

Even so demons without enough money asked proactively, how much would it cost just to throw one punch?

The more wretched the noble son, the more joyous the demons beca.

For Ronald, his personality, his dignity, everything about him was wiped out at this mont. He so wished that Luo ng had killed him that night, sparing him the unending humiliation and torture.

If there is a Hell, then he was now in its deepest reaches.

"Lord Luo ng, in just these few days, Ronald has already earned thirty million in revenue for your highness," the Goblin Chief exclaid excitedly.

It was actually sixty million... The Goblin Chief had quietly pocketed a tiny bit.

Thinking that he would have to hand Ronald over to that mysterious person in three days, and thus lose such a precious source of inco, Luo ng felt a pang.

However, when compared, the help of that mysterious person was slightly more important.

So Luo ng suppressed the thought of retaining this source of inco and instructed carefully, "Goblin, cancel all appointnts in three days’ ti."

The Goblin Chief was shocked, "Prince, why is this? That’s a lot of money..."

"Do as I said!" Luo ng’s voice now filled with authority, not allowing these subordinates to question his decision.

The Goblin Chief’s body involuntarily began to tremble, and he dared not say more.

"Also, no matter what happens, ensure that Ronald stays alive. He must not die so quickly. Understand?" Luo ng’s voice rang out once more.

"Your highness, we have made ample preparations. There are demons skilled in healing standing by, and there won’t be any incident of Ronald’s death," ca the reply.

With the Goblin Chief’s assurance, Luo ng was finally satisfied and left.

Demon King Palace!

The tall Demon King remained locked in his research room.

In front of him were various essences of refined Magic Elent Liquids, ores, and herbs.

The air was filled with a strange, nauseating sll.

The ground was littered with large patches of residue and shattered glass bottles. There was no doubt that the previous research had failed again, causing a surge of anger across the Demon King’s face, his dark red eyes roiling.

Suddenly, his eyes widened, followed by a sharp roar, "Damn it, I’ve given you control over my body for long enough, yet you have continuously failed to produce sufficient results..."

"I have every reason to suspect you are making a fool of ."

"Silence..." His voice suddenly deepened, "It’s almost there, just one more step... the very last step!"

Then, his tone slowed again, filled with seduction, "There is no secrecy between us two. We both know all of each other’s secrets, don’t we? You should know best if I’m fooling you!"

"You and I both understand the truth of this world. Just be patient a bit longer, we will be liberated soon."

Inside the camp tent.

After ending the ssage with Candice, Qin Chu began to ponder Asina’s situation outside.

This was a problem.

Asina’s recent reactions were very strange, hot one mont and cold the next. Sotis Qin Chu could sense Asina’s longing, but at other tis, he could see hesitation in her eyes, as if she was worried about sothing, doubting sothing.

This made Qin Chu seriously wonder if there was a problem with his prior performance.

Or was it because lately, he hadn’t allowed the non-existent Jie Luo to appear before Asina, thereby arousing her suspicions?
