In the end, Hannah was actually brought into the cell with Selene. The warders were skeptical at first, but it was an order from Caelum himself to bring Hannah into Block E where there was only one room left together with Selene.

"What are you hesitating about? Bring her in here, I finally have a cellmate," Selene said.

"We know, don't do anything weird or you might hurt her," said the warden. Then she opened the door to Selene's cell and told Hannah to co inside.

Hannah didn't understand why the warders seed hesitant to put her in the sa room with Selene. She had seen that the woman was good at fighting during lunch break.

But was there more to it than that?

"Welco to this cell room. I just want you to know that I always keep things clean here so you should too," Selene said in a friendly manner.

"Yes, I understand."

She then showed Hannah the mattress above hers. Since Selene could not climb the stairs due to the injury on her leg, she chose to stay on the lower bed.

The young woman then placed her belongings on the upper mattress, then went back down to sit with Selene on the floor. She looked around, the other prisoners seed to be watching.

"Just ignore them. They've always been like that, so you don't have to think too much about what they think. You'll slowly get used to it," Selene said.

She nodded in understanding, then leaned against the wall while hugging her legs. Selene could read that Hannah was thinking about sothing.

So she decided to find out exactly what cri Hannah had committed to end up trapped in that prison.

"You know that the people who are sent to Redboiler Prison are those with high and dangerous cris," she started the conversation.

She nodded her head. "Yes, I know. That's why I was so scared when I found out I would be sent to this place. Was I going to die here or..."

Tears again flowed from the woman's eyes, her body trembling as she hugged her legs tightly. Showing how much she was afraid of being in that place. anwhile, Selene who was watching her only remained expressionless for a mont.

"Isn't that what you should have thought of in the first place before committing a cri? The risk that you would enter this place."

However, Hannah just shook her head. "No, I didn't do anything wrong. It wasn't who did it."

She then said that she was able to go to prison because she embezzled a huge amount of money. Even billions of dollars. But it was not her who did it but her boss and the seniors who helped him.

"I'm only a junior who has only worked for three years in the company. How could I embezzle that much money," she said through tears.

She was accused of all these cris and ended up in Redboiler Prison. Everyone manipulated the evidence against her.

"Now I have to end up here forever. I don't understand why it has to be out of all the people," she cried.

Selene knew exactly why Hannah had been chosen as the scapegoat for this cri. It was because of her innocence that if she was sat down by her seniors and boss, there was no way she could fight back.

She didn't have the evidence and strength to be able to fight against people like them especially when it ca to money.

"They bla a woman as innocent as you for their safety. They are not human beings but real monsters," Selene comnted on her story.

"Even if there is soone out there who has genuine evidence that it wasn't you who embezzled the funds. Chances are he will remain silent, either silenced by money or perhaps his life will be silenced," she continued.

"You an..."

Selene nodded her head as if confirming Hannah's thoughts that people who might have genuine evidence would be eliminated.

She knew she had no other chance of getting out of the prison. When her eyes went blank, she muttered that she would surely die in that prison.

She had entered the dangerous wolf cage, and she couldn't get out of there again forever.

"You can't possibly die here quickly. You should be able to hold out until there might be soone really brave enough to reveal the truth," Selene said.

"What if no one does that for ? Even my parents won't acknowledge ," Hannah asked tearfully.

Selene thought that it was a natural thing to do. Although there were many possibilities that made Hannah's parents choose not to recognize her anymore.

'They could have been disappointed, paid off or perhaps threatened for it. How sad,' she thought.

She just stared at the girl, without saying anything. Her eyes stared straight, as if searching for sothing in Hannah that no one else could see.

After her condition improved, Hannah rubbed her eyes and tried to catch her breath.

"I'm not as strong as you, I can't possibly survive in this prison for long. What should I do?" she asked.

"What should you do? You realize that you alone are not strong enough to survive. So be strong, don't let them trample you here," Selene replied.

"Be strong?"

Hannah looked at her hands in confusion, how could she be strong?

Before she was just an office girl working in front of a computer screen. She didn't understand anything about the harsh world of prison or trying to fight.

She felt so bad about her situation, and thought that she would probably beco the plaything of the male prisoners like before. She also realized that Selene would probably not always be there for her.

Her head was bowed in silence, feeling sad and confused.

However, at that very mont a small chocolate bar suddenly landed on her thigh. She was startled, then raised her head to look at Selene.

"There's no need to overthink things like that. For now, prepare yourself for sothing harder later."

Hearing that, Hannah nodded her head and thanked her for the chocolate. She ate the chocolate and slowly her mood beca better.

She felt both happy and curious. What made Selene get stuck in such a place?
