We can only check for big autions in the sky pavilion from now on, the chances of it appearing there will be far higher than anyother place in easter region."

"Lets not think too much about it, we should focus on increase our strength too, once we reach late stage Void Reversion realm than no one in the Void Reversion realm will our match than that will be a deterrence in itself"

In Foundation establishnt realm cultivators have to open ridians to advance, If cultivators open a single ridian then they will enter the early stage of Foundation Establishnt realm.
If they are able to open 3 ridians then they will reach peak of the early stage, and if they open 4th ridian then they will enter mid stage of Foundation Establishnt realm.
Similarly if they open their 7th ridian then they will reach late stage Foundation Establishnt realm and for the peak they have to open their 10th ridian.
There are total 12 ridians in Foundation Establishnt realm and when one open all 12 of them, they can try to advance to the Core Formation realm.
The reason why Qi Refinent realm cultivators cannot use qi outside of their bodies is because they haven't opened their ridians, ridians work as pathway for flow of qi .
There are more than 12 ridians in Human cultivators body but opening 12 of these ridians opens them all, As these 12 are the main ridians and smaller ridians are connected like branches to them.
Jiang Hao took one of the Ice attributed spirit herbs and ate it, for others it would difficult to open their first ridian as they have to follow the steps in comprehended from their cultivation technique's but for Jiang Hao it was just matter of absorbing lot of Qi.
The mont he ate the spirit herb he felt like stream of qi moving in one direction of his body , but it was blocked by so kind of blockage. He knew that 1 spirit herb won't be enough to open his ridian so he took all four of them and ate them together.

His first ridian had opened, and he felt like his whole body was elevated to another level strength. The little bit tiredness he had after comprehending the cultivation technique was washed away.
He had reached Foundation Establishnt realm. His body cultivation had also reached Early stage of Grade 2 realm. In Early stage of Grade 2 realm bones are refined, Cultivators required different type of resources for refinent of different types of Body parts.
