Shen Jingzhe was standing right at the office door.

Seeing the distraught Lin Xiao, Shen Jingzhe seed to want to say sothing but held her tongue. She turned and entered Su Qingning's office.
As Lin Xiao was leaving the bar, he saw Shao i'er and Liu Chengfeng, who were just about to go in.
"Lin Xiao, what a coincidence!" Shao i'er said with a coquettish smile.
"Coincidence, my ass!"
After tossing out the remark, Lin Xiao turned and headed for the security room.
Shao i'er, however, hurried after him. "Why are you following ?" Lin Xiao asked.
Shao i'er looked at him with genuine concern. "Why do you look so terrible?"
"I'm on my period!" Lin Xiao said irritably.
PFFT.
Shao i'er couldn't help but laugh. "In a bad mood? Want to have a drink with us?" she asked.
"I'm not in the mood. You guys go ahead. Just don't bother ; I want to be alone."
As soon as he said that, the smile on Shao i'er's face froze. Even though she hadn't known Lin Xiao for long, she felt she had a decent understanding of him. He was the type of person who wouldn't even frown if the sky were falling. For him to act so out of character... it ant sothing was wrong. Sothing serious.
"What happened?" Shao i'er pressed.
Lin Xiao kept walking. "It's nothing. I just need to be alone."
"No, there's definitely sothing wrong. Tell , maybe I can help!"
