Whatever the case he was clearly not here with good intentions and I have a feeling it wasn't his idea." Nick said seriously. After that Nick had Dotty return each person to their hos while he focused his attention to beefing up the wards around the island. The magic woven by Rowena Ravenclaw was powerful sure but it had a few weaknesses and Nick could no longer ignore them after what just happened.-
The first thing he did was completely remove the wards for the first ti in over a thousand years so he could rebuild them entirely. Of course he waited until he was finished designing the new wards before he did so but it happened either way. He had Seram and Nazgul on high alert as he remade the wards around the island but thankfully he wasn't ambushed. The new wards worked similarly to the previous ones except it was now a multilayered continuously shifting spatial solidification style ward sche. It took Nick three whole days to finish setting it up after the three weeks it took to design it.-
It was so detailed that nothing was capable of getting into or out of it save air , water and mana without permission from Nick. The wards blocked every possible way in while also making it nearly impossible to even locate. Two days after the new wards were installed Nick found soone trying to break into the island again while under the sa mana isolation invisibility as before. He allowed them entry from the manor and trapped them within the island. "You may as well reveal yourself since you are trapped in here." Nick spoke calmly to the invisible person.-
"You replaced the wards I see , what a pain." the sa man as before said as he stepped out into view. This ti however his left eye was dull and clearly sightless and his right arm was missing. "There is no escape for you this ti so why don't you explain who you are and why you are after and I'll allow you to die painlessly?" Nick offered calmly. He had several powerful enchantnts set on iron coins capable of killing even the likes of Dumbledore from sheer destructive power alone just for this eting.-
"So you don't rember anything after all and here I was thinking you took your exile personally. We all did to be honest , not that we could bla you since that was so seriously cold blooded shit we did to you. Either way I suppose it doesn't matter since it's co to this point. I won't tell you who we are but I can say that you drew far too much attention to yourself and us by extension so you needed to be removed from the picture before you beca too powerful to handle , jokes on us it looks like." the man said before coughing up blood.-
Nick was startled by this and raised his wand defensively "Ugh , well I guess the jig is up. I didn't co here with any intention of escaping after all I don't have long left after the injuries you dealt previously. Honestly you wouldn't believe how pissed off that old bastard looked to learn you had both spirit magic and a beast that breathed purgatory flas of all things , it was almost worth the pain. Don't even bother trying to use legilincy this ti kid they already took everything you might have wanted to know out and stuffed full of false mories." The man said with a chuckle after seeing the irritation on Nicks face.-
"If you know you aren't leaving this island alive and you have no use to why did you co here?"" Nick asked confused. "I am a ssager kid. The ssage is real simple too , stop drawing so much attention to yourself and we won't co after you again. The original plan was to just eliminate you but that would cost us more than it's worth so this was the least preferred plan that we had." the man said with a shrug as he leaned against a tree to rest.-
"Am I supposed to be grateful or sothing?" Nick asked sarcastically. "HA! You sound just like your mother did before that old bastard killed her. Nah kid they don't give two shits what you feel about it , only that you do what they want. A piece of advice before I kick it in a mont kid , leave it alone and keep your head down because you don't want them to get serious in hunting you." The man said before starting to crumple into ash before Nicks eyes with a one final sigh as he vanished.
