Nick was confused when he heard this as he didn't rember helping anyone with a cloaking enchantnt. 'No wait I did point out so flaws for one such thing not that long ago.' he thought and realized who was currently in a hole being poked by sharp spears. "You realize I could have killed you right Mr. Flaml?" Nick said with a groan as he released the eccentric alchemist. "The thought did indeed cross my mind once or twice recently , what gave away this ti?" The old man said while picking up his wand.-
"I haven't helped anyone with a cloaking enchantnt except you." Nick said honestly. "Ah! Yes well I do suppose that would make it rather obvious , speaking of this must be the young vampire that you took not long ago. Nicolas Flaml , pleased to et you." The alchemist said while greeting Lucas. Nick frowned at that "How would you know about that , not even Dumbledore should be aware of this matter?" he asked confused. "I happen to be friends with several vampires you see and one of them spilled this juicy piece of gossip over tea a week ago. You really should rember to have your house elf wear normal clothes if you want it to remain unidentified." Flaml said with a teasing look.-
Nick groaned as he had totally forgotten about that as it was normal to him at this point for his house elf to be wearing the fancy clothes. "How did you even find this place anyways? I personally checked to make sure that the wards didn't have any defects after all." Nick said seriously. "Hmmm , well I sort of cheated actually. Left a tracking charm on your familiar at the pageant since I knew she wouldn't be far from you at any given mont."-
"Then I simply apparated to the nearest spot on the map and went looking for out of place magics. I must admit that it was a fun little challenge to crack the ward sche and get in." Flaml said with a smile. "This is a guest I assu?" Seram asked calmly after walking up. Nick nodded "Yeah he is a bit eccentric and decided to make an unplanned visit , good work by the way." he said with honest praise at the end. "It's my job" the giant manticore said with a bored shrug.-
"Fascinating , I have never seen a manticore quite like you at all , is it because of the mana concentration perhaps?" Flaml asked Seram interested. Nick just shook his head and sighed "You can go back to your business Seram , I'll take it from here." he said and the Manticore walked off back into the forest casually. "Not you two , co here." Nick commanded the atronachs that went to follow after Seram. Flaml walked up to the atronachs with an intrigued look "Golems? No , far too complex for that. What manner of things are you I wonder?" he muttered with confusion.-
"Atronachs , a sort of elental construct that I created." Nick says honestly. "Fascinating , but I can't help but notice that they lack any signs of alchemical treatnt , how did you create them without it?" Flaml asked curiously. "We can talk back at the manor but first I need to check the wards to make sure the island isn't exposed to the rest of the world." Nick said and Flaml nodded in understanding. It didn't take Nick long to find the part of the ward sche that flaml broke in from and repair it back to the way it was supposed to be.-
Nick led Flaml patiently through the forest of the island to the manor and honestly didn't mind how the old alchemist would stop every ti he saw sothing interesting. He had long since known that should anyone with real knowledge and power like Flaml co to the island they would probably be enamored with it's uniqueness. Still eventually they got to the manor and Nick set the atronachs back to their patrols while Lucas was allowed to go back to whatever he was doing. Flaml was in wonder when he saw the conjunction fla atronach in the reception hall as he clearly knew what the flas were.-
"Can I offer you so tea? perhaps a snack?" Nick asked as he sat down in the guest area with flaml. "Yes I would quite fancy a cup of tea , I can do without any snacks though." Flaml said with a smile. Nick nodded and called Dotty before having them brew a pot of tea for him and Flaml. "I must say that I never expected that this place would have such a high amount of mana , is there any particular reason for that?" The alchemist asked curiously. "I needed it to create the atronachs , they are made of crystalized elental mana after all. That reminds but you might get so bettor use out of this than for the mont." Nick said while handing over the jar of fire salts.
