Third Person POV

Ministry of Magic.

...

...

Severus went directly to the minister's office. He could already sense who was there, even while still at Prince Manor, and he knew that Steve was already acting as well, after all he had returned as himself, the only one besides him in this world.

When he opened the portal and stepped out, he brought with him four people floating, all paralyzed by spells, all squibs.

Severus found the Minister of Magic, Nobby Leach, behind the desk, Dumbledore standing in the center of the room, while Steve maintained a presumptuous smile beside the wizard. The headmaster of Hogwarts and the current minister looked in shock at the portal and at a young man with purple eyes stepping out of it with two other couples.

The minister was a muggle-born. The following year, he would be removed by Abraxas Malfoy, in 1968.

"Hello, Severus," Steve said in a friendly tone.

Severus snorted, still not knowing exactly how to feel about everything that had happened. In the end, that man had helped him. He had restored his strength, but at the cost of weakening himself. He had given part of his power to Severus, along with his own heart, paying a high price for it. Steve still had his power, Severus knew, but far more weakened now.

"It's good to know you weren't waiting for and were already acting," Severus mocked.

"Well, I saw what you did for your mother, very noble of you..." He praised. "Now that we're here, why don't you help restore his mories? That alone is enough," Steve replied calmly.

Dumbledore looked at Severus without recognizing him. Obviously, at that ti, they did not know each other. Severus was only a seven-year-old boy. Even so, Dumbledore was frightened. He had been forcibly taken from his office by Steve, who had brought him there, also pressuring the current Minister of Magic to obey him. He had only said that they would need to wait for soone else to arrive.

And he did.

They saw the portal opening in the middle of the room, with the young man erging. Severus made the four people fall to the floor as soon as the portal closed.

Before the headmaster of Hogwarts could react, Severus was already in front of him.

"Sit down." Severus said to the minister who was getting up, grabbing his wand. The minister's body beca paralyzed instantly. He did not see any movent at all. Suddenly, that man was simply there, judging him.

The sa could be said of Dumbledore, whose body was paralyzed.

It was already the second ti that day that soone more powerful than him had appeared, making him question whether he truly was the most powerful wizard of the century — or rely a piece in the ga between two beings even more powerful, who he had no idea even existed in this world.

But everything changed when Severus touched his forehead.

The mories began to return.

He blinked a few tis and looked dazed at Severus — older than he rembered, yet at the sa ti knowing that, at that ti, he should only be seven years old.

Severus seed to read his thoughts. "Let's say that, as a child, I couldn't do many things. Now I can control my form however I wish. There are no longer any limits for ..."

With those words, they began to argue.

The minister was still lost and disturbed, not fully understanding what was happening, but he remained silent while absorbing the information.

"Nobby Leach, I want you to investigate my mother's situation and put these two n in Azkaban. I removed their magic. They also no longer possess the Prince na, magically speaking, because I removed it, forcing the very magic of the world to recognize that." Severus had altered reality in a single instant.

Nobby Leach nodded without hesitation, and Dumbledore felt a chill upon realizing how Severus now manipulated reality. Despite the astonishnt, he had to fully understand what Severus was capable of in that state.

"Dumbledore, you will protect my mother. Nothing can happen to her. I will end Voldemort in a few hours and then I will leave. Until I return, you will be responsible for protecting her, understood?"

With those words, the headmaster nodded. He promised Severus that he would protect Eileen and would also create a justification for Severus's disappearance, in addition to helping the minister condemn his uncles.

After a brief conversation settling the final details with the minister and the headmaster — who had rely remained there before beings whose power rivaled that of a god, listening to the discussion between Severus and Steve — Severus left the place shortly afterward.

First, he went after Voldemort.

He found him easily, hiding in a house in a remote place, studying and conducting experints.

He did exactly what he had done in the world created by Ashborn: he simply killed him by absorbing all the horcruxes from his own body or main soul, and turned him into a shadow.

"My king, I will protect your mother, the queen mother, with all my strength in your absence," declared Voldemort's shadow upon receiving Severus's command.

The shadows could now speak without needing to reach a general level. Severus was satisfied with the absolute loyalty emanating from him and knew he would not be disappointed.

He ordered them to return to Prince Manor and position themselves with Voldemort and more shadows at the feet of Eileen and also of Alaric. To protect them.

Then, he went to the only girl who could help him at this mont.

A portal opened in the middle of Dracula's castle, startling Rosaria and her father. Severus stepped calmly out of the portal.

Rosaria frowned when she saw him, while Dracula growled. "Who are you?"

With a simple motion, Dracula was thrown to the ground, subdued by an invisible force that even he could not resist.

Rosaria was stunned to see her father dominated so easily. She even pulled out her wand, but she was far too weak. In the next instant, she was paralyzed.

Severus approached and touched her forehead. She slled Severus and beca dazed by the pleasant scent, different from all the others she had ever slled, and the scent he had... seed so familiar...

Severus placed his finger on her forehead, and Rosaria began to cry shortly after.

She hugged Severus tightly and kissed him, while Dracula finally managed to move, staring in shock at his daughter in tears, showing affection toward that strange and incredibly powerful man.

Dracula listened to the entire explanation, still confused. When Severus finished speaking with Rosaria, he left. She explained to her father that mories of a future had returned to her mind. That man was her fiancé — her future husband.

After that, Rosaria declared that she would go to Great Britain, to Prince Manor, to live with Severus's mother until he returned.

Dracula was dumbfounded as he watched her simply leave.

When Rosaria arrived, Severus was already speaking with his mother and Alaric. He formally introduced her, while Alaric lived with Severus and Rosaria, Eileen also rembered having t her beside Severus when he used the Resurrection Stone.

Severus also personally summoned Eileen's father, instead of communicating through a portrait. He brought him with the Resurrection Stone.

Her father felt deeply regretful and asked his grandson to protect his own mother even while he was away.

Severus rely nodded. "I have already arranged all of that."

In any case, it was ti to leave.

Severus could not speak with any other girl at that mont. He would leave the conversations for when he returned.

Steve was already waiting outside the manor.

"It's ti," he said.

Severus nodded. After saying goodbye to everyone, he left with Steve, who opened a golden portal. They finally left that world and stepped into the portal, disappearing.

...

The war began again.

Severus went directly after the Monarchs. All the Rulers also gathered with him. An intense battle began in another world.

The Order managed to be saved, despite many casualties, since the Monarchs' heirs had returned in the middle of it with their powers and mories. Even those whom Severus had killed, such as the Monarch of the Giants and the Monarch of Frost.

Then the Rulers managed to cast them into another dinsion — a dinsion into which only Severus entered shortly after.

Then the true war began.

For about three decades, Severus fought alone against all the Monarchs alongside his shadows. Even against the Monarchs he had already faced on Earth and other Monarchs he had never encountered.

There were:

Antares: King of the Berserker Dragons, Monarch of Destruction.

Rakan: King of Beasts, Monarch of Fangs.

Querehsha: Queen of Insects, Monarch of Plagues.

Baran: King of Demons, Monarch of White Flas.

Tarnak: King of Monstrous Humanoids, Monarch of the Iron Body.

Yogumunt: King of Specters, Monarch of Transfiguration.

Severus had killed these two ->

Legia: King of Giants, Monarch of Beginnings.

Hokuan (or Monarch of Frost): King of the Snow Folk, Monarch of Frost.

Now, all of them faced only one... The Shadow Monarch. With 600 thousand monsters, against more than 9 million creatures in the enemy army.

When Severus finished the battle, three decades had passed in that dinsion.

He did not imdiately return to the Order. Instead, he went straight to Earth.

A portal tore through the sky of London that day.

Severus erged from it, transforming his appearance from a middle-aged man into that of a nine-year-old child, knowing that only two years had passed in that world.

The first thing he did was go to Diagon Alley. People looked at the celestial portal that had appeared like a strange phenonon and vanished the next instant as if nothing had happened.

Severus landed among them and walked straight to a sweets shop.

He wanted to eat sothing he had not tasted in decades. Steve appeared shortly after, greeting Severus and congratulating him on his success against the Monarchs.

Now the universe was balanced once again.

There was the force of darkness — the Shadow Monarch with the power of the other Monarchs — and the force of light — the Rulers.

The balance would be maintained by these two forces.

The Rulers even suggested that Severus go to a world where he would be more accepted for his power, but Steve himself refused on his behalf, saying that Severus intended to live a normal life among humans.

He had his family there.

Steve understood that better than the other Rulers, who, despite being pure beings and wishing to preserve the life of worlds, did not understand the feeling of belonging — nor what it ant to have a family.

Steve had never asked Severus that question. They had simply talked. Steve had created the portals in the magical paintings in the other tiline to strengthen the heir of the Shadow Monarch, deceiving the Architect, who was part of the Rulers, though not an official one. He and Ashborn had spoken in secret about the future that Steve had foreseen.

In the end, Severus handed over all the rings of the defeated Monarchs and said goodbye to Steve. Steve would leave that world and remain with the other Rulers in the Order, promising to visit from ti to ti to see how Severus was doing.

Severus first went to Prince Manor and was shocked to realize that his mother was no longer living there. He found only Alaric, who hugged him tightly, congratulating him for finally returning.

Alaric explained that Eileen had gone back to Cokeworth.

Severus could not believe it. He heard disturbing things from his uncle. Rosaria was visiting her father, but she had spent so ti at the manor taking care of Eileen while they waited for Severus's return. Until Eileen went back to her old house.

After saying goodbye to his uncle, Severus opened a portal and went to his hotown.

He looked at the house that had turned Eileen's life — and his — into a living hell.

He entered.

He found his mother taking care of a child.

A girl. A baby of about six months.

A little sister.

Severus received a hug from his mother, who cried that he had finally returned, and he imdiately spoke with her about what was happening.

She continued crying as she saw him finally back and introduced him to her daughter. Selene Prince, the little girl smiled when she saw him. Severus picked her up easily and could not help a small smile, despite being surprised that he had a sister in this tiline. A feeling that he would protect her without hesitation sprouted in his chest. He would be the brother she needed.

But the conversation that ca next, about why his mother had returned to that house, deeply disturbed him.

He simply left the house and began to walk aimlessly through the streets. His mother understood and did not try to stop him.

Severus found out that Tobias had returned to her life.

Alaric had said that Tobias had changed. When Eileen sought him out, they reconciled. Tobias had asked forgiveness for everything he had done. Without the effects of the Hatred Potion, he had shown himself to be a different person — the man Eileen had fallen in love with, once again, but this ti without artificial feelings.

They were together again.

And they had a daughter.

His mother claid that Tobias had changed a lot and that he was no longer that despicable man from before. He wanted to speak with Severus and ask for forgiveness as well; they said he had cried a great deal when he discovered that his son had left and that he prayed for his safe return.

Severus did not know what to think.

He just walked aimlessly, until he heard children's voices.

"Stop it! Stop it, now!" He heard the childish voice of a girl.

When he realized it, he was in the middle of the park.

He stopped in front of a swing with two girls.

There was a red-haired girl laughing as she swung higher and higher, almost floating before coming down again.

Her older sister shouted at her to stop, grumbling that it was strange and that she should not be doing that.

The girl finally stopped at her sister's shouting, and the redhead then noticed the boy standing there, staring at her.

Severus found nine-year-old Lily Evans.

When their eyes t, she felt sothing strange, as if she had known that boy for a long ti. Her heart beat faster, so much so that she forgot and ignored her sister.

"Is this love?" she wondered as she felt that sea of emotions in her heart.

She herself took the initiative to get off the swing and carefully walked over to the boy. "Hey, what are you doing here? W-who are you?" she asked, curious.

Petunia approached cautiously as well, looking at Severus.

"Do you know this boy?" she asked suspiciously. Petunia did not know Snape. And that boy did not look neglected as he might have been at that age in the other tiline, and she did not look at him with disgust like the first ti. His hair was combed, his unusual purple eyes stood out, and he was well dressed.

"No..." Lily murmured when she heard her sister's question, but she turned back to Severus, afraid that he might feel offended, even though he had not answered her question. "Hey, ignore my sister," Lily said with a smile to the boy. "But you didn't answer my question. My na is Lily Evans. May I know yours?"

Severus blinked a few tis, looking at the nine-year-old girl in front of him. In the other tiline, it should have been at that mont that he would be hiding behind the bushes, shouting to Lily that she was a witch.

But this ti it was different. The tiline had changed. And Severus knew that, even so, that reunion seed destined in so way.

He opened a smile. Lily beca even more enchanted, smiling back.

"Hello. I'm Severus Prince." He was already officially registered as Severus Prince.

"Severus Prince? I've never heard of you. Do you live around here?" she asked excitedly. "Did you see what I did too? That thing on the swing?"

She began chattering, while Petunia approached even more cautiously. "I've heard about the Princes, our mother's friend has that surna... Wait!"

"I do live here, I think..." Severus replied at the sa mont. He knew he would need to have a very serious conversation with Tobias, but he ended up revealing, "I'm Eileen's son."

Lily widened her eyes in surprise and turned to her sister. "So he's Eileen's son!"

"It's him! Mom said she had a son who wasn't with her at the mont!" Petunia told her sister.

"How is Selene? Did you just move here now?" little Petunia asked.

Severus nodded, and the older girl looked at Lily excitedly, as if she had found her prince charming. "You know, I always thought it was strange how you kept asking about Eileen's son as soon as you t her," Petunia grumbled suspiciously.

Severus knew that so fragnts of mories could affect people in that tiline. Perhaps that was why Lily had found it strange from the beginning.

Lily beca embarrassed by that, and Severus simply smiled. "I saw what you just did," Severus said.

"Really? It looked like magic!" Lily shouted, jumping excitedly, while Petunia clearly did not like that at all.

"What you just did really was magic," Severus said, making Lily widen her eyes and Petunia shiver.

"I'm magical too. And your sister is as well," Severus declared.

Both of them stared at him, shocked.

Petunia had never had magic. And in the other tiline, she certainly never would have.

But Severus, realizing that his father might truly have changed — since his mother had assured him of that, and both his uncle and Rosaria would never allow her to suffer again — decided to give things a different chance.

He had already grown very fond of the little sister he had just t. She was well cared for, and his mother's conditions were good, and she seed happy after two years with him away from that world.

So he would also give Petunia a chance. He would grant magic to her as well.

Perhaps, that way, she would not beco the arrogant and resentful person she had been in the other tiline. After all, he himself had changed too.

And that was how Severus t the Evans sisters for the first ti.
