Third Person POV

Hogsade.

...

...

Severus was standing in front of a house in Scotland, more specifically, near Hogsade.

He had just acquired a property through the goblins of Gringotts Bank, who made the purchase and sale contract after looking for a property in the na of Severus Prince, since he had requested this from his personal manager of the Snape and Prince accounts.

Severus didn't have to do anything other than wait for them to choose a house for sale, while they passed along the property details to him. That's what happened with this house: he beca interested and made the offer. The owner would never know it was Lord Prince who was buying the house. The goblins took care of that role, preserving his image, after all, Severus was a rather sensitive na in the wizarding world after everything that had been happening.

The place had belonged to an elderly wizard, who had lived there since his birth, as it was his parents' property. Being an only child, he inherited it, grew up, got married, and raised his family in the sa house, but his children had moved away. He had been living alone for over 5 years since his wife died.

So he sold this house to go live with his children in Arica. Now it belonged to Severus Prince, the place where the most famous wizard in Great Britain at that mont was planning to put his plans into action.

He hadn't bought this property under the Prince na. He ended up creating a new na in the bank so as not to act as Prince or Snape, as everyone already knew, because this would be an independent place to build his industrial potion factory.

He had his potion shop franchise, with no one knowing it was really him acting behind it, which kept the stores' nas untainted by his sowhat controversial actions in the wizarding world.

After all, there were people who saw him as a hero, but there were also those who saw him as a monster. Even though no one other than Voldemort had attacked the shop in his na, it could still cause so problems, leaving the true owner of the franchise in the shadows.

It would be perfect to set his shadows to work again, hidden from the world, while he created an industrial factory that would supply all the shops in his franchise across every part of the world.

The na of the shops was Bottled Magic. It seed simple and even 'popular and kind,' with nothing grand or related to dark magic.

In any case, Severus also had as a contact for the shop the very managers of Gringotts. St. Mungo's was interested in getting a contract to supply various types of healing and anesthetic potions, which would bring Severus a great deal of money, but he had never fully accepted because he needed to deal with the Dark Lord at that ti.

He would think better once the factory was ready. He could very well sell a large quantity at a lower price to St. Mungo's, thanks to his large-scale quality in potions.

Severus set his shadows around the area, while they searched for any eyes, since he wanted to do this without anyone knowing. This factory would be sothing that no one in the wizarding world should ever know about.

He was even using his invisibility when coming here, checking the house, entering it. There was nothing remarkable about it, just a house where an old man had lived alone.

Severus analyzed the place for a while and didn't stop scratching his chin.

"How am I going to manage to open a path down here? I need to summon Kargalgan..." he murmured.

He looked at the floor and decided to act right there, before pulling out his wand and pointing it upward.

"Spatium Silentii." he conjured, an evolution of Muffliato that Severus had created.

As soon as he saw the place fall into a space of silence covering the entire house, he pointed his fist at the floor. The place had nothing more than a few pieces of furniture, since the old man who lived there had taken all his belongings.

Then he punched the floor with force. In the next mont, everything exploded under his fist.

BOOM!

No one outside heard as the windows burst with earth and debris flying out of them. Severus began punching the floor again and again, opening a path to the underground.

The shadows were summoned to remove the dirt, and as soon as there was enough space to summon Kargalgan, the orc shaman finally appeared with Severus asking him to do the rest of the work.

He stepped aside, casting a cleansing spell on himself, removing the dirt from his body while the shaman quickly worked to dig into the ground and at the sa ti used space magic to expand the place, just as he had done at Prince Manor.

anwhile, Severus just waited, taking care that no one would see by also casting a camouflage spell over the Spatium Silentii, Spatium Illusorium, a spell that would confuse anyone looking here, making them unable to see a house being destroyed with earth flying around.

It took about 2 hours before the place was ready. Severus was satisfied after repairing the house and creating a staircase leading to the space that had been made—it was so large it asured about 1 square kiloter, so vast that even Kargalgan was drained of mana and had to rest.

"You did a good job here, Kargalgan." Severus said with satisfaction, while the Orc nodded in approval.

Severus took his bag and began pulling out all the cauldrons he had taken from the Room of Requirent. Before setting up industrial machines here, he first needed to restore his previous potion production, since the shop stocks were running out.

So it took him a few more hours, while he organized the entire place in a corner of that vast space as he had done in the Room of Requirent, and once again set his shadows to work, while leaving the stock of herbs and other ingredients in another place for the shadows to use whenever needed.

Severus then returned to the manor a mont later, finding Rosaria training, Atlas having destroyed the garden again, and his companion in the nest they had created.

"Nephew." Alaric t Severus while he was walking through the house.

"Uncle, I'm glad I found you. Are you using the main cauldron? I want to brew a potion." Severus asked as the man nodded.

"Of course, it's free. I'm busy with mine, I never use your cauldron." he said, and Severus nodded, heading to his personal potion-making room, which he had set up since moving here.

The Prince manor had more than 10 of them, since it was the family's specialty. Severus took one for himself and entered it, as he began lighting the cauldron and started adding his ingredients, among them, the mana crystals he had collected from the portals—it was ti to use them.

He prepared potions for the rest of the day, while placing a dozen vials beside him. He only left the room when Rosaria knocked on the door to inform him of dinner, stopping the house-elves from doing it, wanting to be the one to tell him.

Severus ca out a mont later with a vial of bright blue color in his hand.

"Take this, use it after dinner." he said.

"What is this?" she asked curiously after taking the potion and examining it. The sll wasn't bad.

"This is for you to increase your magical abilities." Severus said. After all, all the mana crystals could enhance an individual's power if perfectly prepared. It wasn't the quality Severus wanted to achieve, but it was a start and already provided so of the intended effects without side effects.

"What do you an... increase my magical abilities?" She looked stunned.

"You'll see. Anyway, you will take this once a week from this day forward. Your body will need rest while the magic in you reacts aggressively to its increase. You will grow more powerful with each passing week—so powerful that in only 4 weeks you will surpass the greatest living wizard after ." he said with confidence.

Rosaria looked at the vial and then at Severus's back as he walked away toward the kitchen.

"Wait!" she exclaid, running to catch up with him.

Dinner was peaceful, with only him, Rosaria, and Alaric sharing the table, with his uncle asking what he was working on.

"So very interesting potions, and I have this one for you." Severus said, pulling out a glowing vial from the system, but this one green in color, as he set it on the table for Alaric to take.

"What is this?" Alaric asked curiously.

"This is to increase your vitality. It will improve your body." Severus said.

"Are you sure?" Alaric couldn't help but raise an eyebrow upon hearing that.

"Of course. Trust , uncle. You'll live many good years if you take this potion for a few months, scaling the doses once a week." Severus explained.

"Well... if you say so, I believe you. But if you can create sothing like this... wouldn't that be revolutionary??" Alaric murmured, still looking at the vial near Severus, since the table was a little spread out from one another.

"It's limited, I can only provide a small amount with the stock of such rare items that are difficult to obtain. That's why this will be a potion for us to use, not for trade." he explained.

"I understand... I'll take it as you say then." he said in the end.

Severus and the others had a peaceful dinner after that, and upon leaving, Rosaria was already going to accompany him to his room.

"Not tonight, I have sothing to do this evening." Severus said, leaving Rosaria a little surprised.

"What are you going to do?" she asked in surprise.

"Let's just say I'll have to deal with the last horcrux. Voldemort's shadow went to his hideout, I'm going there to destroy the last one, since it's in an old abandoned castle according to his shadow. I want to finish this tonight." he explained while Rosaria nodded.

"And I can't go with you?" she asked.

"I think it's better not this ti. Sothing tells it won't be that simple." he said with a more serious tone.

"All the more reason for to go with you then." she said.

"I'd rather you didn't this ti. You'll take that potion and feel quite unwell, your body will need to rest. I'll take care of everything alone, don't worry." he said, and in the end, she nodded. Even though she still wanted to insist, she knew that when Severus made that serious face, she would never be able to go with him.

"All right, just stay safe." she said, and he nodded.

Severus then went to his room, and Rosaria ended up going too, saying she already slept there and it wouldn't be different tonight just because they weren't having sex.

Severus let her lie down and watch him as he changed clothes. He put on a black jacket, like the rest of his attire.

Severus approached her and kissed her forehead, before taking a few steps back and vanishing, with a shadow that carried the fragnts of Voldemort's soul in the castle. The shadow retreated and disappeared.
