Our gaze beca sharp and dangerous. I held the vape tightly, ready to blow it out. Eve assud a fighting stance. The atmosphere instantaneously dropped. Intense killing intent choke the air.

"Tell us everything you know, Will!" I yelled threateningly.

"You don't have to shout, I can hear you just fine." He remained indifferent, as though I'm playing around.

I took a quick puff and ford it into Puffy. Quickly afterwards, it charged forward as fast as lightning and slash his neck. The next thing that happened baffled almost everyone.

Without standing up and still rooted on his chair, he raised his hand and caught Puffy's sword with a pinch.

The contact caused the power within the sword to affect the surrounding. The food flew everywhere, plates were broken, the wall behind Will got cut, leaving a deep, straight line.

He let out a disappointing sigh, "Is this how you treat soone that gives you food?"

"No one asked for it." I commanded Puffy to pull the sword, but it was struggling to get it out of Will's grasp, and it wouldn't co out any ti soon. Henceforth, I chose to dismiss the sword and ordered Puffy to retreat.

"Kids these days don't know how to be grateful." He shook his head regretfully.

"Enough with the talk, now tell us what you know about the device, who sent Scarecrow, and what do you want with it?"

"And if I don't?" His eyes half closed, taunting us. His voice beca increasingly calm, alerting us more.

"We'll do it ourselves. Yin Hee here can crack the truth you are sealing."

Will shifted his line of sight to Yin Hee, this reveal a slight opening. Eve quickly grabbed a nearby shard of a broken plate and ran towards Will. She stabbed him, but Will moved to the left, avoiding the impalent at the last second.

But still, it was Eve he was fighting with. Everything that could go wrong will go wrong.

The chair he was sitting on broke and he fell to the ground.

This was extrely sudden that Will didn't expect it to happen. He was surprised that his mind went blank for a mont.

Taking the advantage of that, Eve swirled around and kicked him as powerful as she could.

His body crashed onto a wall, leaving a crater. I didn't waste ti and made a move. I ford innurable swords after taking a puff and sent them towards him.

This lasted for a few monts before I halted my attack. Dust filled the room.

We waited for any kind of response from him as the room beca quiet.

The dust settled by the seconds yet there was no reaction. We were thinking that perhaps he was already dead or maybe unconscious, but from what I see, it was likely the opposite.

Especially so when we're talking about Will here. I doubt he would lose easily.

So, with that in mind, we heightened our senses even more, and prepared more powerful attacks.

"What are your suggestions?" I asked all of a sudden and took a puff.

"Nothing, just attack."

"Alright." I nodded and subrged into the dust that has yet to settle completely, armoring myself with Puffy and the trail of smoke behind , ready to change to any shape.

I ordered Puffy to swing its sword at Will's latest position. A loud bang echoed as the dust beca thicker, limiting my vision even further.

It should be a disadvantage, but to , any kind of particles that block vision work perfectly.

I turned into mist and blended in with the dust, searching for Will.

When I'm in my mist form, I would still be able to see normally. Yes, that also ans it didn't change the fact that I couldn't see sh*t.

However, I can spread the smoke to find Will. He might notice, no.

Putting into account on how experienced he is, he already know what I'm planning for and perhaps prepared for it. Even so, if I execute it right, I would be able to defeat him.

I scattered the smoke and 'saw' red fla flickering greatly, indicating a powerful ability and imnse amount of vital energy, which translated he won't die easily.

When I saw that, my body hesitated for a mont, doubting if I could defeat him.

No, this is no ti to hesitate, I said to myself and threw away those thoughts as I recalled Eve's words. Her words were akin to a prophecy that rarely misses.

Her words filled with courage and I stick with my plan.

As soon as I 'saw' Will, I sent Puffy to attack him from a blind sight. At least that's what I thought when Will graciously prepared for Puffy's attack. He deflect it with a small knife. Sparks flew everywhere. A deafening clang echoed. The impact resulted in the dust to vanish in an instant.

"Just give up, you won't be able to defeat , and even if you were able to, Synth would deliver you the most comforting punishnt." He smiled cunningly, showing his teeth. His eyes half closed.

"But not if they didn't know what happened!" With the trail of smoke I conjured, I created innurable blades with thin wires attached on edge of its handle.

""You must be a fool thinking I didn't prepare for this!" He swung his hand from the left to the right. His expression filled with joy, knlowing his preparation ca to fruit.

"If you're talking about the hidden caras, we already settle it." I pointed at Calvin. Behind him was the cha, standing motionlessly with blue glow. It caused nearby caras to shut down slowly and targeted abilities to be useless.

It was evident on Will. I 'see' the fla inside him flickering like candle being sprayed by water, about to disappear at any mont.

"This is getting interesting!" Will's smile intensified, showing his teeth entirely.

I straightened my arms and the blades flew at him at an amazing speed. The innurable blades pierced through the wind, whistling loudly. It was like a powerful storm occured here.
