The windows popped up in front of Max one by one. It filled his vision, just like the error ssages earlier.
Still, they were all money. His smile widened after he saw the end result of pooling in the mission reward.
Curious about why the chat moved so fast and how many viewers donated, he checked his viewers count again.
[Viewers: 426]
'Holy... It increased so much?! Did soone already post the clip of slapping Hutch in the forum?'
That was the only reason why he had that many viewers. He decided to focus and looked at the last notification in front of him.
Currently, Max had 2 missions from the viewers.
Mission 1:
[Stream Mission: Kick Huh Ah knight's ass.]
[Reward: 9,000 diamonds.]
Mission 2:
[Stream Mission: Kill Huh Ah knight.]
[Reward: 1,500 diamonds.]
The first mission was out of the viewers' hate, while the second probably had his family killed by the Huh Ah knight.
"I will accept the mission to kick Huh Ah knight's butt, but I don't think I will be able to do the second one, so I will have to refuse it."
While it was a sha he needed to refuse 1,000 diamonds, killing Huh Ah knight at this mont would probably lead the mission to failure.
Max couldn't really afford that as his playti was limited, and he needed to finish the ga before next week's program.
— It can't be helped.
— We should be satisfied with Breeze kicking his ass.
— This is the only ti I saw Huh Ah knight outside the tutorial. So I will take a kicking.
Thankfully, they weren't that disappointed with his choice and were understanding.
Max nodded in satisfaction and listened to the knight's explanation for the battle.
Hutch was the one who explained the strategy. The cavalry would be split into two groups, one under Huh Ah knight and the rest under Hutch, to launch a sneak attack from the side.
Max was given a choice, and he imdiately chose to stay under Huh Ah knight for a frontal assault. Hutch sohow nodded at him in recognition before turning around and leading around fifty knights on horse away.
"I am glad to have knights with a lot of courage who are willing to protect the Rami Kingdom!" Huh Ah knight exclaid loudly, unsheathing his sword and raising it. "Follow , knights! We will stop the barbarians here!"
"Ooooohhh!!"
The knights shouted loudly as they began to march into the plain, where the barbarians' army was spotted.
Max watched the army march forward; their horses kicked the dust into the air.
Yes, he only watched. The reason was simple.
He was left behind because his horse refused to move.
— Why did he stay still?
— He skipped the knight barrack tutorial... He probably doesn't know how to make the horse move.
— Is Breeze actually a clutz?
The viewers were correct.
'Shit... How do I make him move?'
Without any tutorial or experience of riding a horse, Max was clueless on how to control it.
Riding a horse wasn't sothing simple, it seed. Even when he pulled the rain or kicked it, the horse didn't budge and only neighed loudly.
"Screw it. I don't need you! Stupid horse."
Having enough of it, Max jumped off the horse and chose to run.
— Ruunn!!
— Hahaha! This guy is nuts. The others are on the horse and are far away already! How can you catch up to them?
— You guys, shut up! You don't know Breeze! His na might sound gentle, but he runs like a gust of wind! No, he's even faster than that!
While running upward the hill, where the rest of the knights went, Max read the chat and chuckled. Indeed, they didn't know him yet.
'I am testing my limit now. Might as well try to run with all my might.'
Max straightened his body and began to run at full speed. Indeed, it was still slower than riding a horse but faster than average players, thanks to his technique.
His lips tugged up as he felt the wind hitting his face. It felt nice
'What a nostalgic feeling.'
In the past, before he got into an accident, he would always feel the wind from the top of a building or a tower after climbing it.
The feeling with what he had right now was similar, although not exactly the sa. That was why Max was happy feeling the freedom in this ga more than ever.
Although the clanging of steel resounded loudly in the distance as the battle started, the adrenaline pumping in his blood still excited him.
"Let's kick Huh Ah knight's ass!"
Max declared loudly as he gripped his axes tightly with both hands.
— Let's kick him!
— With as much strength as you could muster!
— Guys, did you forget the ga mission?
The chat agreed with Max, and they got excited. The fla of hatred they hid inside was burning brilliantly.
"Push them back!"
Huh Ah knight scread loudly, commanding the cavalry. The horses neighed loudly as they passed the barbarians' army.
With just a glance, there were more than 100 barbarians. They were enough to take over a small city and kill all the citizens inside. And it should only be the advanced party.
The tactic the knights used was a hit-and-run. No barbarian had a horse, so their movent was slower than the knight. Always moving was the key.
So unfortunate barbarians had already fallen to this tactic, invoking the anger from the rest of them. They looked like they would skin and cook knights from the Rami Kingdom alive.
So, what about Max, who charged into the barbarians' army without a horse?
Simple. He beca their hate target.
"There is one knight without a horse!"
"Kill him! Use him as a hostage!"
"I will skin him alive!"
Various hostile words and curses were thrown at Max as a group of barbarians rushed toward him.
Even so, Max wasn't afraid. He ignored the shout from the Huh Ah knight and charged fearlessly toward the angry barbarians.
— Blood Blood Blood
— We will see a massacre!
— Do it! Kill them all and kick Huh Ah knight's ass
No one doubted him. Max's skill and control over his movent were top-tier, even though he was still a pretty unknown strear.
Dealing with 5 barbarians in front of him should be easy. The others were busy with the knights who returned to flank from the side, sothing he appreciated.
"How many barbarians can I kill?"
Max licked his lips in excitent as he jumped higher than ever. It easily reached 2 and a half ters, and he landed in the middle of the barbarians.
He grinned. Max spun and cut the five barbarians in two using his right foot as a pivot. Red liquid spurted out as their bodies fell with a loud thud, drenching his armor.
Then, he finished his sentence, "Take a guess!"
— There it is!
— It cos!! The three-sixty axe spin!
— Damn it! He's too good!
— Be careful, behind you!
Reading the comnt, Max quickly turned around and saw a sword flying toward him at a fast speed and precision.
Clang!
Fortunately, he raised his axes at the perfect ti and parried the flying sword.
"Tsk!"
A barbarian clicked his tongue. He was the only one wearing a helt with two horns among them. And, at first glance, he was easily taller than 2 ters.
"That's the leader, no?" Max asked the chat.
— Yeah.
— That's the mid-boss! Trouser the Thrower!
— Be careful, Breeze. That one is stronger than all barbarians.
— I died five tis against him.
"Perfect. He's taller than ."
Instead of getting scared, Max was actually getting excited. This was the first boss he would fight. And this boss was perfect for him to test his limit.
"I will show you guys sothing new."
