Just as Jiang Chen guessed, Lu Yi was waiting for his system to reset its fusion count.

The system refreshes once a day, he reminded himself. Back on Blue Sea Star, a full day was twenty-four hours.

He thought back to Burning Sun City. Enough ti had passed since he last used his fusions—any mont now, the reset would co.

Four chances to fuse... I’ll definitely gain sothing big this ti. His pulse quickened at the thought.

Four hours slipped by.

A clear chi rang out inside his Sea of Consciousness.

Ding!

[The fusion count has been reset!]

Finally! His eyes lit up, excitent flashing as he clenched his fists.

Jiang Chen watched the flicker of emotions crossing Lu Yi’s face. So, I was right?

By his count, more than twenty-four hours had passed since Burning Sun City. Does the system really reset once a day? The thought grew firr as he saw Lu Yi’s excitent building.

But guesses weren’t enough—he needed proof.

If he has the resources, he’ll burn through those fusions right away. All I have to do is keep an eye on his panel. Any change will confirm it. And if he suddenly pulls out so rare treasure, that’ll seal the deal.

With that in mind, Jiang Chen let his gaze drift over Lu Yi as if idly curious.

"You seem pretty worked up," he remarked, activating his Villain Eye in the sa instant to bring up Lu Yi’s information panel.

A quick glance told Jiang Chen nothing much had changed since last ti—except the Trust Level, which had climbed to 65.

Lu Yi stiffened the mont he noticed Jiang Chen watching him. He forced a smile and waved it off. "Ah? Why do you say that?"

He couldn’t let anything about the system slip.

Still, facing Jiang Chen’s steady gaze made his nerves prickle. What he didn’t realize was that Heavenly Fate itself was warning him at the sa ti.

Jiang Chen gave a small nod, as if dismissing the matter. "Alright then. Keep yourself steady." He shifted his eyes away.

Lu Yi let out the breath he’d been holding and smiled again. Forcing his excitent down, he turned inward, reaching into his storage artifact to pick out the first items for fusion.

Most of the treasures in the storage artifact had been collected by the body’s original owner as gifts for Xin Tong, long before Lu Yi took it over. Most were Transcendence-level, though there had once been two Nirvana Peering-level treasures as well.

Those two, however, had already been fused into his weapon—the Luminous Heavenly Fury Blade.

All that remained now were Transcendence-level items.

How should I use my four fusions? Lu Yi weighed his options. I could rge the Transcendence-level treasures into a Nirvana Peering-level one and strengthen my blade further. But the Luminous Heavenly Fury Blade is already strong enough.

After a mont’s hesitation, his mind settled. This ti, he would put the focus on raising his cultivation.

There are plenty of pills in the storage artifact, Lu Yi thought. If I fuse them, I could create a Nirvana Peering-level pill. That would be too much for most Transcendence realm cultivators, but with my bloodline, I should be able to handle it.

Then another idea struck him. The All Things Infinite Fusion System... it can fuse anything, right? What about cultivation thods?

Even with his talent and sharp comprehension, martial arts still took ti to master. But if I could rge the techniques I’ve already learned, wouldn’t that save a huge amount of ti and effort?

His eyes flickered with excitent. I have to try this first!

Without hesitating, he pushed the thought forward.

"System! Fuse the two cultivation thods I’ve trained in—the Sun Shadow Mystic Feather Blade Technique Technique and the Azure Flower Profound Howl Record!"

He focused on the knowledge carved into his Sea of Consciousness, along with the instincts and strength those arts had already ingrained in his body.

Everything tied to the Sun Shadow Mystic Feather Blade Technique and the Azure Flower Profound Howl Record—his insights, mories, and even the habits etched into his body—beca the raw material for fusion.

An instant later, a clear chi rang through his Sea of Consciousness.

Ding!

[Perfect fusion complete. You have obtained a mid-grade Nirvana Peering-level cultivation thod: Howling Inferno Shadow Blade Technique (Great Accomplishnt)!]

A torrent of new knowledge surged into his Sea of Consciousness, while subtle changes rippled through his body in response.

Every understanding he gained in that mont was instantly reflected in his movents—mind and body falling into perfect sync.

It felt almost like Jiang Chen using the Wordless Heavenly Jade, where each revelation flowed straight into mastery.

Unbelievable—it actually worked! My system really is incredible. Not only can it rge the techniques I’ve trained in, it even preserves my level of mastery. This is perfect!

A rush of joy swept through Lu Yi. His breathing grew unsteady as deeper insights poured into his Sea of Consciousness and fresh power stirred within his body. He almost let out a cheer but forced it back down.

Jiang Chen, however, caught the change in him.

That kind of excitent... he must have gained sothing big from one of his fusions, Jiang Chen thought. But this is only the first. He still has three more to use. I’ll wait until he’s finished before checking his panel. A faint glimr of calculation flickered in his eyes as he chose patience over haste.

Lu Yi, anwhile, could hardly contain his delight. The successful fusion had him buzzing with confidence.

Even if I’ve only trained in two Transcendence-level techniques, the true strength of the All Things Infinite Fusion System lies in this—it can fuse anything.

What if I try fusing a cultivation thod with sothing else? The thought sent a spark of anticipation through Lu Yi’s eyes, and he wasted no ti putting the idea into motion.

Still, since his new technique was already at the Nirvana Peering level, he decided to start simple—fusing a treasure of the sa rank first.

He drew in a steady breath, picked out two Transcendence-level combat pills, and triggered the system’s command.

A clear chi rang out in his Sea of Consciousness.

Ding!

[Perfect fusion complete. You have obtained a low-grade Nirvana Peering-level pill: Nirvana Yang Thunder Precious Pill!]

The pill’s purpose was clear—it could temporarily boost the strength of any cultivator in the Nirvana Peering realm.

"System! Fuse the Howling Inferno Shadow Blade Technique with the Nirvana Yang Thunder Precious Pill!" Lu Yi’s eyes burned with anticipation as he gave the command.

Ding!

[Perfect fusion complete. You have obtained an upper-grade Nirvana Peering-level cultivation thod: Howling Thunder Nirvanic Inferno Blade Technique (Great Accomplishnt)!]

A surge of power rippled through his Sea of Consciousness as the technique evolved, its mysteries growing even deeper.

This was no longer just a blade art—it had beco a body-refining thod as well, sharpening his combat power, strengthening his physique, and swelling his Immortal Origin reserves.

It actually worked! This is incredible, Lu Yi thought, barely containing his thrill.

But his excitent dimd a little as reality set in. Only one fusion left. I’ll have to use it on pills that can raise my realm.

Without wasting ti, he dove back into the system, ready to fuse the remaining treasures.
