Chapter 980: Bleeding
When Huo Congjun hurried to the hospital from ho, the climatic impact from the third wave of ambulances had already died down.
The doctors who were still in the Ergency Departnt’s main hall and not yet dispatched were only two housen who had seemingly been picked up from sowhere and three or four young resident doctors who had just run over from their departnts.

Huo Congjun was about to move forward when his knee went weak. He almost fell and beca the twenty-second patient. “How many batches are they separated into?” he hurriedly asked.
“Three batches,” Ling Ran replied.
Huo Congjun asked, “So in just a short period, three batches of patients have arrived?”
“Yes.”
“These guys…” Huo Congjun thought of another possibility. He frowned and asked, “Are there a lot of lightly injured victims? Since we’re providing food and drinks for the paradics—”
“Every ambulance basically has one who’s seriously injured,” Ling Ran interrupted Huo Congjun’s estimation.
“That’s more like it.” Huo Congjun’s anger quickly disappeared. For hospitals, the performance appraisal of a lightly injured patient was incomparable to that of a severely injured patient. It was especially so for a patient suffering only from external injuries. Even if he broke an arm, he only needed to get two X-rays, a splint, and a cast.
Seriously wounded patients were a different case, especially those who were so seriously injured that they had to enter the ICU. The number and type of fluid replacents they needed alone could use up the entire stock of a small clinic, forcing them to restock.
As the manager of Yun Hua Ergency dical Center, Huo Congjun spent all his efforts to get the lounge for paradics as well as drivers so that they could eat at and drink tea for free. The idea was to get the paradics to classify the patients spontaneously before they reached the hospitals. ‘You can send lightly wounded patients anywhere, but seriously wounded patients and our hospital’s doctor have to be sent here.’ These were the words written on the pizza boxes in the lounge for paradics.
However, Huo Congjun suddenly looked at Ling Ran in doubt. “A dozen seriously injured people have been sorted out properly?”
“Yes, I’ve mainly distributed them to various departnts. There is one operating theater left. I didn’t let anyone use it,” Ling Ran answered quickly.

He knew about Huo Congjun’s doubts too because Huo Congjun was not the only one who had questions. Other people and Zuo Cidian himself had similar questions.

When it ca to ergency treatnts, different departnts and doctors had different habits as well as requirents. All this while, the Ergency Departnt was never able to get what they asked for fully.
Huo Congjun naturally looked to Zuo Cidian.
Zuo Cidian understood Huo Congjun’s look, just like a cub who understood a lion’s expression. He obediently stretched out his furry paws to let the lion caress it and broke into a cute smile as he said, “How should I say this? Ling Ran’s efficiency in guiding operations is beyond normal levels.”
“Isn’t it typical for him to go beyond the normal level?” Huo Congjun said sothing which was difficult for others to understand, but standard for Yun Hua Hospital’s staff.
“You should see how Ling Ran guides surgeries.” The Departnt of Urology’s Associate Chief Physician Guo Liqing walked over slowly.
“He didn’t affect you, did he?” Huo Congjun laughed first.
“No, he didn’t.” Guo Liqing waved his hand and said, “We do accept guidance. Even if we’re affected, it’d be a good influence…”
Huo Congjun heard a slight resentful tone in his voice, but he did not care about it because he also heard the helplessness in Guo Liqing’s voice.
Being helpless in the current environnt was not considered a bad thing.
“How did you guide them?” Huo Congjun finally asked Ling Ran what he was concerned about and looked at him.
Ling Ran recalled and said, “I proposed so solutions. So have been adopted by everyone, and that’s it.”
Huo Congjun continued to look at Guo Liqing.

The two resident doctors quickly classified the patients according to the severity of their injuries. The three patients with minor injuries were sent to the treatnt room by the interns for further classification and treatnt.
The two seriously injured patients passed the place where Ling Ran stood and were pushed all the way into the resuscitation room.
“Wait here, please consult the Cardiothoracic Departnt.” Ling Ran perford a simple physical examination on the patients one by one before he intercepted one of them.
The other patient was pushed directly into the room, his treatnt process unaffected.
Ling Ran told the resident doctor, “Please ask the Cardiothoracic Departnt to pay attention and observe the intercostal blood vessels. There should be active bleeding.”
He was actually quite certain with his assessnt because he had done an ultra-fast dissection using the Virtual Human when the patients passed by him.
It was a trick Ling Ran discovered today. In a very short ti, such as in about one second, he dissected the patient horizontally and vertically, which were the coronal plane and vertical plane commonly known in anatomy. So, he could naturally obtain a large amount of information.
If it had been a normal day, it would naturally be a waste for him to use the Virtual Human like that. But in today’s sudden situation, Ling Ran managed to save up a lot of ti because of it.
With the ti he saved, he could automatically do a lot more things.
Guo Liqing pouted and said to Huo Congjun, “Do you see it now? There’s no need to even do a scan. Just by glancing at the patient, he can directly point out the bleeding point.”
Huo Congjun looked at Guo Liqing like he was a fool. “What’s so difficult about doing that?”
“The Ergency dical Center can do that now as well?”
Huo Congjun sighed. “I an, the patient’s chest is still bleeding.”
