"Never have any expectations of deities’ conduct or private morality."
Noah recalled a sage’s evaluation of the Divine in a Forbidden Book and unconsciously nodded.
As for Evil Gods, there’s no need to ntion them; they have no morals or responsibilities. Their desires are more terrifying than those of living beings in the secular world, so under powerful forces, they behave even more disgracefully and indulgently.
Opposite to the benevolent Dragon Father Bahamut, who has disappeared and is nowhere to be found, the Five-colored Dragon Mother Tiamat is also a notorious Evil God in history.
This Mother of Evil Dragons, possessing five heads, has an innurable number of Ancient Dragon partners or, more accurately, lovers.
Rumor has it that within the Colorful Dragon Clan, every Evil Dragon reaching ancient years cannot escape the favor of this Dragon Mother and must beco a subject under her skirt, offering themselves for her entertainnt.
Of course, this is information Noah obtained from his inherited mory. As a mber of an opposing race, the credibility of such rumors is questionable. Yet, even so, in many verifiable stories and legends, this Dragon Mother is a being of extre indulgence.
It should be known that the Colorful Dragon Clan is the creation of this Dragon Mother. All Colorful Dragons, in so sense, are the offspring of this Dragon Mother. Yet she acts in such a manner.
Of course, with the nurous notorious deeds and evil acts this Mother of Evil Dragons has committed, such things can’t even be considered blemishes for her. In many stories, they are rely ntioned in passing, not worthy of elaborate description.
In contrast, the Dragon Father’s reputation in this regard is excellent, being a complete opposite. However, this doesn’t an those righteous and benevolent Gods are moral examples either.
The reality is that no morals or even any laws can interfere with or restrain the private desires of the Divine. To maintain their widespread worship in the secular world, the benevolent Gods might maintain their image superficially, not acting too excessively in public, just slightly covering up.
As a result, tales and legends of deities casting their will, eting mortals privately, and ultimately bearing offspring are too nurous. In many myths and legends, the heroes often have similar backgrounds.
Although most of these stories are fictional, they hide truths within. Otherwise, how were those famously illustrious demigods birthed in history?
Demigods like Parvati are extrely rare and belong to the unusual category. The vast majority of demigods result from Divine indulgence and the loosening of their belts.
Noah is now extrely skeptical that this sudden appearance of the Eighth Generation of Augustus is also a result of Divine indulgence. However, this ti, it wasn’t just to satisfy desire but for another purpose.
Theoretically speaking, considering only his power could strengthen the Titan Bloodline, and receiving his blessing was necessary to possess the Dragon Vein, the super mixed-blood Sorlon could hardly ever have offspring.
The combination of two suprely strong bloodlines and Legendary powers makes his fertility almost impossible, not to ntion that his partner is a chosen one of a deity.
From the perspective of extraordinary biology, the union of the two would not likely produce offspring—well, not entirely impossible, perhaps a one in a billion chance.
In other words, without taking any precautions, recklessly trying over a billion tis, you might hit the mark once, almost indistinguishable from impossible.
But Divine have the power to warp reality, and Divine Powers can turn the impossible into possible. If a deity disregards consequences and expends Divine Powers, they can make nearly anything happen in the Material Realm, at the very least directing things towards their desired outco.
Therefore, Noah suspects that the Nature Goddess used the body of a chosen one to make a move. The Titan Bloodline or ancestral Golden Dragon Bloodline from him both hold valuable sches.
As for the Goddess’s purity and sanctity, don’t be ridiculous. Only the ignorant mortals would think that goddesses are aloof and untouched, never associating with any male beings.
In reality, most goddesses’ fallen or indulgent postures are beyond mortal imagination; it’s just that mortals can’t see it. They think their goddesses are so holy and noble, offering worship and willing to present everything they have.
Noah is not surprised by the Divine’s ethics in this regard; he is rely astonished at the Nature Goddess’s rank in the Elf God System for such behavior.
The Nature Goddess is not a single goddess; she is the partner of the Elf Main God Ailoran, and their relationship is delineated in their respective doctrines.
Perhaps Ailoran knows about this and has remained silent, or he has even designated it, considering he is an Elf God who most loves the colors of nature, so a bit of green doesn’t matter.
Of course, it could also be the Goddess’s own idea, after all. Having a partner doesn’t necessarily an remaining loyal and avoiding contact with other creatures.
Moreover, she hasn’t even descended personally; she rely used a chosen one to establish a connection. What does it amount to? It’s not even considered spiritual infidelity, rely a matter of will.
Noah pondered for a while, then ceased his musings and issued a summons to Sorlon, the Seventh Generation of Augustus, one of the concerned parties.
"I heard you’re going to be a father?"
Although he is a creation of his own, a Favored, Noah still grants him so respect, engaging him in conversation with a more relaxed tone rather than starting with inquiries. However, Sorlon senses sothing amiss.
