He gave Raydon a shocked look with eyes wide open, then vanished in a flash of light. His last thought before his vision went completely dark was... Well, he was too shocked to even think of anything.
'It seems that my strength is still insufficient. ' Raydon muttered, lost in thought. After delivering so many blows, he was finally able to kill the man by slicing his throat with his sword. The man's defense wasn't great, but Raydon's kicks lacked strength.

Raydon could only think of one reason why, but before he had a chance to consider any other possibilities, everything around him shattered into shards of glass with a loud smashing noise.

''So he's been killing his teammates and collecting items like this all this ti, huh? '' Raydon pondered as he observed his surroundings. There were many items around him. Everyone who died in the illusion appeared to have died in reality as well, leaving only their items behind.
''That illusion skill was really strong. If I didn't feel that sothing was off, it might even fool . '' As soon as the match started, Raydon noticed that the man was using a skill under the guise of his greeting. This was further supported by the mild headache and ringing in his ears up until this point.
Raydon agreed to follow the group and pretend to work with them as a result. He initially had the option of attacking and killing the man as soon as he used his illusion skill, but by doing so, the man's teammates would also attack Raydon, and things might get complicated. Even though he was capable of handling them all at once, he didn't want to waste his ti on sothing like that. He had more fun this way as well.
And another reason, if Raydon killed anyone at will during the matches, the families of those killed would eventually go after him. This was sothing that would give him a headache. Even killing Helen in the previous match was likely to cause him problems in the future, and now this man in the suit has added to that.
The man's use of an illusion skill was obvious. He persuaded his team that they had died naturally. No one would suspect him this way.
Raydon looked around him, and when he saw the cane on the ground, his eyes glead with delight, and he ran to pick it up.
''Please be what I guess,'' He prayed, looking at the black cane embroidered in brown with an eagle on its head.
