Chapter 1607: 1495, Red-skinned Girl

“I heard your sister is about to break through?” The older red-skinned girl asked while walking toward the restaurant’s door.

“Who told you that?” The younger red-skinned girl replied casually, “She’s far from it! My sister has been like this for more than a century now.”

“But there’s been so rumors lately…”

“Do you trust the rumors or ?”

“Of course, I trust you.”

“Then that’s settled, isn’t it? …Eh, what’s this?”

By this ti, the two of them had already entered the restaurant.

As they stepped through the door, the younger red-skinned girl imdiately noticed Su Yu.

At the mont, Su Yu was the only custor in the restaurant, but his distinct appearance instantly caught her attention.

First off, the table in front of Su Yu was laden with a variety of dishes, most of which were not even on the restaurant’s nu;

Secondly, Su Yu turned out to be a yellow-skinned human! How could this not astonish her?

This was akin to a Blue Star person dining at a restaurant and encountering soone with entirely blood-red skin—it would be astounding.

“Why is his skin yellow?” The younger red-skinned girl imdiately used spiritual power to communicate with the other girl, “And those thin arms and legs… yet his face looks male.”

“Indeed.” The older red-skinned girl was equally surprised, staring at Su Yu intently.

She was perplexed as to why Su Yu would appear here. Moreover, at this specific ti? He wasn’t supposed to be part of the plan!

But it had co to this.

She imdiately directed her spiritual power toward the kitchen.

Noticing that the “restaurant owner” was present, the red-skinned girl instantly felt more at ease.

The younger red-skinned girl was still unaware of what was about to happen.

She glanced at Su Yu a few more tis but politely withdrew her gaze.

Then, she loudly called to the kitchen, “Boss, sa as every other ti!”

This marked the fifth visit by her and the other girl to this restaurant.

Despite being in a relatively remote location, the restaurant offered several dishes that perfectly suited her taste, so much so that one visit led to another, and another, and then another.

In her near-thousand-year life, the flavors here unquestionably ranked at the t0 level, and she even thought about taking the owner away to cook exclusively for her!

But this visit was clearly different from the previous ones.

Just as her words left her mouth, a loud humming sound resonated behind her.

Instinctively turning around, she saw a half-cyborg descending from the sky!

The half-cyborg had deep blue paint on his arms and thighs, and his body was outfitted with six of the latest dr-43 laser cannons.

“Damn, an enemy!” The red-skinned girl was shocked, her mind going blank.

The primary distinction between Grela-13 and Fegg Hub was the abundance of half-cyborgs on Grela-13.

Fegg Hub had no half-cyborgs; almost all of its inhabitants were carbon-based lifeforms, with less than one in ten thousand being Intelligent Machines.

For intelligent beings, spiritual cultivation was the foundation, and a carbon-based body was essential to ensure maximum control over spiritual energy.

But Grela-13 was different.

The planet was ho to countless lifeforms, yet spiritual energy was extraordinarily scarce.

On top of that, it was constantly enslaved by Intelligent Machines from the Northern Hemisphere, leading many lifeforms to view Intelligent Machines as superior beings, despising their own non-chanical nature, and even considering their identity as intelligent beings a sha.

Many carbon-based lifeforms began to adopt a new mindset, chanically augnting their bodies to enhance their abilities.

These intelligent beings started by chanizing their limbs into artificial arms and legs, eventually moving on to their torsos.

So extremists even went so far as to chanize their entire bodies except for their brains, practically transforming into fully chanical beings!

These extremists believed their thorough modifications might earn the acceptance of Northern Hemisphere Intelligent Machines, allowing them to beco part of the chanical elite.

Yet, the Intelligent Machines paid them no attention.

The Intelligent Machinery Empire issued new regulations: “‘Intelligent Machine’ refers to beings composed entirely of silicon-based electronic components, with zero carbon-based cells anywhere.

If any carbon-based cells are found in the body, it shall still be classified as a carbon-based lifeform.”

Thus, the attempts of these half-cyborgs to defect and join the Northern Hemisphere Intelligent Machines ultimately ended in failure.

Still, they did not stop their chanical transformations.

As stated, spiritual energy was scarce on this planet, and chanical augntation was far cheaper.

Hence, this planet had a large population of half-cyborgs.

From Su Yu’s perspective, roughly 10% of intelligent beings here had undergone chanical modifications.

It was just such a half-cyborg who now appeared before the red-skinned girl.

In addition to laser cannons, he was enveloped in an exceptionally thick layer of Spiritual Armor.

Judging purely by combat strength, the younger red-skinned girl quickly realized that the enemy’s power was roughly on par with hers, both around the Blazing Fla Tier (Seventh Rank).

“Aisha…” She hastily turned toward her companion.

But to her astonishnt, she did not see any surprise or tension on her companion’s face; instead, she noticed a peculiar smile.

“Co on in, Ireya.” The red-skinned girl nad Aisha opened her palm, revealing a pure white six-sided crystalline device in her hand.

The next mont, a beam of white light flashed, and the two red-skinned girls along with the half-cyborg disappeared simultaneously! It seed they had been teleported away.

In front of Su Yu, only that white crystalline device remained, hovering in midair.
