Global Evolution: I Super Double Up on my evolution Chapter 466 - 121: Exploding Earth Star? All Swords Return t
Under Su Yan’s relentless Deliberate Punching, Old Shu, whose sky-blotting body, soon couldn’t hold on any longer.
Under the shocked gazes of the onlookers, its vast body began to crack, covered in an alarming network of spiderweb-like fractures.
THUD!
THUD!
THUD!
As its injuries grew more severe, parts of Old Shu’s body began to break off. Nurous pieces of bark and leaves showered down onto the lake’s surface, sending up large sprays of water.
BOOM!
BOOM!
BOOM!
Su Yan accelerated his punches, each one landing solidly, causing the Old Shu before him to sway precariously.
Very soon, a thunderous roar erupted. The Sky-reaching Forest Giant standing on the lake surface instantly collapsed with a thunderous crash.
Its sky-obscuring body smashed directly onto the lake’s surface. This impact stirred up massive waves as tall as skyscrapers, drenching many onlookers with lake water.
Old Shu had died once again.
However, no one dared to let their guard down.
The scene of Old Shu resurrecting on the spot at full health was still vivid in everyone’s minds.
No one knew if it would revive itself yet again.
"All signs of life have vanished," Su Yan observed, watching Old Shu’s body sink, his expression impassive.
Since his transmigration, the na Old Shu had been a constant presence throughout his entire journey. Ti and again, he had been attacked by this Sky-reaching Forest Giant.
Now, at last, he had extinguished it.
Su Yan felt a mix of emotions, along with so bewildernt and disbelief. Old Shu died too easily, he mused. It didn’t feel like a final boss battle. How should I put it... it was just a bit anticlimactic.
"This...!"
Suddenly, Su Yan’s expression changed drastically.
From Old Shu’s body lying on the lake’s surface, he faintly sensed the presence of a soul. This soul felt very familiar in every aspect, practically identical to the one in the Old Shu shell he had previously vanquished.
Does this an... Su Yan realized with a jolt, the Old Shu that just died was rely a shell, not its true body?
Thinking of this, Su Yan couldn’t help but feel his scalp tingle; it was a chilling and terrifying sensation. And the more he thought about it, the more terrifying the implications seed! If the Old Shu that just died was only a shell, how terrifying must its true body’s Creature Level be? Mythical level? Or even higher? Su Yan dared not think further. If I continue down this line of thought, I might start to question the entire path of evolution, he feared.
At this mont, less than half a year remained until the start of the mutation. Or rather, the mutation had already begun; it just hadn’t erupted on a large scale yet.
Learning that the enemy might possess a Creature Level exceeding the Mythical Level Category, Su Yan felt imnse pressure. He didn’t have much ti left for his own evolution.
This is overwhelming! Su Yan inwardly despaired.
And just then, confident that Old Shu wouldn’t resurrect on the spot again, Old Qin flew towards Su Yan. He remained extrely vigilant and respectfully initiated a conversation, "Esteed expert, may I ask your origins?"
This was the third ti he had asked. He was intensely curious about Su Yan’s identity and eager for an answer.
Su Yan heard him and glanced in his direction.
Without saying a word, he flew off with a WHOOSH, instantly disappearing without a trace.
Watching the direction where Su Yan had vanished, Old Qin was taken aback. Is this expert really so aloof? he wondered. It seems I’ll have to find a chance to visit so old-tirs and see if I can dig up any information about this mysterious expert.
With that thought, Old Qin stopped dwelling on Su Yan. He turned and led the others to clean up the battlefield, clearing out the remaining Demonic Plants.
In an abandoned lakeside villa, Su Yan opened the door to a securely closed room.
Inside, a young woman with a graceful figure was tied to the bed. This young woman was none other than An Shihua, whom Su Yan had always been wary of.
But now, she was no longer the long-haired Fairy she once was; she had transford into an aloof Sister Yu with hair cut to about shoulder-length. Her once-silky long hair had been ruthlessly sheared off by Su Yan an hour ago.
"You bastard! Let go!" Seeing Su Yan return, his (stolen) long hair flowing, An Shihua imdiately snarled through gritted teeth.
That long hair was originally hers!
Su Yan didn’t imdiately acknowledge her furious glare. Instead, he walked to the side and silently removed the won’s clothes he was wearing, along with the wig of long hair.
Watching Su Yan carelessly toss her clothes and hair onto the bed, An Shihua burned with humiliation and fury.
Those were her clothes and her hair!
"I said let go!" An Shihua shouted again, her voice filled with helpless rage.
Su Yan crouched before her, his tone chillingly detached. "I may be a bastard, but you’re truly not human."
"The school sent you here to provide support. Yet you snuck away from the heart of the incident, ssing around while everyone else was fighting for their lives."
"Tell , what exactly were you trying to do back then?"
Su Yan stared intently into An Shihua’s eyes, making no effort to conceal his killing intent.
Just two hours before, he had been wondering how to disguise himself. Then, quite coincidentally, he’d spotted An Shihua furtively departing from the center of the incident, clearly up to sothing. Her strange behavior imdiately caught his attention.
He had violently subdued An Shihua on the spot and imprisoned her in this villa room. He would deal with Old Shu first, then co back to interrogate her.
"Let go!" An Shihua didn’t answer Su Yan’s question, rely repeating her demand.
