As he got closer, he also saw smoke rising ahead.
Zayen directly drew the Crimson Eclipse from his waist and ca to his previous hiding spot.
From behind the thick branches, he peered down into the clearing—what he saw made his narrow eyes widen in shock.
The once chaotic battlefield was now completely quiet. Only the three Rank Three magic beasts remained—the Shadowfur Wolf, the Blazefang Tiger, and the Ice Leopard—each of them was now heavily injured. Their bodies were now covered in deep wounds, and their breathing was ragged and uneven. Even from a distance, Zayen could tell they were barely standing.
As for the group of players who had been fighting earlier...
Four of them had been and were now burned beyond recognition, their bodies blackened and twisted from intense heat, and the sll of scorched flesh hung thick in the air. Only two corpses were left mostly intact; their faces were frozen in terror as they lay amidst the scorched earth.
The forest around them was completely ruined—trees were reduced to ashes, and the ground was split open by cracks glowing faintly with lingering heat.
"What... happened here?" Zayen’s expression grew heavy as he looked at the scene before him, his gaze flicking between the dying beasts and the remains of the players.
Zayen had no idea what caused the explosion that wiped out the players and heavily injured the magic beasts, nor did he care.
Looking at the three Rank Three magic beasts before him that were heavily injured and barely able to stand, much less fight.
Seeing this, how could Zayen possibly let this opportunity slip by?
Zayen’s mind felt a surge of excitent.
Although the three level three magic beasts were very strong, they were clearly not sothing a level two magic beast like the Embertail Fox could compare to. If the opponent were unhard, he would never dare to have any ideas.
But now, the three magic beasts were already severely wounded, and judging by their injuries, they were already on the brink of death.
If he could kill these three magic beasts, Zayen was certain he could definitely complete his breakthrough.
However—
To be safe, Zayen imdiately ordered the six-winged Redeed Angel, which he had been told to fly above the three magic beasts and wait there when he arrived earlier, to attack first.
In an instant the massive body of the six-winged Redeed Angels appeared above the three magic beasts.
The mont the six-winged Redeed Angel appeared, the three heavily injured magic beasts suddenly froze.
But before they could even react, the six-winged Redeem Angel raised his greatsword.
A golden sword aura erupted along the blade, stretching several ters outward. The surrounding air scread under the pressure as the blade ca down.
Boom!
The first strike fell down like a divine punishnt toward the Ice Leopard.
The sudden attack clearly startled the Ice Leopard. It roared and bellowed, its arms bursting with powerful strength as it tried to block the attack.
Unfortunately...
The Ice Leopard was already heavily wounded and could not block the sudden attack.
The Ice Leopard was split cleanly in two halves, its massive body crashing onto the ground in a spray of blood before it even had the chance to roar.
Without even pausing, the six-winged Redeed Angel twisted his wrist and swept the greatsword sideways.
A burning crescent of golden fla tore through the battlefield.
The second magic beast, Shadowfur Wolf, was also struck head-on. Its already shattered body was engulfed in searing light, its flesh and bone disintegrating under the golden flas until nothing remained but scorched remains.
The final magic beast, the Blazefang Tiger, seeing its two partners dead, tried to flee.
It dragged its ruined body forward, desperation filling its eyes—but the pressure of the sanctified presence crushed it to the ground.
The six-winged Redeed Angel took a step forward.
His greatsword pierced downward with a thud.
The blade pinned the Blazefang Lion to the ground, ending its struggle in
The mont the final magic beast collapsed, a series of cold, chanical voices sounded in Zayen’s mind.

....
A warm stream of energy surged through Zayen’s body in rapid succession.
His breathing quickened as strength flowed into his limbs, washing away any exhaustion and pain. Even the dull ache from his earlier wounds eased slightly, replaced by a familiar, intoxicating sense of growth.
After leveling up to level two, Zayen felt that the power he possessed had nearly doubled compared to before the level.
If his current self were to face the level three Hellfang Lion, he wouldn’t have to exert much effort at all to deal with it.
Now that he has leveled up to level 3, slaying Rank 3 magic beasts will be much easier, but whether he can kill Rank 4 magic beasts remains a question.
Afterwards.
Zayen settled his mind and slowly swept his gaze across the battlefield.
Three massive corpses lay scattered across the ground, blood soaking into the cracked earth. Around them were the charred remains of the players—blackened silhouettes frozen in their final monts, the sll of burnt flesh still lingering in the air.
Looking at the corpses of the players, Zayen’s eyes suddenly lit up.
It was not because he was cruel or because he took pleasure in their death. But because he could use [Legion of Light], turning them into his loyal followers.
With that, a small smile appeared on Zayen’s face. Zayen jumped down from the tree and ca to the side of the corpse of the players.
After coming to the side of the corpses of the players, Zayen did not waste any ti turning all of them into Redeed Holy Angels.
After resurrecting corpses of the players turning them into Redeem Holy Angkes, Zayen once again embarked on his journey in to the deepest part of the Endless Forest..
However, this ti he no longer felt the panic and nervousness he had before.
After several battles, he beca increasingly confident in his own strength and the strength of the Redeed Holy Angles.
