"Mass-produce?" Dori glanced at the canned knowledge in Luo Qing's hand.
Canned knowledge was already illegal in Suru, and small-scale, under-the-table sales were one thing.
But this guy wanted to mass-produce it and let everyone use it?

"Custor..." Dori said with a aningful smile. "You know the Akademiya's regulations. Selling it on the sly is one thing, but mass production is another beast entirely."
"That can be arranged." Luo Qing nodded, pulling out a gold-embossed check from the Northland Bank.
"Write down as many zeroes as you like."
"..." Dori was montarily speechless. Was Luo Qing the illegitimate son of the Northland Bank's owner? Or was the bank his family business?
"It's not about the money..." Dori said, shaking her head with difficulty. "Mass-producing and distributing sothing this risky... if the Grand Disciplinary Officer catches , I wouldn't survive."
While the blank check was tempting, she was equally aware of the Grand Disciplinary Officer's ruthlessness.
