Robot parts are expensive electronic goods, which can’t be guaranteed safety when third-party express logistics are used.

Therefore, Luo Zhijin, simply hired a dedicated driver to load them from the Yanhua University laboratory and drove them thousands of kiloters to Zhengyang.

Indeed, dedicated transport was much quicker.

Zhao Yi received news about the delivery of parts while he was still in class.

So, he decided to skip his evening self-study session.

After school in the afternoon, he bid Lin Xiaoqing farewell, saying that he had to go back ho, and rode his bike off.

Sun Liang also ca along with him.

When they arrived ho, the parts were all placed in the living room, along with a large pile of packaging. There were several small boxes, and there was a large box containing a display screen.

The display screen was custom-made in the lab. It was smaller than the one on the body of the robot, which made it look more refined when assembled.

Looking at the parts scattered on the floor, Zhao Yi felt delighted.

It was like getting a large pile of toys, and imdiately going about assembling the toy model - the only difference was that it was a robot being assembled, not a toy.

A robot is not like a desktop computer.

There’s only one way to install a desktop computer, with each component going into a fixed place. A robot, however, can be freely assembled. Its internal components do not have fixed positions and so tools are needed to secure the parts.

The motherboard is also robust, only including the basic functionality, and so circuit interfaces protruded outward. It’s not as "precise" as a computer motherboard, aning it can be installed at will, though it may not look as neat.

Luo Zhijin sent many components, including three types of batteries, each with a spare. Other items included fans, caras, sound cards and even a latest high-end CPU from abroad.

Zhao Yi held the components and pondered for a long ti, realizing that using all the top-end components would result in a space issue. There won’t be enough room inside the robot’s ’belly’, so so parts had to be of lower grade.

He discussed with Xu Chao on how to install the components.

Sun Liang, watching from the side, also lent a hand. He couldn’t help much, his tasks consisted of ’unpacking’, looking up models online, or helping to tighten a screw.

But he enjoyed it.

Halfway through, Zhao Yi and Xu Chao also discussed their upcoming work.

The package for the program and the algorithm was almost ready. After installing the components, they would need to repair the code. Afterwards, Xu Chao, with the robot and encrypted program and the algorithm packages, would return to Yanhua University to continue the work.

This ti, he would return to the lab as a ’collaborator’ to direct the work.

Professor Luo would assign dedicated personnel to help perfect the code, and once the work was done, the robot would be officially tested.

The subsequent work would be participated by the Intelligent and Automatic Laboratory.

Xu Chao ntioned a key issue, "Should our company make a dedicated website?"

"A website?"

"Yes, for subsequent publicity, we’ll feel indebted if the lab helps out. Others might think that it’s all the lab’s achievent. We should have our own website to solely publicize our work. If clients want to check our progress, they would have to log on to our own company’s website..."

Xu Chao explained.

What he ant was to express ’independence’. Even though everyone knows that Star Billion Technology owns the technology, if the lab does all the publicity, it would seem as though the technology was developed relying on the Intelligent and Automatic Laboratory.

If they could create a company-dedicated website, interested people could check it out, and ’Star Billion Technology’ would officially make its debut, letting people know that the robot is a Star Billion Technology’s product and the lab is only a collaborator.

’Star Billion Technology’ is indeed only a shell company, not even having a fixed work location, but at least it would let people separate the technology from the lab, maintaining independence is crucial.

Having a fixed website would make it much easier to publicize any technological achievents in the future.

Anyway, they aren’t facing ordinary custors, the site doesn’t need a high traffic flow, it’d be sufficient as long as a few potential client companies know about it.

"That makes sense!"

Zhao Yi looked at Xu Chao appreciatively, realizing that Xu Chao was a great employee, considering the company’s interests at every point.

Highly enlightened!

He clapped Xu Chao on the shoulder, saying, "Then you go ahead with the website. You don’t have to make it too good, just get the frawork ready, and we’ll refine it over ti..."

Listening to this, Xu Chao was overwheld.

He realized that his workload was trendously high, but there wasn’t much he could do.

Currently, ’the company’ only had two people, Zhao Yi had to go to school every day and sotis do research as well, so he obviously wouldn’t do the nial labor.

Alternatively...

Xu Chao looked at Sun Liang, who was diligently tightening screws on the side.

Should he recruit more people?

Although Sun Liang seed like he doesn’t know much, he has potential. With so hands-on teaching and self-study, he could pick up web developnt quickly. Young people are quick learners. Perhaps in two or three months, he could be of help.

Xu Chao suddenly showed much more enthusiasm to Sun Liang, instilling him with ideas like ’how great the computer science major is’, ’must learn software developnt in university’, ’being a programr leads to a promising future’, and so on.

Sun Liang was all ears, his eyes sparkling.

Xu Chao also showcased his own achievents to Sun Liang.
