The computer field’s scientific research applications have been green-lit all the way since more than a decade ago.
China quickly saw the ergence of a large number of provincial-level and national-level computer-related laboratories and research institutes, so of which even have similar nas and lots of overlapping research content.

He had received his master’s degree from a foreign university and served as a lecturer in an ordinary college after returning from study abroad. One advantage of researching computer software is that there is almost no need for hardware investnt, and all the money received can be counted as ’labor costs’.
Two million is enough to recruit a few more PhDs and pay their salaries for more than two years.
As Zeng Wenjun’s purse swelled, he really had the intention to do sothing big, but he greatly underestimated the difficulties of scientific research.
Haitian Technology required dynamic image recognition for intelligent object identification, which is a world-class challenge. So of the top national computer labs in China can only achieve dynamic image recognition of colors.
This alone is already a confidential achievent that can be indexed in the SCI.
Previously, the Computer Application Research Institute had no related achievents, so everything had to start from scratch.
Zeng Wenjun participated in the research and always paid attention to the progress of the project. However, the difficulty of the project was so high that there was no progress after a long ti. It would obviously be impossible to get follow-up sponsorship without progress.
People from Haitian Technology are not fools. They would supervise the research progress and investigate the flow of funds. If the research makes good progress, there would be no issue. But if there is no progress, they might face Haitian Technology’s liability claims.
