All of these could be studied using mathematical thods, of course, provided that what they constructed was correct.
But in any case, being able to continue research that lets the constructed maths be proven by real experint, rather than just being purely mathematics, is also a massive breakthrough.

This would be the perfection of the theory and would also represent a trendous enhancent in technology.
