She noticed the boy was trying to act tough by resisting her charm; the woman giggled behind her delicate fingers and exhaled a seductive moan.

He stepped forward, freeing from the woman’s grasp, pivoted using his right leg and swung his katana to cut through her body diagonally.
However, once he sliced through her figure, his eyebrows furrowed as he couldn’t feel any resistance at all.

The woman’s voice faded, as did her figure. She erged from the shadow behind Jin and wrapped her hand around his waist while resting her chin on his shoulder.

"Get off !". Jin’s voice roared, with his face scowled in disgust.
Every word she said was enough to topple a man in a country, yet in his ears, it was ominous and filled with malice, which made his body shudder in fright.
He reached out, feeling his heart pounded loudly as if wanting to break free from its cage ribs.
She vanished like a fleeting mist, then reappeared before him, shrouded with murky miasma and a touch of golden string.
"Hey, have you ever tasted the sin of flesh before?".
The woman placed a hand on Jin’s left shoulder, and black miasma began to flow through her fingers and infiltrated Jin’s body like a cancer that gnawed him inside.
His face crumpled in anguish with excruciating agony like thousands of hot needles pierced his flesh.

Jin gritted his teeth, trying to hold the excruciating pain that tore his flesh. While on the other hand, the woman’s face was painted pink, watching Jin’s suffering.

’My guess is right’. Jin lifted the corner of his lips, grinning fearlessly.

It was getting thicker and damper inside the place as her fleeting voice resounded. "We will et again".
The surrounding water just popped like a giant balloon, sending a slight shockwave that pushed him a step back.
When he lifted his gaze, there was no trace of the woman, and her sinister presence also disappeared completely.
Jin loosened the tension in his body. But the sll of rotting fish assaulted his nostrils, jolting his muscles stiff. He turned toward the source.
There, he saw Lucya being hung in the air with a tentacle wrapped around her neck, turning her expression blue.
"Lucya!?". Jin kicked the floor, dashing forward like a wind as he left the gloomy building.
He scanned his surrounding area and witnessed the trace of battle, scattered daggers, and stone spikes.
The most horrifying thing was how Sereth had changed.
His half-body bulged with a slithering mouth on his chest with sharp teeth and drooled a nasty liquid that lted the ground.
Jin inhaled as he tightened the grip on his katana. He sharpened his mind and let the mana in his body flow to his blade.

He stomped the ground and drew his katana in an upward slice, sending a thin, compressed blade cut through the atmosphere.
It flew vertically and cut the tentacles that choked Lucya’s neck.
With a single kick from his enhanced leg, his body blurred into an afterimage and reappeared beside the now monster Sereth, with a blade level on his neck.
"...". Jin muted, for he unconsciously held back from actually killing a person.

Sereth’s hoarse voice snapped him from his daze as he swung his katana sideways, cleaving Sereth’s head with blue blood spurting like a fountain.
