Jas saw that George had made up his mind and didn't try to stop him anymore. He said, "I still say this. Whatever you need, I'll support you fully."
George nodded and said, "I'll be away for a while. Try to hold back the monster flood as much as you can. My pets will also be under your command."
His pets were now extrely strong. They were almost as powerful as god-like beings. As long as no Shadow Monsters showed up, holding back the flood was no problem.
"Okay, Earth is in your hands." Jas nodded, then thought of sothing else. "By the way, this is the Divine Crystal we made in the past few days. There are 176 in total. If we have more ti, we can make over 300 more."
He said that and took out a dozen wooden boxes. Inside were all Divine Crystals.
"Thanks." George said, but didn't take them. He said, "Give them to Lilia. Let her handle it."
Divine Crystals didn't help George much, but they could boost his pets' power.
"Earth is in your hands." He said again, then locked onto the location of Earth's Will and teleported.
A wave of space power shook, and George appeared again in an empty space.
"Human, you're back again. I know everything that's happened to Earth. I can't do anything." A voice echoed in the air.
George caught the scent of Earth's Will. He clearly felt that this thing wasn't weak.
It was lying.
George didn't call it out. He spoke calmly, "We can work together to protect Earth."
"Useless human. Give up. I know you've already found a way out. Why keep fighting?" Earth's Will still acted like it was above everything, as if it had George completely under control.
"Fighting for death? Heh."
George laughed coldly and didn't want to waste words. "This is your last chance. If Earth is destroyed, you won't survive either."
"Are you threatening ? Let tell you, my power is beyond your imagination!" Earth's Will's voice was cold. A terrifying strength ca from all sides.
George was in the center. He felt like he could be crushed at any mont.
But he stayed calm and fearless. His voice turned cold. "Do you think I don't know the truth about the world's destruction? Submit to , or die!"
"Submit to you? That's the real death. I am Earth's Will. Destroying you is as easy as crushing an ant!" Earth's Will's voice rang out. A huge strength swept over.
George frowned and his expression turned painful. His soul trembled slightly. He felt the threat of death.
"You made the wrong choice!"
George took a deep breath and lifted his arm slightly. He slashed through the air.
A big wind blade roared and the space broke, cutting into the distance.
This attack didn't use Fundantal Power.
Boom!
A loud explosion ca from the space, along with a painful scream.
"Impossible! How could you hurt ?" A scared voice ca from the deep space.
"I was right. You've betrayed Earth!" George couldn't hold back his anger anymore.
If Earth's Will hadn't betrayed Earth, he wouldn't have been able to hurt it.
George moved his mind and easily broke free from the terrifying strength. He appeared deep in the space.
There was a spirit made of energy. It looked like a woman, but had no face.
"Impossible! You're the Earth Guardian. Even if I betrayed Earth, you couldn't hurt ." The spirit flickered, and a wave of ntal power locked onto George.
ntal attack!
George's face changed slightly. He acted quickly, throwing a punch.
Boom!
The spirit trembled and flew backward. It had no chance to fight back.
George moved in an instant, reappearing in front of the spirit. He said coldly, "One last chance. Submit to !"
The spirit shimred. She had never imagined that a human like a bug would dare to threaten her.
But in front of George, she felt completely powerless. After betraying Earth, she could no longer use Earth's Fundantal Power.
She was just an empty shell, fake strength, and couldn't intimidate George anymore.
"Human, give up. You can't change anything. Let's leave together. With your strength and my control over Fundantal Power, we can rule another world. Be real masters." The spirit, feeling fear, tried to persuade.
George didn't move. He took a step forward and said coldly, "I want you to protect Earth with ."
"You're killing yourself!" The spirit roared, no longer calm. "You don't even know the horror of the demon race. The Shadow Monsters are about to arrive. Then, the world will be destroyed, and no one will survive."
Boom!
George didn't waste words. He attacked again, sending the spirit flying. He said coldly, "You have no choice. Submit or die."
"Do you think submitting to you ans I won't die?" The spirit didn't move. "Okay, I'll give up all my power to Earth. Return it to life here. Not to you humans. Everyone will gain a huge power boost. Then you let go."
This guy still controlled Earth's Will power?
George grew even angrier and attacked again.
Boom boom!
A loud, heavy sound echoed. The spirit was beaten like a bag of sand, her energy shaking and growing weaker.
"N-no, stop!" She felt death approaching and raised her hand to stop George, her voice full of sha. "I can be your servant, but you have to promise not to kill ."
"If you submit to , I won't kill you." George stopped attacking and said coldly.
The spirit glowed with light. Energy flowed around her, showing she still didn't trust George. But she had no other choice.
"Human, rember your promise. If I die, I'll take you down with ." The spirit threatened, and with a bitter expression, she signed the master-servant contract with him.
[Successful Taming of Earth's Will. You gain Strength Reciprocation. You now control Earth's Fundantal Power]
[Frost Keeper evolves into the Oathweaver]
[Your pets get stronger. They gain Fundantal Power]
[You are now the new Earth's Will]
...
The notifications flashed. A bunch of strength gathered in the empty space and rushed toward George.
It was the will of the resistance, the will to protect Earth.
At this mont, George changed completely. His strength quickly upgraded and rged with Earth's Fundantal Power.
"You... you are the Oathweaver!"
The spirit shouted in fear. Her soul struggled violently, trying to break the contract, but a strong backlash hit her and almost erased her.
"You bastard, you ruined !"
The spirit was desperate. She collapsed in the empty space and begged, "Master, you promised. You wouldn't kill ."
At this mont, George was completely focused on his own transformation. His strength, his body, everything from the inside out had been upgraded.
He had a feeling that every word and action of his could now control the lives and deaths of every living being on Earth.
That was the terrifying power of Earth's Will.
George understood why the spirit was so scared. Now that he had beco the new Earth's Will, the old one had to die. And her death would give a huge power boost to all life on Earth.
The spirit's energy was quickly disappearing, mixing into the Earth.
George could feel her full of hatred and resentnt.
He said, "I won't kill you, but I'll erase all your mories."
The spirit was happy for a second, but when she heard what ca next, she felt even more hopeless. She said coldly, "If I lose my mories, am I even anymore?"
George didn't care. He continued, "I'll keep your spirit, and put it deep into the Earth. It will beco a seed. If we fail, the Earth won't be destroyed. You'll grow again, gather Earth's fragnts, and in an endless ti, new life will be born. You'll still be Earth's Will."
"By then, I won't be anymore." The spirit laughed coldly, showing no gratitude at all.
"Is that so bad? You'll be completely tied to the Earth. You'll never betray it. You'll be the real Earth's Will." George spoke calmly, his tone quiet.
"Do I have any other choice?" The spirit said, not happy, her voice a little self-mocking.
"No."
George didn't want to waste ti with her. He waved his hand, and a strong ntal power directly scattered the spirit into pieces. She turned into small lights and disappeared into the void.
At the sa ti, all the life on Earth fighting and resisting the alien race felt their strength explode. They all got a huge power boost.
...
George didn't rush to leave. He checked his own changes.
"Keeper was really the Oathweaver." He looked at his changed class. There were no stats shown, but he clearly felt how strong this class was.
The Oathweaver. The key wasn't the contract. It was the rule.
The master of a land, the real controller!
George's pets no longer had a limit. And all his monsters got Strength Reciprocation, and now had Fundantal Power.
That was the change from becoming the Earth's master.
"Nine Guardian spots?"
George clearly felt that he could appoint nine guardians. Other than himself, there were eight spots left.
"Ti to go back to Earth."
George didn't know what was happening on Earth. He was in the void, cut off from the outside. But he could feel that every second, a huge number of lives were dying. Those were Earth's lives being killed by the monsters.
He didn't stay any longer. He thought about it, and teleported back to Earth.
Roar! Roar!
Growls and screams filled the air. The sound of battle was loud. Explosions kept happening.
George looked down at the land. Smoke was everywhere. Fighting was everywhere. In the distance, the space gates kept opening, and waves of demon race soldiers poured out.
But good news was that after the spirit died and Earth's Will was restored, all life on Earth had a huge strength boost.
And the resistance strength from The Chaos Battlefield had also joined the fight, fighting against the demon race.
But it still wasn't enough.
