In the narrow interrogation room, Han Jiaxue, trembling from fear, kept her beautiful eyes tightly shut, too afraid to look at the other two people in the room.
Claude, with his blond hair and broad face, used what he thought was his most gentle expression and tone, "Miss Han, tell us what you know. You must know more. If you tell us what we want to know, we will let you go imdiately. We'll even provide a flight back to China if you wish."
Still terrified, Han Jiaxue kept her eyes tightly closed. Her hands were handcuffed to the table, the white skin of her wrists marked with red from the restraints. Clenching her teeth and unable to stop trembling, she insisted, "I know nothing."
The other agent, Jonathan, shook his head and said with a severe tone, "Miss Han, that statent isn't credible at all. When we took you, you weren't in your rented apartnt; you were staying in Bai Zhongqi's apartnt. And on his bed, we found your hair, which suggests that at least an intimate relationship occurred.
We also have witnesses who saw you talking with Bai Zhongqi this morning, right before the aliens took him away. Whatever you talked about must be related to the aliens. We need to know!"
He slamd his hand on the table, startling Han Jiaxue into screaming. Tears fell in large drops, but still, with her eyes closed, she persisted, "He didn't tell anything, I don't know!"
Claude, sitting on the table and continuing to play the good cop, coaxed her gently, "I understand that he might be your boyfriend, and you want to protect him. But now, your boyfriend's secrets could determine the survival of all humanity. Think about your family, your parents, your teachers, and classmates at school. They could all be slaughtered by the brutal aliens.
The information you could provide is crucial for saving Earth. Can you really just watch as thousands on Earth die?"
Han Jiaxue said nothing. Claude thought she was relenting and continued to coax her. However, Han Jiaxue rembered Bai Zhongqi's honesty before he left, claiming he wouldn't let the aliens invade Earth. Although Bai Zhongqi had suddenly beco a stranger to her, she still subconsciously trusted him. She didn't counter Claude's words because to do so would be to admit she indeed knew sothing.
Jonathan, looking impatient, said to Claude, "Enough. I think this bitch isn't going to confess willingly. Ti is tight, and the folks in Area 51 are waiting for a result. Let's use so asures."
Claude pretended to defend Han Jiaxue, "How can we do that? Look at our Miss Han, such a beautiful girl, how can you be rough with a beautiful lady?"
He turned back to Han Jiaxue with a disgusting expression, "Miss Han, for your own safety, I advise you to speak up. Otherwise, I can't stop scoundrels like Jonathan from hurting you."
Though considered handso among Caucasians, and often using his looks in interrogating won, his charms ultimately led many won with low psychological resistance to disclose what he wanted to know. Later, Claude would exploit their vulnerability and deceive them further, even sotis strangling these won after they had outlived their usefulness.
The CIA was filled with all types of villains, who, in the pursuit of intelligence and their objectives, had long since sold their souls to the devil.
However, Claude's tried and tested thods were of no use with Han Jiaxue. She didn't like Claude, whom she thought of as a white-skinned gorilla. Seeing him believe in his invincible charm only disgusted her more. Though outwardly gentle, she was incredibly tough-hearted.
Regardless of whether Bai Zhongqi was really an alien or planning sothing detrintal to the United States, she would not betray Bai Zhongqi's matters to these disgusting Arican bastards.
The more despicable and nacing these people were, the more she rembered Bai Zhongqi's kindness, the more she felt she could not divulge anything, even if speaking might not harm Bai Zhongqi or reduce her own suffering.
Claude, frustrated by Han Jiaxue's unyielding nature, approached Jonathan, "Give this bitch a taste of pain."
Jonathan pulled out a small stun gun, adjusted it to a relatively safe but still highly uncomfortable setting, and then abruptly pressed it against the soft, smooth skin of Han Jiaxue's neck. The electric current surged, causing Han Jiaxue, utterly unprepared, to start convulsing and then faint.
Claude checked to see that she had truly fainted, not feigning unconsciousness to escape the interrogation. He snorted and said, "These Asian bitches really do have weak bodies. A western girl would have lasted longer, perhaps even enjoyed it. However, Asian girls' delicate bodies, narrow…skin smooth…"
Jonathan gave Claude a stern look and said, "This isn't the ti for your fantasies. Even the president is monitoring what we're doing here. It's critical, and if sothing goes wrong, we won't be able to handle the fallout."
Claude, slightly regretting, said, "I've never tried such a beautiful Asian girl before. I hope we get sothing out of her, and she ends up in my hands in the end."
Jonathan looked at Claude as if he was an idiot, his colleague always had a hard ti controlling himself around beautiful won. If their interrogation subject, being directly linked to soone involved with aliens, found out what they were doing to Han Jiaxue, they were definitely in for big trouble.
At that mont, Jonathan heard his supervisor's voice in his earpiece, "Drench her with a bucket of ice water, then let her hang for a while."
The feeling of isolation in the confined space, combined with the chill of the ice water, would make a person extrely uncomfortable. Once their psychological defenses collapsed, it would be a victory for these torture experts.
A bucket of ice water was poured over Han Jiaxue's head; she suddenly awoke, her body still heaving uncontrollably, obviously in great pain.
Jonathan dragged Claude to the interrogation room on the other side of the opaque glass. Their supervisor, with a cold expression, said, "We've been scolded again. Just now, the Chinese foreign ministry issued a protest against us for the illegal detention of their citizen and demanded her imdiate release.
This shows that China's intelligence network within our country has penetrated to a terrifying extent; we had barely captured her when they knew about it. Clearly, China also knows that this woman has certain connections with the aliens, so they're putting great diplomatic pressure on us."
Claude, unconcerned, said, "She's in our hands; what can they do with pressure? Now, everything must revolve around dealing with the aliens. Usually, we don't bother with the Chinese, and we certainly won't start now."
The supervisor looked very serious, facing significant pressure. He said, "You need to hurry, whatever connection this woman may have with the aliens could be extrely useful to us. The military's nuclear strike has already failed. These aliens possess technology and military power far superior to ours, but they must have a weakness too. If we can find it, we will be able to win!"
This optimistic attitude has always been inherent in Aricans, unlike the Chinese who start off low-key, seeking dialogue. Aricans always believe that even if they face powerful aliens, by paying so price, they will win. At least, many Arican cultural works follow this pattern.
Old tricks win people's hearts, but tricks are ultimately just tricks.
——CUT SCENE——
A large number of dragonfly drones sent out by Bai Zhongqi quickly discovered the entrance to the bunker through scanning. Although the dragonflies could not penetrate the reinforced concrete shell of the bunker, they were able to hijack the bunker's electronic systems and open the bunker's gate. If it had been a purely chanical structure, the dragonflies would have been helpless.
But now, as everything in the United States is moving towards high-tech electronics, the base is equipped with a complex central control system, and the massive door can only be opened with an advanced identification device, which ironically made the infiltration easier for the dragonflies.
A tall and imposing CIA agent in a black suit was suddenly surprised when the guarded bunker door opened. The agent imdiately raised his gun but saw no one. The muscular agent, puzzled, scratched the back of his head, utterly bewildered.
The agent picked up his radio and said to the security manager, "Hey, did soone recently request entry to the base?"
"No, what's the matter?"
"The base's door opened on its own, um, maybe I pressed the wrong button."
However, the security manager, much more cautious than the agent, responded, "Impossible, whatever button you press, that door shouldn't open. Soone must have tampered with our system. Damn it! Sound the alarm, we might have an intrusion!"
The security manager rushed to the supervisor he had just spoken with and said, "Boss, our position has been compromised, sothing dangerous we can't detect might have entered the bunker. We should imdiately move out with the high-value target."
The supervisor was startled, nodded in agreent with the security manager's concerns, and then instructed Jonathan and Claude, who had not yet entered the interrogation room, "Inject that woman with a sedative, we're leaving imdiately."
anwhile, Bai Zhongqi, who had just crossed the atmosphere preparing to land, had already received the audio-visual signals from the dragonfly drones. Han Jiaxue, drenched in icy water and looking haggard as if tortured, was curled up in the interrogation room, her hands tightly handcuffed.
Bai Zhongqi, now wearing the power-enhanced Tyrant I Individual Armor, clenched his fists so hard that he even crushed the high-strength composite electromagnetic firearm in his hand. But he lost his composure only for a few seconds before quickly regaining his composure, stabilizing himself once more.
His expression was terrifyingly cold, and the light in his eyes seed like it could directly stab soone to death.
