Chapter 761 - Fighting Chavel Part 2
"Start!"
Alex's and Chavel's eyes flashed as both of them leaped toward each other with their weapons clashed against each other.
"I am going to make my move first." Chavel smiled. Suddenly, a gust of wind brushed her hair before a tornado appeared out of nowhere. And both Alex and Chavel were in the tornado's eyes, surrounded by the sharp wind that had been covered with Chavel's Spear Intent.
It seed that the tornado would rip them to shreds if they forcefully escaped from this tornado.
Alex activated his Spirit Eyes and saw the energy flow. Behind the huge grey tornado were a few energy balls, ready to shoot sothing toward him.
"Tornado Prison!" She grinned as those balls released arrow-shaped attacks from all directions. It penetrated the tornado and headed toward Alex.
"…" Alex had no change of expression during this mont as if he already knew they were coming. Even Chavel got slightly surprised by Alex's conduct. Although it was one of the weakest attacks of her, she always used it to check the opponent's level.
If they were calm like Alex, she usually needed to run away because sothing was bound to happen from such a guy. However, she couldn't do it this ti. The only thing she could do was to defeat him. Hence, she used another technique on top of this technique.
"Wind Thrust!" The wind energy around her gathered around her spear tip before she shifted her stance and thrust her spear.
Alex smiled as he waved his sword and spear, blowing Chavel's spear away.
"Heaven Light Slash!"
"Kh!" Chavel gritted her teeth, feeling the extra strength inside Alex's body. Even though he was only a 2-Star Martial Saint, his strength was comparable to those of 4-Star Saints. But it didn't an she was planning to lose just like this.
She utilized the power of her dragon to stop Alex from moving before using her Dragon Strengthening Technique to overpower him.

Alex tried to see through this technique with his Spirit Eyes, wondering if he could copy such a technique to let Sherry or the others learn it.
"Beast Fusion Technique! First Gate!"
"!!!" Alex suddenly noticed the sudden flash from his right side. He instinctively slashed toward it, but suddenly he was blown away.
"Now that I think about this, I can give you this technique." An idea flashed in her mind before she deliberately increased her cultivation to 3-Star Martial Saint. "I will give you this technique if you can beat when I am in this stage."
"What is the advantage of the technique?" Alex narrowed his eyes.

Alex also had several power-ups. First, he increased his strength with Dragon Aura and Spirit Step before covering his body with Phoenix Aura, just like how Chavel used her wind as body armor.
He also released his Absolute Blade Intent, suppressing her Spear Intent.

However, Alex's intent seed to be different than the norm. Looking at his spear and sword, she suddenly realized sothing. "You! You have fused your intents! Interesting!"
Chavel didn't hesitate and charged at Alex, trading blow after blow with Alex.

"That crown…!" Obviously, the two recognized this technique since they were the sa generation as Shakdi and the rest. There was no way they wouldn't be able to recognize the crown that their benefactor wore. "Spirit God's Spirit Crown."
Even though she was surprised, Chavel had yet to loosen her strength even a tiny bit. And yet Alex's strength seed to have grown stronger than expected. With her mind reacting a bit too late, Alex blew her a few hundred ters away.
